I always have to double and triple check my food whenever I visit this specific Chick-fil-A location. They will either not include items and not communicate anything with you or if you pay for extra items like sliced egg or tomato on your salads they will completely leave those off but still take your money and then give you a hard time when you come back and request your money back. For example today they charged me for tomato on my salad and did not included nor give me a refund or replacement of any sort. They wouldn't have even communicated it to me. She acted like we asked for the code to their safe for asking for the sauces we ordered. We asked for chic fil a sauce ONLY but we somehow got a bag full of ranch's(0 chic fil a sauce). We got here around 10:20, just enough time to get the breakfast that ends at 10:30. When we went in we were greeted with the longest line I have ever seen. We waited for almost 20 minutes for the rude lady at the register to say breakfast had ended. I got surprised with a free iced coffee while I was dining in! I saw them give a young boy a free ice cream cone as well! This Chick Fil A will go out of their way to accommodate you, and I have personally never experienced bad customer service, unfriendly workers, or dirty bathrooms here. Their common dining area can get a little dirty, sometimes, but they are always on top of it as soon as a team member notices. Still 5 stars from me! Open again and their double lane drive through is the dumbest design I've seen. All lanes were stalled because the end comes to one lane- right where they park people who have to wait for something special. Too narrow for the typical Texas truck and no one was going anywhere. I have visited this place numerous times as most of us have. Last week as I was waiting to move forward in the line I was reading their menu board and discovered they offered grill chicken nuggets. This is a very busy location, but which Chick Fil A isn't??? We stopped here after our trip to the San Marcos Premium outlets. What impressed me wasn't how fast the line moved...it was how fast the line was moving given each vehicle had at least 4 people in inside! They were probably averaging less than a 2-3minute wait per vehicle. And then to get our order perfect, not to mention their overly generous dipping sauces quantity, and then their vibrant positive personalities!? It's as if they were machines! I am so happy that in general, all Chick Fil A's maintain the same high level of customer service. Their success rate at getting our orders made correct and on time has to be in the mid 90's! My first visit to this location was for the free Spicy Chicken Biscuit offer this past Monday. So, yes, I started this relationship by being a sponge. I went in expecting only to get a sandwich in return for my coupon. When the man behind the counter asked me if I wanted something to drink, the little cynic inside me starting thinking "upsell", so I declined. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised that he informed me the free sandwich offer also included a beverage and hash browns. I wound up choosing the apple juice, which, although served in one of those Minute Maid kiddie sippie boxes, still sounded so much better than the alternative of a bottle of Ozarka from the car. I thanked him and left with my order to go. When I got to the office, I found that everything was just as promised, and still warm after the ten minute trip in. This Chick-fil-A is always super clean when I go, and the staff is always super kind and helpful (as most Chick-fil-A employees are). The food is great and reasonably priced. I've never been for breakfast but I suppose that'll change some day, because I'm always craving their chicken. I always get the chicken nuggets -- they're fried but not enough to make you feel gross or weighed down. And you can tell the chicken is made with real chicken, not some mush like other fast food places. I've even been here right up to 10 minutes before closing but the staff is so kind that they're not the type to rush you or anything of the sort, so that's a big bonus in my book. If you go around dinner time, after 5 and before 9, chances are the drive-thru will be insane. It's MUCH faster to go inside and order. Had stopped by for some nuggets as always service was great and the food was hot now the only problem I have is when you pay before collecting your points and they tell you on the receipt you could pull up the website and still collect well that's not true I have no success that way and has tried several times.
