Our waitress Bridgette served us everytime we've dined in there. She has been on point with her customer service. She's very approachable, communicative and has always been pleasant when serving us!! The food is delicious however I noticed that's it's not consistent. I don't have food the showcase but It's a great place to come to for the ambiance and some good food. I gave it three stars only because this establishment has gone down in the portions over the years and up in price. This is expected, of course, just given the circumstance of rising costs. We came during happy hour, and I will save the cosmopolitan and the gin drink where my two favorites and if I came here solely for the drinks, I think I would be OK. The food wasn't really hitting the spot for me per se, but I did like the ambience. Send The option to sit both inside and out on the patio. This location is highly convenient because it's attached to a hotel so I know a lot of business people frequent. Maybe next time I just need to try and order an actual dinner entrée rather than going for happy hour. I just wanted to meet up with a few friends after work. To begin with we didn't exactly get off to the best start, I made a reservation trying to be smart and make sure I had a seat amongst the happy couples on Valentine's Day. Now I already wasn't feeling good about being canceled and I really didn't like the part where it was suggested. I did something wrong by not confirming something, definitely could have did without that part. Being single on this day but to have my reservation canceled made me feel worse. It was giving. We don't want some sad single sack hanging around here. Now I was quickly greeted with customer service and managers so I believe them. When they said a bunch of reservations got canceled I felt like they were there because they knew some people were going to be coming in hot. So I understand a system issue and we moved on. First of all shouts out to the valet Brian. Very cool guy and I wish I would have tipped him more money. Then we move on to my server. Brian and Kyle who is also out on the patio. These gentlemen complimented each other and took care of everybody out on the patio including single little old me. Like I said, didn't get off to the bus start but they had a fantastic finish. The food was next level. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Coach Shula would definitely be proud. Those wings were everything. It did have some kick but the ranch balanced it out and I thoroughly enjoyed those. Now to one of the best filet mignon in town. If you ever want to know if the cook and the wait staff know what's going on, tell them to cook it. Pittsburgh. Highly seasoned and almost to a burn on the outside. Cooked on two sides by cast iron. Steel is ideal but if you can get a mid-rare Pittsburgh correctly, you're in the right kitchen and I was definitely in the right kitchen. Came in to have a drink and maybe an appetizer Walked in to an empty place and should have known right there it was empty for a reason. Sat at the bar and waited about ten minutes to be greeted. Bartender came by and didn't seem to really care and proceeded to pass us menus. I asked for a Long Island and I couldn't believe how gross this drink was. Told Nicole there was way to much sour mix in it and to her surprise she lied and said she only put a drop. I watched her make the drink and she filled up the entire glass with sour mix and shook it, served it with no soda and garnished with an orange slice. My Wedge Salad was fresh and crisp and the steak tips may have been some of the best I've ever had. Friend and I came here for a little girls night date and to check out the happy hour. Had a great time! We actually couldn't believe the happy hour prices! I got the mexican corn croquettes, bleu cheese chips and then the truffle parmesan wedges. My absolute favorite was the bleu cheese chips. The chips themselves were super crunchy and were generously topped with bleu cheese, tomatoes and green onions. The wedges honestly could've used more salt as well as the croquettes. All still delicious, but could've used a little more seasoning on those. I also ordered the Canyon Road white wine flight (for $3!!) and the flavors of all three wines were great. I do wish I knew which ones were which but that was okay! Our server was super attentive and the atmosphere was very chill. We sat outside so it was more quiet but it was pretty loud inside- which was also fine! We just prefer a little more quaintness. Overall we will definitely be back. Hadn't been to Shula's 347 for a while. Apparently, the ownership changed, as did the menu, and not for the better. Gone are the ahi tuna and flatbread appetizers. Also gone is the bone-in ribeye. To make matters worse, my wife ordered salmon, but after the order went to the kitchen, our server came back to inform us that they were out of salmon. She should at least have been briefed by the kitchen BEFORE she took the order. I felt bad for our server, Andrea, who had to bear the brunt of our disappointment. She did an excellent job. The food was good, not great. Finally, being Sunday night, it was an off-night, so the restaurant was practically empty, which meant that the loudmouths at the bar could be heard over the dinner music. read more

I came here with my girlfriend's momma for Mother's Day this year. They had a special brunch going on for the occasion, and it was spectacular. First of all, there was a build-your-own bar for both bloody Mary's and mimosas, and the amount of toppings was insane. Bacon, celery, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, every fruit juice imaginable, fruit skewers, if you wanted it in your drinks, it was on this bar. Very cool. So for pre-brunch apps, they had an AYCE section with various cold salads and breads and fruits. It was very interesting to peruse. Sorry I didn't snap any pictures. But they had a compressed watermelon and basil salad, and some kind of cheese. I forget, but this kind of salad is amazing and it was my favorite thing on the app bar that day. We also got to order a main app and a main entrée each. I don't have access to the menu anymore, so I don't have specifics, but I remember I got an Oysters Rockefeller. They were good! Three plump oysters that were nice and ooey and gooey. Pure indulgence right out of the 1890's. I also got to try some sort of ham and cheese crepe eggroll. It's definitely not on their regular