It's been a very long time since I've been to Chick-Fil-A and when I found out that they opened one in near my office, I wanted to give it another try. Right when we walked in, we were greeted by the staff. When it was time to order, the gentleman at the cashier was very polite and patient. It's been awhile, so I was still trying to figure out what to order as fast as I could. I ended up ordering the #1 (chicken sandwich, fries and lemonade). The chicken wasn't as crispy as I thought it would be and it was just a plain chicken sandwich with out lettuce. I should have ordered the one that came with lettuce, that way I would have had more of a crunch since the chicken wasn't crispy. I gave this place a four because of the service. When I was waiting for my order, the manager came out, called my name, gave me the order and asked if I needed anything else. The experience from this fast food place is like no other fast food joint I have experienced. They made me feel welcomed and everyone was so polite and it makes me want to come back for the service. Usually with fast food places, you come in, order and grab your order when it's ready. This was not the case here, they were so friendly that it made me feel great leaving. As far as fast food goes, this place is as good as it gets. However, it's a bit pricey. On average the sandwiches are between $5-$6 per and their meals can easily reach $10 quickly. That being said, it's a far healthy choice than any other burger joint. All the sandwiches have the choice of grilled or classic (breaded). The shakes are yummy and I particularly like that they put whip cream and cherries in top, even when it's to go. The dining area looks great! It has a very warm feel and there always seems to be someone cleaning. For children, they have a indoor play structure. They also have foam antibacterial dispensers throughout. I did notice however that they did NOT have a changing station in the men's restroom. The staff is super friendly and polite and they walk the food out to you whether you're dining in or taking it to go. Disappointed in the service. Didnt see Shannon and the manager appeared to be leaving as we were ordering. Received our food without the fries we ordered with our meals. No worries.. it happens, so I check my receipt, yep paid for fries in the meals, so I went to the register and told the guy we didnt receive our fries. He took the receipt to a tall guy (Jahuan-spelling?) working drive thru who looked at my receipt and requested to see my bag. Sorry, no bag, we are dining in. Then he requests to see our tray and table so he can verify we didnt receive them?! Seriously! I didnt pay $35 to be accused of stealing fries! Took him to the table and he said "that is unacceptable" and walked away with my receipt.... ummmm what is unacceptable?! Your behavior, the missing fries, world affairs?---no apology, nothing. Fries showed up 5 min later, again no apology and had to ask for my receipt back. Disappointed Shannon. The kids running house when you are out are going to ruin your business without training in manners and the chick fil a way! This is the worst Chick-fil-A location! I won't be coming here ever again, I gave it so many chances and really wanted to continue eating here. I am a major Chick-fil-A lover and was so excited when this location opened, but I have never had a good experience eating here. My issue isn't with the food, and thats the only reason I kept coming back. My issue is with the amazingly rude staff and the fact that every time I came here there is at least 2-3 things wrong with my order. I don't normally do fast food due to my kids food allergys. but this place was open and allowed us the use of their bathrooms. I stopped in here late Saturday evening after my car was towed form the Grocery Outlet Parking lot. (with my parking placard displayed on the dash) There I sat cold, tired, hungry and dirty with three equally cold, tired, dirty and hungry children, my car gone my phone almost dead, the awesome young man by the name of Sherman let me borrow his charger while I waited for my friend to pick me up it was almost two hours before she got there. The manager on duty Saturday the 14th was equally gracious, she made sure we stayed inside, where it was warm and safe. When I asked about the ice cream ingredients I was told "It would be my pleasure" Of all the years I have had to ask this question I have never heard those word spoken. The whole time we waited I was never made to feel like I was in the way.. Infact I was asked many times if I needed anything else. If kindness is what Chick-fil-a teaches their employees I can think of many others that need to learn from them.. They are a shining example of human kindness. Drive thru visit at about 1:30 today. There was no line and I received good service. But why 3 stars? I have the calendar card and it had a free sandwich and large soda on it for June. It's my 1st time coming here.. Very nice and friendly I Was a little confused if I needed to wait for my food or sit down. I was unsure what the plastic cup was for. I think they should let you know to take it to your table and they will bring your food to you. Great place I like it here. I will be returning. First time trying chick fil-a, was met with attitude when I asked for sauce on the burger not knowing it couldn't be added, ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 8 nuggets, got 4 chicken strips and only one spicy chicken sandwich. They way the manage the drive through lines - tons of people and they move everyone through fast with great personal service; inside is efficient and clean; their service is the best among their fast food bretheren (and even nicer eateries) - we always treated very well. Absolutely amazing !!! Even if it's a fast food chain, this place is like a restaurant. Everyone is friendly, the seats give privacy, children can go play when adults can enjoy their meals, and people come by to clean up for you and take your tray as well. I absolutely love it !!!! I can't wait to come back ! I left some tip for the Dorothea who cleaned up my spot but she said they dont take tips . However, I insisted so she gave it to her boss so they can put it in some kind of box for employees to share. Awesome :D read more

