This has always been one of those dependable places you can count on for service and consistency, which is why this visit was disappointing. By the time I noticed, we were already home. I went into the app where I placed the order, and they did issue a credit for the missing sandwich toward a future purchase, which I appreciated. A credit for later does not fix the inconvenience in the moment. The food we did receive was also not up to the usual standard. The fries and sandwich were cold and had to be reheated. This is my local cfa so I come to this location often. I do love that they have a dedicated mobile line for peak times when choosing drive thru for pickup as I feel that gets me through a lot faster on my lunch break! I've had some consistency issues here though - missing items, incorrect sauces. Any time I've had a problem, I've been able to call and get my money returned or reward added back. I'm hopeful with the refurb they just completed that they will get a bit more consistent again! read more

I come here a lot to get breakfast before work. I've also come a few times during my lunch break. This is the best chick fil a location I've ever been to. The staff are really friendly and even though sometimes there are long lines the drive thru moves quick! For breakfast I usually get the Chicken Biscuit. It always tastes fresh and doesn't have any of those weird tough parts. Sometimes I get the chicken minis, the sweet bread is so good. I also get a frosted coffee in the morning and they always taste amazing. For lunch I usually get the original chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets and fries with Chick-fil-A sauce. I've also had the Mac and cheese which is great and I'm so glad they added it to their menu. This location is consistently good! The food is always hot when I get it. Came here last Friday to redeem a free 8 count chicken nugget which I received on the Chick-fil-A app. The restaurant has abundant parking, although one has to drive around the one way lane in order to find a parking spot. As you enter, the store is clean, there is plenty of seating, and the menu options/register is right there. Customer service from the cashier was friendly as I ordered the chicken nuggets and one additional item. The scanner that they use to scan barcodes is a little difficult to scan sometimes because you need to hold your phone at an angle. The amount of time it took to get the food was reasonable as I only waited about 2-3 minutes. The woman who gave me the bag had a big smile on her face which I appreciated. There's no entrance from SR46, you have to enter from the side street next to RaceTrac. Makes getting in and out a PITA during peak hours. The protein portion has been slowly getting smaller and smaller. I usually get the tenders for many years and they were a nice portion, nice thick white meat and 3 pcs would hit the spot. Let me set the stage for this review. It started on a Saturday morning- I was famished. There was just enough time to get food before we had to be somewhere and coincidentally this chick fil a caught our eyes! The location is excellent- right off of 434, I would recommend it for individuals who are searching for something to quench their thirst and hunger. I really liked how fast the delivery was to our table but I'd like to say it was not a five star moment. The breakfast ended right as I sat down and my disappointment was immeasurable. 11:30 in the morning is no time for fries and a chick fil a sandwich. I can't blame them but I was pretty upset so it did dampen the mood. However, I had a good time. I would give this restaurant a 5 star review but I was harassed by Ian while at this restaurant and have the photos to prove it.
