Excellent service and didn't have to wait for my wings for a very long time. They don't have indoor seating , but they have outdoor with umbrellas. This would be my go-to chicken place for any one up in North County. The daikon is good to go with wings, I had the drumsticks, cheese balls and wings, all were freshly made.

Really good chicken! Not greasy, very flavorful and reasonably priced. For a place that doesn't advertise, they are sure popular. Service is quick. The place is small and has seating for customers to wait. There is patio furniture available that is shared with the other establishments. My son enjoys the food and scarfs it down once it's plated. I like the pickled radish which is a perfect compliment to the chicken. Their honey mustard is on point too! Be back soon.

First time trying BHC Chicken in Rancho Bernardo. We ordered the Bburinkle Chicken, Matcho Chicken, pickled radish, and grabbed a 8piece plain chicken tender with ranch. The chicken was super crunchy with lots of breading...definitely tasty. Only downside was it was DRENCHED in sauce. Flavor was good, but next time I'll get it on the side. The kids loved it, so that's a win. Couple hiccups: no timeframe was given when we called in, and when we showed up (30+ minutes later) the order still wasn't ready. Also felt a little overpriced for what we got. All that said, the food was good enough that we'll be back. If the pickup process is smoother and I get the sauce on the side, this could easily be a 5 star spot.

Rice Bowl with Gold King Chicken

One of the better Korean Fried Chicken restaurants I've been to. I ordered a Rice Bowl with Gold King Chicken and Classic Fried Chicken tenders. The Gold King chicken was good, but a little sweeter than I thought it would be. Rice was fresh. I liked the bowl and will try with a different variety of chicken next time. I really enjoyed the fried chicken tenders though. Had a great taste, weren't greasy, and tasted fresh. I'm looking forward to trying the drumsticks in this flavor next time. Service was pleasant. Only downside was that it is small and there aren't any tables inside. However, plenty of seating in the outside area. Will return for more fried chicken!

This chicken is crispy! I wish they gave easier options to mix and match because I would have loved to try move flavors. The kiosk was a little broken when I went to order so I had to order this eight(?) piece? I was too tired to ask for help so that's my own fault but I would be happy to come back and try other flavors. One note, I love how that store didn't smell greasy upon coming in. I feel that is an issue for restaurants that don't even have fried foods as their main dishes so props to them for maintaining a clean environment. There isn't seating inside to eat so expect to have take out or to eat out in the public patio area.

The service was great. The staff was very nice and helpful with the order and a discussion after the order was completed. No seating inside, so it's a grab and go. There is some patio seating outside. The food was excellent, definitely the best among "wing spots". If you like b dubs, epic wings, etc., you will love this please more.

Chicken was incredibly flavorful and crispy. A bit greasy but that's expected. Fries were a little bit soggy but I got them delivered so going to blame that. All their dipping sauces were great too

My new favorite place to get korean fried chicken. The best part is the awesome proximity from my home, no more needing to drive so far out to get some decent korean friend chicken. Been getting their original for now as not that super interested in heavy sauce flavors. There is a slight mild kick to it so had to be little careful when feeding for the littl ones. It's nice and crispy and not very oily tasting. This place isn't really to dine in, it's very small and only seating is in public tables outside of the establishment which is common space for multiple restaurants.

We intended to go to a place next to this, but service was not friendly as soon as stepped, so we stumbled onto BHC and it was the best! So glad we didn't stay at the other place...(2 doors over) BHC took over the old subway suite, so glad they did! The price for the Original Chicken Dutch Crunch was only $10, we made ours a combo for just $16. So worth it and very filling! Flavor was on point! The chicken tender prices were juicy and crispy. It also had a spicy mayo and apple slaw in it. The roll was almost as line as my arm. If you get any sides, you MUST do the cheeseball and eat them hot/warm. The sweet crispy crust and soft salty cheese was spot on. Will absolutely come here again!

Classic Fried Tenders, GOLD KING WINGS, potato wedges

First time at this location but we heard it was take out only since there's no indoor seating so we ordered ahead. We did wait a bit after we arrived so it took around 25 mins so I recommend ordering ahead. There's a kiosk inside to order and a few seats inside to wait and a good amount of shaded seating on the patio outside. The 3 of us ordered the 8 piece gold king wings, 4 piece classic tenders and potato wedges and we were all stuffed! The portions were huge and the food was hot, fresh and crispy. There wasn't much meat on the tenders and the tenders and wings had a little kick to it but everything was still good.

My first time at this location but love this Korean fried chicken chain! Take-out only since there's no seating inside but there's a good amount of shaded seating on the patio outside. We ordered ahead via the website so it was ready quickly after we arrived (~20 mins total). The 3 of us were stuffed after getting the 8 pc gold king wings, 4 pc classic tenders, and potato wedges! Portions were huge, the food was hot and crispy, and the staff were quick and nice. I do wish they gave us more radish tho. There's also a kiosk to order inside but recommend ordering ahead to save time

Unfortunately, the beef tongue was the biggest letdown of the night. It was dry and seemed like it wasn't very fresh. However, the ribeye, beef short rib, and rib fingers were all good and ended up being my favorite meats of the evening. The biggest issue was the service. We came on a busy Saturday night, and while I understand weekends get hectic, the service was painfully slow. Our server never seemed to be in much of a rush, even with a packed restaurant. Since you're only allowed to order 4 plates of meat at a time, the long waits between rounds meant we spent more time waiting than eating. We also had to ask twice for a grill change, and it still took a long time before he actually returned with a grill change. By the time our next round of meat arrived, we were already getting full, which really took away from the all-you-can-eat experience. What made this visit even more disappointing is that I've eaten here before, and it used to be one of my favorite KBBQ spots. I celebrated my birthday here last year, and it was hands down one of the best KBBQ meals I've had. This visit just didn't come close to that experience. I'm hoping this was just an off night. I know Buga is capable of much better, but based on this experience, I can only give it 3 stars.

Aside from the food, the service was great from the busboy to our server, and to the lady (owner?) who wished us well as we left the restaurant. The ambiance was great. It felt like I was in a small Korean village restaurant enjoying local cuisine. While the food, service, and ambiance were great, the parking situation is brutal. It is a small lot shared with other businesses in the plaza and spaces can be tight for a truck or SUV. The key here is patience or arrive early. We made it before our reservation and I'm so glad we got a head start since I knew we would be on Convoy (iykyk). Overall, they really went the extra mile to accommodate a reservation for our large party and their service was above and beyond. Kudos to their team. And their dishes are worth coming back to. Here we go - so I paid full price for a combo meal, but several of the included items weren't available. They were out of my side dishes, out of rice for tomorrow, and ultimately had no rice at all--yet I was still charged full price. What's frustrating is that two different servers encouraged me to order the combo meal in the first place. I was dining in and also placing a takeout order, but I never received everything that was included in what I purchased. As someone who occasionally does paid collaborations with restaurants, I want to be clear that this was not a collaboration. It was simply a regular customer experience. It's eye-opening to see how some restaurants operate when you're just another paying customer. Experiences like this make you wonder whether the level of service changes when promotions or influencers are involved. Being in "ninja mode" definitely gives you a different perspective. At the end of the day, customers should receive what they're paying for--or be charged accordingly when key items are unavailable. Restaurants need to do better.
