Tried this place for the first time and it was DELICIOUS! The chicken tenders were juicy, flavorful and the right temperature . It was like it was just made to order and fresh! We enjoyed the fries and their seasoning as well. It is a bit pricy for a meal though. We came back a second time to get the chicken tenders and fries. We also wanted to try the elote. This time it was a whole different story. So I think it is hot or miss- the chicken tenders were dry and chewy. The food overall was not as hot(temperature wise) and tasty. I ordered the $40 bundle with the Nashville Hot chicken. I wasn't expecting it to be quite as spicy as it was, but it definitely brought the heat. I'm guessing it's because they use a dry seasoning blend rather than a sauce-based coating like some other places. Either way, it was delicious. The Bird Sauce was excellent, the ranch was flavorful, and I especially enjoyed the kale slaw. It tasted fresh, light, and balanced out the spice from the chicken really well. My only complaint was the online order pickup process. During the dinner rush, it felt hectic and confusing. Even though I received a notification that my order was ready, the cashier continued taking several dine-in orders before helping customers picking up to-go orders. I also had to sign a pickup book, which felt unnecessary and slowed things down even more. I think the pickup process could use some improvement. When an online order is marked ready, customers should be able to quickly grab their food without waiting in the same line as dine-in guests. Love!!!! The street fries are so good and the flavors are so yummy!! I was surprised how good they were and how they hold up in a car ride home! I know that frequently fries will get soggy, especially if they're not eaten right away. But these fries are always good and a great late night snack to share. My husband also likes the Mac & cheese fries, and they are also super good. I like the fact that you can order ahead and pick them up on your way home or you can eat inside of the restaurant. I was so glad to see that this place had finally opened. There's plenty of seating and all of the workers have always been super kind and helpful when we ask questions. Was relatively timely, people were polite. The food was hot and fresh. The fries had a sweet, light spicy taste. As I'm eating into it now I see that the fries are the base, with a light bed of Mac n cheese pasta over the fries topped with a smash burger, sauce and some pickles. Went twice over several months. The place was dirty. Couldn't find a clean table in the place. In my opinion this place is overpriced. $15.14 for 2 Chicken strips and a waffle cut in 1/4s. One Nashville hot tender and one regular tender. I like to balance the heat. The cashier was nice and greeted us promptly. It was a crazy rainy day so and this was a popular stop. I've been here a few times and done takeout once. The food has been consistent every time. The food is good. They also always forget to give extra pickles even after I've ordered them and paid for them. My only real issue with this place is that the front of house staff is never friendly. The last time I was here, I walked up to the counter and the girl behind the register just looked at us. No hello, no what can I get you. It was super uncomfortable. I recently tried Urban Bird Hot Chicken and was impressed overall. I ordered three chicken tenders--two with Nashville Hot and one with Fire in the Hole seasoning. All three were nicely flavored and cooked well, but the Fire in the Hole definitely brought a serious kick for anyone who likes real heat. I also had the Kale Slaw, which was okay--pretty kale heavy, but still decent. The Street Corn was a great addition and helped cool things down between bites of those spicy tenders. We had to try the new spot and it did not disappoint. We went with the understanding that they are new and overwhelmed with customers. For example, they could not keep up with the fries so I feen like our serving portions of fries was minimal, the cashier said they had no custard (yet kids who ordered after use were seen with custard. It comes with each kid meal), and she said they did not have the kids chicken basket available(which comes with Chen and fries, both of what they were serving all day). However the manager came and spoke with us and thanked us for waiting in line as it was out the door. Now to the good part: the food was fresh and tasty! We tried the sandwich, strips, and waffles and none of them disappointed. Side sauces such as ranch and hot honey are availble. You have to try the hot honey, it's sweet with just a hint of spice and enhances the flavor to both the fries and chicken. The fries were crispy and seasoned well. They have several spice levels and recommended to start off trying medium spice and below if it's your first time. They have fountain drinks, tea, as well as juices availble. The temperature in the building was warm, due to the amount of cooking and people in the building. They have tables as well as bar seating available. When you're done, staff come to pick up your plates. If you are ok with the common new restaurant learning curve I would highly suggest trying it out. Otherwise you may want to give them some time for the crowd to die down a bit. We are looking forward to going back and getting to try the custard. read more

Came here on opening day and for how packed it was the staff did an amazing job with service and cooking. The food was outstanding, great portions and cooked perfectly. Eric one of the staff was amazing, checking on everyone and handling out some sampler fries, you could tell he cared about the customers comfort and happiness. The restaurant was decorated so cool and had this urban modern feel and it was fun. The staff along with the ambiance made this place very enjoyable. The chicken sando was so juicy and seasoned and the sandwich had the perfect blend of veggies and sauces. Can't wait to get that again. My order was straight forward, no customization. Counted 13 employees, all busy working, but the flow needs serious revisions. Extra long menu with options to customize content which leads to substantial delays. Chicken cooked to order at the time the order is placed and not ready to be customized with applicable sauce ahead of time until it is ordered. Cooking 2 strips in one bin and 10 strips for the pack in another ties up the fryer and delays the fryer... Metallic numbers are handed out for to go orders, and every time one of those is dropped it causes a loud bang sound startling little ones. I really want to give this place a shot. I have yet to try their food because the wait is incredibly long. The dining area is filled with guests yet not a single diner has received their order. The problem is definitely not lack of employees because as i was waiting to place my order I observed at least 12 staff members behind the counter.