I love Chick-fil-a but the quality at this location is not consistent. I always get Chick minis for breakfast. Sometimes they do it so good. Sometimes the biscuits are so dried. Many times they forget to swipe honey on the biscuits so it doesn't taste as good as it should. Guess the manager doesn't care since they're the only Chick-fil-a around here. If you come here early, expect a very slow service. They even ignore you. Horrible customer service that I couldn't imagine from a Chick-fil-A. Always provides fresh food and service is outstanding. Very fast workers so the food comes out with little wait time. Drive-thru can get a little long so keep that in mind. Right when me and my bf got up to the speaker and the drive thru some lady says the usual welcome and after we gave our order she did not sounded happy, or trying to be happy. She just sounded ratchet as hell I swear to god. After saying our order she still sounded ratchet and said total $19.51 drive away bye! I have heard great things about the entire franchise so I have always wanted to try it so I went to this location and this post is only for their customer service which is AWFUL, I understand they have a high volume of people come in and the wait would be long so I was patient but I started to notice everyone who was in front me received their food and new people coming in also got their food so I asked and come to find out the order I placed was not in the system. One girl took my order in line and the other one was up front to charge my card and nothing was in the system so they had to re do my order and I got no apologies from anyone, which is just RUDE! I will never go back they have horrible customer service mainly the girls they have hired who looked young and full of attitude. I have never gotten a bad meal from here until this morning. I like coming here in the morning because you can get lunch items as soon as they open. I got a deluxe meal this morning and the chicken breast was not hot and tasted like it had been sitting a little too long. This was the first time I have been in Chick-Gil-A. Customer service was great, they had a long queue but apparently they were doing just fine handling lots of customers. My waiting time was under 5min. Friendly staff, polite and respectful. This place is clean with lots of parking space for vehicles and bikes. I had high hopes for this location and this food franchise, but I am very disappointed in them now. I refuse to waste my money and time anymore with Chick-fil-a. This is my third horrible experience at this location. I am finally writing about them to remind myself not to go here or other locations ever again. Despite they are inconveniently closed on Sundays, they have long lines that end up being 20-30 min waits!! By time I get to the window they hand me just a plastic container with lettuce and HALF of one sorry looking egg on what is supposed to be a salad that costs $10!! This place is truly a rip off. The company is rooted in Christian Culture, but they definitely do not have good customer service. I had to ask 2 times for a fork and some napkins. They do not add to the salads even when they are missing the toppings that were expected to be on them based on the menu. It is clear any person can be a manager these days, but none know how to really manage a store well enough to deliver quality customer service or even care for what they should stand for. To CLARIFY, I will almost always rate a 4 star with fast food restaurants. Unless the fast food restaurant saves me from choking to death, the top rating would be a 4. I got one of their chicken sandwiches .. truthfully, I could tell that their breast actually came from a chicken .. so that was good, haha. Where to begin. First off, if you are planning to only buy one item, I suggest using the drive through because otherwise, you would end up buying the whole meal if you walked inside the door just as I did. This place is literally 10 minutes or less from my house, but I dont know if thats really a good thing.. Anyways, this place is pretty good. Known for their original chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. I really like the fact that they are willing to give you 3 different sauces without question and they dont even charge extra. (Unlike some Mcdonalds) I do wish they made their chicken crispier but I guess it would make it "unhealthier" than it already is.. Which is nice but he didn't say "welcome to chick fil a, my name is - how may I serve you?" He was very short with me and after I asked for what I wanted he tried to get me through as quickly as possible. He didn't care enough to repeat the order back to me. The classic and spicy chicken sandwiches are bland. Furthermore, you are getting fairly little chicken. My son also didn't like their version of chicken nuggets very much and none of us was impressed with the waffle fries. Furthermore, you have to wait on a waiter to get a refill for your drink. I mean this is fast food and just having someone serving the drinks doesn't really change that! The only good thing are the sauces. Every time I come here they are polite, helpful, and caring. That is very difficult to uphold especially in a fast food restaurant. Believe me I serve for a living. Our family drove over an hour to get Chick-Fil-A as our usual one was closed. There was amazing service at the register. However, upon picking up my food, I was gravely disappointed and frankly irritated. I know that these establishments usually hire kind, approachable workers.
