I've been to this location many times and recently my kids ordered to go and I was shocked how the quality and quantity has gone downhill over the years while the prices just keep going up. The nugget counts are always wrong so make sure to check that (there's always one missing or there's a half piece or some pieces are just batter no chicken). The sandwiches are so tiny that it barely fills you up. Although the waffle fries are tasty the portions are tiny for the price. A meal costs $13-16 but barely fills you. To get a decent meal you'll need to spend at least $20 per person. Not worth it. read more

Went inside to get a milkshake waited over 10 mins only to hear a worker say whose milkshake is this then called my name and gave me a shake that I saw sitting there for a while. We came during a weeknight after a shopping trip at the neighboring Target. We didn't realize this was the only drive thru around and it was prime time for the dinner rush. We had 3 starving and whiny kids and the wait time was long. Make sure you follow signage for the drive thru since you need to go around the parking lot to enter the 2 drive thru lanes. When we chose our lane, it took a several mins for someone to take our order. We had already noticed 2 cars in the next lane pass us and we hadn't even placed our order. Finally after our order was placed, you have to merge with the other drive thru lane and the car did want to let us merge. The employees are friendly and quick, plenty of parking, and food was good. Just don't go during peak times. Our total time spent in the drive thru was about 20 mins. Not fun with screaming kids in the back seat. read more

I ordered my favorite Vanilla Iced Coffee thru Drive Thru on my way to North Park. As I was driving it on the road, I realized that it didn't have the vanilla flavoring and the creamer tasted funny (the milk/creamer is bad). I called them but only got directed to catering, store hours, comments. So I picked catering since it's the only live person line. A few friends love this location so they've taken me a few times via their drive thru. They are located in the same center as Target, Gor Gai, Board and Brew. They also have two drive thru lanes at this location. I feel this is the most efficient drive thru as the staff always seem so kind and happy. This is a popular location so the drive thru lines have been long (especially during the pandemic). I think the clerks here provide racially discriminatory service to customers. If your pronunciation is slightly different from that of a native speaker, they count it differently, give you a different menu, or even leave out some items. This has already happened five times. I just want to ask those clerks one thing: Your branch manager wants to sell more healthy food to customers--not to give you more free time, right? Placed a mobile order and waited (got stuck in line) for 25 minutes. Got to the window, no greeting, she (Kendall) just asked me my name and proceeded to stretch her arm out like she wanted to throw my order at me. That was so rude. Never experienced that before. Most of these team members are happy and smiling but Kendall looked stressed and unhappy. My food was cold, my sons ice dream cup was soup and I asked for light ice in all of my drinks, but ended up with 3/4 ice instead. On top of that, no straws.
