We came during a weeknight after a shopping trip at the neighboring Target. We didn't realize this was the only drive thru around and it was prime time for the dinner rush. We had 3 starving and whiny kids and the wait time was long. Make sure you follow signage for the drive thru since you need to go around the parking lot to enter the 2 drive thru lanes. When we chose our lane, it took a several mins for someone to take our order. We had already noticed 2 cars in the next lane pass us and we hadn't even placed our order. Finally after our order was placed, you have to merge with the other drive thru lane and the car did want to let us merge. The employees are friendly and quick, plenty of parking, and food was good. Just don't go during peak times. Our total time spent in the drive thru was about 20 mins. Not fun with screaming kids in the back seat. read more

As I was driving it on the road, I realized that it didn't have the vanilla flavoring and the creamer tasted funny (the milk/creamer is bad). I called them but only got directed to catering, store hours, comments. So I picked catering since it's the only live person line. After being on hold for 5 minutes, the person that picked up directed me to a comment line. WTH!!!! you can't even complain that they're serving stale creamer on their drinks! If your pronunciation is slightly different from that of a native speaker, they count it differently, give you a different menu, or even leave out some items. This has already happened five times. I just want to ask those clerks one thing: Your branch manager wants to sell more healthy food to customers--not to give you more free time, right? Got to the window, no greeting, she (Kendall) just asked me my name and proceeded to stretch her arm out like she wanted to throw my order at me. That was so rude. Never experienced that before. Most of these team members are happy and smiling but Kendall looked stressed and unhappy. My food was cold, my sons ice dream cup was soup and I asked for light ice in all of my drinks, but ended up with 3/4 ice instead. On top of that, no straws. A few friends love this location so they've taken me a few times via their drive thru. They are located in the same center as Target, Gor Gai, Board and Brew. They also have two drive thru lanes at this location. I feel this is the most efficient drive thru as the staff always seem so kind and happy. This is a popular location so the drive thru lines have been long (especially during the pandemic). We've tried a variety of items (chicken sandwiches, fries, frozen lemonade) and all taste hot and freshly made. Paying was quick and easy. First thing is I really enjoy Chick-fil-a food and usually go once a week to get drive thru. I have been going to this location for the past 3 months because it has a target next to it and I can shop and get a meal for the family. Now to the point this is the third time that this location has messed up my order. The first time I ordered a large tortilla soup and they gave me a chicken soup even though I ask the window girl if it was a tortilla soup and she said yes, so when I got home it was a chicken soup and I had a fries that was missing also. I didn't say anything because I know sometimes we all make mistakes. The second time I ordered a dlx spicy meal no pickles and a order of mac & cheese. This time I checked and found one of my sandwiches was in a bag and not a box so I knew it wasn't a dlx, they gave me a regular chicken sandwich with pickles and I got a side of fruit instead of mac & cheese so i had to get out of car and go inside and have them fix my order. Third time I ordered two dlx chicken sandwich meals one large and one regular with one regular coke zero and large coke and a 8 piece. The guy asked me twice what my large drink was and I told him COKE and that what it was on my receipt. The girl at the window went over my meal order and I agreed what it was. She gave me my drinks and my food and I checked the bag to make sure my order was right and it was. Of course when I got home I took a drink of my COKE thinking it was a COKE and it turned out to be a diet coke. After telling the guy that I wanted a large coke twice and him going over my order and the girl going over my order it still comes out wrong. Like I said at the Beginning this is the third time and I spend $35 to $40 a week at your location. I called your location and got rerouted to someone at corporate and told them about my order and told them about the 3 times your location made a mistake with my order. She was nice and apologized for the inconvenience and said they would send me something to my email. Well low and behold I got an email that offered me 2 cokes and a cookie. Well just to tell you I am a GM with Rubios and when a guest brings up continual complaints to me I take care of my guests with a full meal not just a drink and a cookie.
