Our visit today was awesome! All of the employees are attentive, polite, and grateful. The dining area is very spacious, clean, and has a small area for children to enjoy. The service was uber fast. The drive thru was busy with three employees under the awnings ready to take orders. The food was so good! We both ordered salads (Market and Southwest). The vegetables and toppings were packaged beautifully and were fresh/crispy. We also ordered the Grilled Southwest Chicken Wrap (entree). So good with the creamy salsa dressing! Holy moly the drive through at this location is a well oiled machine! There was a huge line for the lunch rush but we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. They seriously had so many staff members working just the drive through -- probably 15 of them hustling! Our order was correct despite the chaos and everyone was very polite. I ordered the Southwest chicken salad which was very good. I also got a side of fries because they are the best! My son got the kids meal, which always comes with a cool "toy" which is usually focused on activities and learning. Was truly impressed with the drive thru team at this location. First time at a Chick,-fill-A. Have seen the advertising for years. Three of us had a Saturday lunch. We had 3 #1 chicken sandwiches, 3 soft drinks, 3 cottage fries and 2 salads. Price with tax was $49. Someone else paid, "it is what it is", as they say. Interesting reviews, you either love it or hate it. The sandwich was good as were the cottage fries. The salad was fresh but nothing special, lettuce is lettuce. While eating lunch, noticed this place is packed! Line to get served was near the door. Drive through had a long line and there were servers packaging food for delivery in Chick-fill-A delivery cars. Have not seen that kind of action at KFC, Churches, or Popeyes. I would return if I was graving a chicken sandwich, unless there was a Lolo's Chicken & Waffles nearby. read more

Show up at least 10 minutes before 10:30 if you want breakfast. Doesn't stop serving at 10:30 like they supposedly say.

This is a poorly run location. The store on Raintree is a million times better. The reason I say this is not well run is because staff and policies are nowhere up to par with how Chick fil a typically treats customers. There were no overly pleasant staff present to greet or to handle the order at this location. Even though it's newly remodeled, they still play games with their "through lane", where you pre-order on the app and then you pull up to the parking lot and it tells you to proceed to one side of the drive-thru.in order to quickly go to the "through lane" to pick up your pre-order. But... once you enter that specifuc lane it then merges into a single lane before you get to the p/u window. They were doing this even before the recent remodel, misleading customers with lying about this soevial lane that didn't even exist before the remodel. And now that they've actually built a separate lane just for these pre-order customers, they continue to lie about it by closing the "through lane" at random times. They need to let you customers know that this lane is closed BEFORE you get in line, so they can choose to then pick up the order from a parking space or tobgo to the inside counter instead. Tired of the continued lies. And their managers are not friendly when sharing constructive feedback about this. read more

I only visit this Chick-Fil-A when traveling as I live on the opposite side of town but love this location! The quality of the food is always top notch and tastes super fresh and the chicken is always nice and crispy! They are always consistent in this as well. I met the manager Kailey, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable when I had some questions! They seem to be a very popular store, but the service is always very fast! Came thru drive-thru yesterday and today around noon both days. They've changed how they're running their drive through. Before, they had the order takers in the misted shade of the covered area taking orders and processing credit card payments. Things went very smoothly and generally moved very quickly. This is not the case now. Yesterday and today, they had numerous young people outside in ~110° heat with no shade or cold packs on. These people take your order now but not your payment. (They all were taking orders from the area BEFORE you get near the covered misters.) You then continue in through the drive-thru where a single young person in the shade and the mist takes everyone's payment. A bit of a bottleneck which definitely has made the drive-thru slower. Plus, multiple orders sitting at the window waiting for the cars to arrive and then they stack you up there and pass out your food which is now been sitting for a while. When we were directed to pull up in a line of cars to receive our food past the drive-thru, the person handing the food was wearing a button up shirt instead of a pollo. I asked her if she was a manager to which she replied yes. I voiced my concerns about the young people out in the heat without cold packs or shade or misters and and that this new system seems neither efficient nor safe for these young people. Her response was needless to say odd. She told me that, "we are actually closed right now!" and that they are running the drive-thru this way so that when the contractors come they're going to make us a much better drive-thru. " I don't know what that means. If they're closed why are they open? If they're open why are they not providing shade for their employees? Why would they do it a different way than normal? Why wouldn't they just be closed if they're closed? And open if they're open? How is this new way benefiting the said contractors that are not there? Even when they are there? So many questions to no answers. She also got angry and said they're supposed to be wearing cold vests. I'm not sure why that's my fault but they're definitely not. When I said they were not she just angrily slapped her arms up in a shrug and stormed off. I honestly do not understand what's going on there. But I do know that not only is their drive-thru really slow now, they really don't seem to care about their employees. read more

The service has gone so far down the last 3 times we have ordered ahead to not have to wait and it's taken 30 mins! I understand some days you can be off but every time now it's such a pain to be proactive and order ahead then watch the people who ordered at the counter get their food in 10 mins. I honestly have nothing to say negative about this store other than the intense traffic. But no points deducted since I always tend to visit this location on a weekday around lunchtime so definitely not their fault. Each time I've visited this location, the employees are very friendly and quick (which I love especially since most times I'm on a lunch break etc). The food is always delicious and they never skip a beat on the condiments and/or napkins and utensils which many fast restaurants tend to miss out on. I read CFA is the highest $$ fast food chain per unit at $4 million avg. a store! My honest opinion is I don't get it. They must have a great PR machine. I just started to about 3 of these in 2023 and I am underwhelmed. KFC is alot better and tastier in my opinion. The CFA prices are also super high and the portions are not higher for below avg. value. This was also the 2nd time the counter clerk messed up. I had to call him out on overcharging me for a lemonade(he said $4 when his till display read $3.55). Not cool and $3.55 is already too much for a large lemonade! The waffle fries are also not better than McDs. I don't plan on going to another CFA unless I'm starving and there's no other restaurants around. Note: My spicy filet sandwich was decent but bland. Literally every single time we place a delivery order they are always missing multiple items. It doesn't matter if we order through the app directly or through DoorDash there are always multiple items missing. The only good thing about ordering through DoorDash is that it's easier to get a refund. When you order directly through the app then the store does not want to give a refund for the missing items and only offers to send a coupon in the mail. Unacceptable customer service! read more

Went in for a routine pickup, waited for 10 minutes before I asked for some assistance. One of the assistant managers said oh the order is on our screen and should be out soon. I wait an extra 10 minutes and the SAME manager tells me the order was picked up an hour ago. As a delivery driver I'm used to being ignored but the whole interaction was a waste of time and just rude.
