Even though I arrived just 5 minutes before closing, they still welcomed me with a positive attitude and provided excellent customer service. They never made me feel rushed and took the time to make sure my order was prepared correctly. Tee went above and beyond with professionalism, leadership, and a great attitude. Based on the service I received, I truly believe Tee deserves a promotion to manager and a raise. Employees like Tee are the reason customers keep coming back. Was celebrating National Burrito Day and using a Double Protein award I won from the Chipotle Burrito Vault game the other day. I ordered a salad with double Carnitas Protein, Cheese (Extra), Fresh Tomato Salsa, Fajita Veggies (Extra), Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa (Side), Sour Cream (Side), Chipotle-Honey Vinaigrette, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa (Extra), No Beans and White Rice. Lots of people were there of course and this is my favorite location as it's conveniently located off Hwy 281. I usually enjoy their food but today the salad was salty?? I noticed that in my first bite and I don't know if it was the meat or corn salsa but it was as if they sprinkled salt on the top?? Also, the cilantro on top and within the salad were soggy and wilted into a shriveled, sad clump. I also found a burnt solid green pepper and there was no extra cheese as requested. I've had no problems before and I don't know if this was an oversight with the employees being National Burrito Day but it was about 3:30pm which is past the lunch rush? I used the sour cream and sweet vinaigrette to counter the saltiness. Other than that, the veggies were crunchy as was the corn salsa, rice wasn't soggy and the portion was enough for 2 meals for me. My daughter and I were in line ordering and a worker was preparing our bowls. Another worker came over and used a disposable plastic condiment cup to scoop white rice from the hotel pan holding the rice. That worker then ate the cup of rice (like a drink or a shot, straight from the cup). Then another one came over, used a spoon to fill his cup with rice, and ate it. Then he wiped his mouth with his hand, and immediately returned to the island/counter to chop white meat chicken (no gloves, no handwashing). I informed the worker making our bowls what we just saw and he shrugged and said, "sorry." Then a third worker came and also scooped rice and ate it. Then the second worker filled a hotel pan with the chopped chicken, came to the service line, and dumped the contaminated chicken into what was already on the service line. Next, a woman worker came to the line and took our bowls and said she was going to remake them. She then announced to the rest of the line that they were going to pause service because they had tasted the rice and it was too salty. They were going to remake it and asked everyone to wait. We informed her what we had seen with the chicken contamination and informed her we would be leaving due to the unsanitary conditions. She just stood there-- she had zero confidence and zero ability to manage the situation and correct the health & safety issue. I emailed Chipotle customer service (at the same link they will auto-respond to this review with) and I received an AI response, masquerading as a human. I responded to that, indicating it didn't address the issue, and received another AI response. Then that happened a third time. So not only is this location absolutely horrible, their corporate HQ actually doesn't care on bit to address it. I can't stomach the idea of ever eating here again. read more

I usually get a burrito and am usually pretty satisfied with my meal. My wife always gets a bowl and it always seems like she gets more food than me. So this time I decided to get a bowl as well and both of our bowls contained barely enough food to really consider it a "meal". I used to come once a week with my family, but will no longer be doing that. Something has changed within the last few months. The portions have diminished, the food quality is bad- I have gone home with rice that was not fully cooked, dry and gristled chicken, and extremely dry carnitas. I watched them put newly cooked food in the old, grimy containers. It took me about 15-20 minutes to wait in line (2 people were in front of me- only ordering one entree), order, and checkout. When I asked if they had more queso (they were out) he rudely replied "don't know" and did not attempt to find out (I had a coupon for queso, which was the main reason I was giving this chipotle one last shot). The cashier was not friendly- she is usually the one working the register when I go. I have heard her say incredibly rude things about customers to her coworkers when I have gone, loud enough for those in line ordering to hear, including how she would "jump over this counter and show her what's up" because she did not "want to deal with that today". When I told her I needed these entrees to be on 2 separate orders, she rolled her eyes. We ended up not eating our 2 entrees last night due to the hard/crunchy rice, inedible chicken, the dry carnitas, and it being cold (6 minute drive from chipotle to my house). I love chipotle, and thought I would give this location another try- I will not be doing that again. I have lived in the area for 4 years and never had a poor experience until these last few months, which is why I say something must have changed. Food is ok, but what was really interesting (since I was waiting for my pick up order) was seeing two chipotle employees use the restroom and visibly be able to tell that the men's restroom was disgusting. Two employees, back to back, used the restroom before me and did absolutely nothing to clean or mention the restroom needing attention and resumed working the line. There were 7 people working and only 3 people in line so I feel priority could have been made to address this, but as a customer something as simple as this reflects poorly on the management and staff that they don't prioritize cleanliness. It's a shame. Also, tables were pretty disgusting. Please figure this out as there aren't many options but many love chipotle - this is disappointing. I've been a customer at this Chipotle restaurant for nine years. Not sure what is going on, but the quality of service has really gone downhill. Sad to say, but this will most likely be the last time I eat at this location. My burrito builder, completely left out the beans on both orders, she made me feel very rushed, and there was no other customers ahead of me or behind me. My order was ready to the minute it was promised which I appreciate. Staff is always on point. As expected, my order was neatly arranged on the to go rack and easy to find. This restaurant is always clean with plenty of to go utensils and napkins. I was in and out quickly and my order was right. This featured item is a 10/10.