menu, and it was a bit clunky, but it was tasty! Melty and crispy all in the same bite is always a winner. My main entrée was a New York Strip with mash and asparagus. I wasn't expecting too much, but MAN, this was a good steak. I asked them if it was dry-aged, because it tasted like it was, but they told me that it was wet-aged. They explained it to me, and I had never heard of it before. Either way, it was very good. Tender, a little funky, medium rare. The best steak I have had in quite some time. This review is already too long for what it contains. So I'll end it with saying that the AYCE dessert buffet table was the cherry on top of this amazing feast of a brunch. Little pastries and cookies and cakes everywhere. Fruits, cheese, etc. And my favorite thing, a piping hot, fresh peach cobbler that you could dig into and get yourself a heaping portion of. So good. This special event was very nice. If you enjoy eating an expensive meal while being uncomfortably cold and wearing a coat, you may like dining here. Each of our party members were miserably cold. We asked if they could adjust the temperature, but apparently the attached hotel controls the thermostat setting for the restaurant & won't alter it. All of our proteins were good and cooked well; however everyone's vegetables were either "hard as a brick" (potatoes) or practically raw (green beans). Very strong and reasonable pricing. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was good but not ground breaking. Standard calamari with Parmesan and banana peppers on top. For what it was I did feel like $19 was a bit much Next, we ordered the sautéed shrimp and half chicken. I loved the shrimp! They were cooked to perfection and huge. The risotto was creamy and had corn in it. The half chicken was also cooked to perfection and came with a large amount broccoli and potatoes. I had a mimosa, cauliflower soup, breakfast quiche lorraine, steak and eggs. The mirmosa was weak, could have made a better one at home. The cauliflower gouda soup tasted like grits with minimum shredded gouda. The quiche was good. The steak and eggs were also good. The decor was modern, black sleek finishes, very contemporary. The staff seemed nice, except that guy in the suit, name was Jason or John, can't remember but he appeared to have his nose turned up. . . Like he couldn't be bothered! I was surprised to see the restaurant attached to the hotel, didn't expect it. Parking is available, which is rare in some cases. I appreciated the entire ambiance of the restaurant. I've been wanting to come here for a long time. I love that they have a happy hour menu which lets you try a lot of small plates each for $3.47! That's including the flights! We tried about 4 of the small plates. The Buffalo wings were okay, they're basically nuggets. I wouldn't order that again. The Truffle Parmesan Wedges were pretty good and I usually don't like truffle fries. As for the Mexican Street Corn Croquettes, these were my least favorite. They were fried perfectly but I didn't really enjoy the flavor. My friend did like them though so it might just be me. My favorite were the Asian Pork Meatballs, these were so good! I wish I ordered more than one plate of these. We ordered the Wine Flights which were good. I've never seen them go for $3.47. They have a few to choose from which is nice so you can find which one you like the most. We also got Crab Mac & Cheese, it wasn't on the happy hour menu but it was really good! It is a bit pricy for the portion but we really enjoyed it. I would say definitely go for happy hour and try all the small plates. Staying at the Westin for a tourney and decided to try Shulas for lunch. The restaurant has plenty of seating both from bar and dine in. We were greeted when we got there and thanked when we left. Nice staff. Our sever was great, always very attentive. 4 stars because we ordered the tenderloin tips medium rare and it came out well done. We sent it back and they quickly rectified the issue. I had the buffet breakfast twice during my stay accompanying hotel. Food was good. On day one, the fresh fruit tasted old and a little rotten (like when you cut up fruit and leave it out for too long) on day two the fruit tasted fresher and much better. The sautéed vegetable option was delicious. The seasoned potatoes were some of the more flavorful seasoned potatoes I've had (well done). I always think breakfast eggs can be flavored more, but I understand they have to cater to many individuals with different taste buds. When I added the sautéed vegetables to the eggs, the flavor improved because the vegetables along with the seasoned potatoes were seasoned well. The bench seating sunk in and felt uncomfortable, so someone may need to look into upgrading those and fixing the ones which sinks in. Overall, good breakfast options with good food. read more

Located inside the Westin Hotel with easy entry. Plenty of seating inside and outside. We sat near the door but ended up moving since their were gnats that were flying in everything the employees will go out to serve the customers outside. One of the gnats did fly into my friends drink, server took that back and gave a new one. Their menu consist of foods and beer, wine, and martini flights. I ordered the beer flight which came with 3 glasses of different beers. For food I had ordered the buffalo chicken wings x2, Jerk seasoned beef tips (3 pieces), braised mussels, and the mexican street corn croquettes. I didn't care much for the croquettes. I did however enjoy their hot wings and the mussels. Next time I will try another item from their menu. Great friendly service from everyone that was working there. I will start off by saying they have a fantastic happy hour normally, but we went on valentine's day. We love the 3.47 deal, it's a nice spot with a good ambience, central to Lake Mary. We had excellent service this night and our waiter was super attentive. I don't know if it's because it was valentine's day but the dinner was off. we arrived four minutes for our 6 o'clock reservation and they made us stand at the side and wait. "You're early you need to wait 4 min" , even though plenty of people were already seated, and the remaining tables were empty and ready. The presentation of the food was really lacking tonight (not normal) I'm not sure if it's because we upgraded the sides, but they just plopped it all on a plate and it felt very rushed. that being said the food is delicious.
