I'm officially giving up on this location, I work near by so I keep trying it but so far I have found ants in my bag of food one day, on a door dash order our French fries weren't in the bag, and then lastly I ordered a mobile order a breakfast burrito no hash browns and instead of no hash browns (it was full of them) it didn't have any eggs!? None of these issues are a big deal individually but I have never not had an issue with an order here (and the ants were gross) and every time I reach out they don't do anything. Pass this location and go to the one off the 1604 it's just 5 more minutes you'll save yourself some grief. read more

I absolutely love the Stone Ridge location! The quality of the food is chick Fil a great but the store goes above and beyond to incorporate the community as much as they can. The play area is air conditioning and attached so kids can play along while parents enjoy a meal on their own! Amazing! They have tons of events and promotions if you like and follow them on Facebook to see what they are offering. I live the stomp and play story times I just wish they gave more notice for them so I could make plans for it. Their breakfast bowls are amazing and I also enjoy the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Hands down the cleanest most courteous Chip Fil A I have been to. It may have been the time of the day or that my daughter and I walked in after a cleanup but it just felt clean and inviting when we walked in. The staff were all very nice. This is one of the biggest locations I've seen. It's designed like a big bright country kitchen with a long whitewashed island as an option in the eating area. Service was superb and they were conscious of how important it is to make guests feel welcome and well cared for (this is still grand opening week though). Several staff asked if I needed anything as I waited for my order. This location was so welcoming, that they even offered pampers and wipes in the restroom! Can you imagine? Me neither, so I posted a pic of the pamper stand! I'll be back soon. My only issue was finding the entrance. They need signage there. This has been my go to Chick Fila location until recently. I have been disappointed by this location the last few times I've gone in the past month. They used to be very organized when there were high volumes of traffic in their drive thru, but not so much anymore. I went to get lunch around 12:30 today and I had a young lady direct me to the "middle lane" only to NOT have my order taken. I was so confused, and not one of the other employees had noticed, since they were taking the other lane's orders. Ok so I Love Chick-Fil-A and that's how I'll start...!! I had to grab my weekly Chick-fil-A sandwich tonight at the Stone Oak/Evans location and when I was leaving I threw away my tea and come to see they have new automatic trash cans which I've never seen. Well I throw my cup when the door opens and then it starts shutting on me and I move my hand to not get it caught in the door and what happens I catch my finger in the door, now this is where the fun part happens. My fingernail starts bleeding so I decide to call them just to let them know to be careful with the new system and maybe it's faulty. Well I talk to a Manager and a Director and both are extremely rude. Stating they will not cover my injuries and they do not have cameras to verify if I did indeed cut my finger and they checked for blood and the trash can has no blood.. ? Well I guess they missed the point..!! Not everyone wants something for free..!! It was just to be cautious for the future... !! This is probably only the 5th Chick-fil-A I've been to but my first in Texas. This location is in the HEB shopping center and there is plenty of parking. During lunch hour there wasn't even a line so it makes a perfect place for a quick lunch when short on time. There was plenty of seating and the entire restaurant was very clean. There was a nice lady that brought us a high chair for our daughter and even cleaned it and set up her placemat which was very nice and something you don't see too often when eating at a fast food place. Our food came out within 5 minutes everything was very good! Loved the little play area my 15 month old was excited when she saw it as we didn't have these in California. read more

So what's there really to say about Chic-fil-A that someone else hasn't yet. Yes of course their food is delicious and consistent no matter which location you are at. That in itself is great! And every employee treats and attends to every customer as if they were royalty. I myself am royalty... lol! Then there's the atmosphere which is always pleasant and enjoyable. The fresh flower at each table makes dining-in an even more inviting environment. This location has a good sized play area for the little ones. Which as a toddler mom, I appreciate any play place, as they are hard to come by nowadays. This location also tends to have a high volume of customers but you'd never think it as quick and as accurate as the orders are fulfilled. In the drive thru too!! I was amazed at how well they can manage the traffic flow without mix-ups or confusion. I will be back at this location soon! read more

I come here twice a week to get lunch at work and every single time around noon they always have all 3 lines open and from the time I order to the time i have my food is only a couple minutes! I don't know how they're so fast with so many customers coming all at once. They're always accurate with my order as well. This is by far the best chick fil a I have ever been too. I have never been compelled to write a review for a restaurant before, but this Chick-Fil-A seems to prove itself the exception. Immediately upon walking through the door, a young woman with a bright smile said "good evening" to me and welcomed me to the store. (Quite unusual for a fast food restaurant.) I took my time deciding what to order, but ended up going with old faithful, the Original Chicken Sandwich. I cannot remember the name of the young blonde that served me, but she was extremely personable and friendly. Customer service here is INSANE. I was not disappointed with my meal whatsoever. It came out so quickly after I ordered that I was still standing at the register when someone walked up to me and graciously offered to follow me to my table with my tray. Hot and delicious. On top of all this, multiple times during the meal, employees asked if they would refill my drink and even went and brought me more napkins when I had realized I forgot them. Everyone loves chick-fil-a. They are known for their great food and excellent customer service. But this location has an employee that is so rude! I am unsure if she is like this with all customers or if she is just racist. I was really excited for Chick-Fil-A to open up inside and when they did my wife and I came right in! There was a big group of about 8 white young people right behind us so we were grateful to place our order before them so we didn't have to wait as long. Turns out that didn't matter. All 8 of them and the three other people in the restaurant received their orders before we did. We ended up waiting 15 minutes just to receive the wrong order. When we asked the manager her excuse was it takes longer to make a sandwich without a bun. I've ordered and received the same sandwich in the drive through faster than waiting inside. A family of 4 just came in, ordered their food and received their food in less than 5 minutes. The only common factor was they were white and my wife and I are Hispanic. I'm not sure what kind of franchise they are running here but it doesn't seem to me or my wife from this experience that they are running an equal establishment. read more

The food here is always great. However, I want to comment on the person who took my order in the drive thru today at 5:15pm on 03/05/2020. I normally don't comment on customer service, but this young lady was actually one of the most pleasant, professional persons I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. I had to comment about it because it 180 degrees from what you usually get. My receipt states that Aldara was my cashier.
