The food and service is here is nothing short of amazing! They have a drive thru and an indoor seating area as well as a play place area for kids. This is my go-to Chick-fil-A and I've been coming here for a couple years now. The food is always delicious and the whole staff are all very friendly and good at their jobs. They've messed up our orders a few times but that's kinda to be expected for fast food sometimes but they're always happy to fix it for us! read more

I ordered through the mobile app and had a balance of $23. Instead of debiting my balance on the app it charged my corporate credit card( didn't give me an option to select debit) Went back to this location to get it reversed and was told by a female middle aged "director" and a male manager that they can't do anything and to call corporate for the refund. Another option was to go back home to get my corporate card and maybe she can do "something." Called corp and they said the store was supposed to be able reverse the transaction. Drove home and went back to the location and saw another manager(Dawn) who refunded me in seconds without my corporate card. I am not sure why the director and the other male manager was giving me such a hard time. I explained to them that I could have gotten fired for using my corporate card for personal use but they didn't even care. Very heartless of them. Thank goodness Dawn the manager that helped me was so kind and understanding. This is definitely a learning opportunity for the "director." I was told that Chick-fil-A offers 10/10 customer service. I believed it until I came to this location. Placed an order online and went to pickup in store. Waited 30 minutes and the order was still not ready. When I asked the worker in the front, he checked and said there's no record of the order. After I showed him the order, he left to go package other orders and didn't come back to find the order. I had to get help from a second worker to fix the issue and get the food. This is the closest Chick-fil-A to my workplace. Though it is two cities over, it feels worth it every time I crave the Chick-fil-A nuggets, which is all the time. I come here weekly, at least, to get my fill. The drive-thru lines, though there are double lines, can be ridiculously long during lunch hours. To bypass it, I do the mobile order and pick up in the restaurant. The service is pretty good. It is not the fastest, but I did not waste my entire lunch break waiting for my food, so at least that was good. My order is always correct, and the employees are very courteous, as is expected of the Chick-fil-A decorum. Anyway, I wish there was a bigger lot for this location and that there was a Chick-fil-A in the city where I work. For now, this will do! read more

My first time at this restaurant. Wow what en experience!!! I was ordering in the drive thru the person taking my order was so rude. I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. My sister went to dine with her girlfriend, and of the managers at this location discriminated against them. This manager aggressively told them to not share an innocent kiss, and then proceeded to forcefully wipe off there table so they can get out. This was very inhumane, especially from someone who is supposed to be representing your establishment. I am a Christian's myself and would never treat someone like this. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwitch to go. When I opened the box, about 10 min. later, the meat was cold. It had grill marks on the meat, but they may have been put on last week. There was no way this piece of meat had been cooked that day much less than in the last 30 minutes. I ate about half and threw the rest of it in the trash. This review is not about the food but about the service. So I go here at least once a week. The food is always decent but the problem is they almost always get my order wrong. I normally order through the app and do curbside pick up. I would say during the past 6 months they have gotten my order wrong at least 75% of the time. To the point now where I alway check my order before I let the person leave. Wether it is a med drink instead of a large drink. Missed fries or missed sandwich it has gotten really really bad. Lucky for me I always have my order on my phone to show them the mistake. I have no problem with an occasional issue but it is nearly everytime now something is wrong. So disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. I went through the drive thru on Friday, 7/20/18, and ordered a medium fruit cup. Got home and opened the bag to see old, moldy fruit. I was so bummed that I wrote a note to their corporate office, who responded with a generic apology and said they would forward my complaint directly to the store. To date, I've not heard from the store itself. Then, today, against my better judgement, I went back because my oldest son said he wanted a spicy chicken sandwich. So again I go through the drive thru. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 1 large waffle fries, 8-pieces of nuggets, and a kid's chicken nugget meal. With the kid's meal, I ask for chocolate milk for my little one. I get home and no chocolate milk! I call the store and they ask if I can come back to get the milk. Uh, no. I'm already home and I'm not driving back to get a chocolate milk. In looking at my meal, the portions are small, the prices expensive, and I don't get what I pay for. I want to start off this review stating that Chick Fil A is my FAVORITE restaurant of all time, I've been going since I was a baby, while I was in the womb, and my mother has been going way before I was even born, so I only give them TWO REVIEW ratings: a 5 star or a 1 Star. *** TL/DR: if you like your fries well done here, don't waste your time and go to a different location*** 2020 is all about innovation, progression, and improving, so I've come to notice that several chick fil a's are regressing by saying they "don't make well done fries at this location anymore". I've never been upset with CFA AT ALL. not when they stopped their cow calendar distribution, not when they stopped giving FULL MEALS during Cow appreciation day (it's now just an entree with costume), and not when they took away the spicy chicken breakfast biscuit. This is the only setback that really grinds my gears for various reasons: 1 - other fast food chains and competition will do this I'm saying Chick Fil A is the best out of all fast food but if this is meant to be a "health thing" or "takes too long for customers to make the item" then please explain why other chains do it, and why I can get them at other locations (INCLUDING the OG location in Atlanta, GA (The Dwarf House)). 2 - I think this is one of the biggest mistakes (food wise) that chick fil a can do. I won't be coming to this location ever again since other CFA's can do what I want with food customizations, WAY BETTER. 3 - sometimes chick fil as fries can be so soft to the point they're white, flimsy, as if they just placed it in oil and didn't fry it at all. I like fries with a crunch personally and I get some people don't, so we should have a say in how we want our food, whether well done or less cooked, (that we're paying approx $7.58 per meal for) and I'm speaking on behalf of people who want their fries well done. I would rather wait an extra 5-10 minutes for fries I would actually eat rather than waste my time going to a restaurant that made me wish I went to a different location. Ive been getting fries well done for over 24 years and just NOW this is an issue? Allow extra well done, well done, or even undercooked fries if you don't allow it, Chick Fil A, SEAL BEACH. As S. Truett Cathy said, "Food is essential to life, therefore make it good." Start living up to your own mantra. This Chik Fil A has forgotten items in my order on a few occasions... and the hard part is they don't give a receipt unless you ask. I asked the young lady at the window if my order was all there because the bag looked sort of empty, and she assured me it was. I drove down the street and looked in the bag again and realized they forgot the fries. I drove all the way back and went inside-- although the guy at the register apologized, it doesn't seem to phase them that this has become habitual. Got 3 large sodas tonight. After a several sips they were empty of soda so we checked them. At 15 minutes after getting them all 3 were 3/4 full of ice only. After sitting for over 2 hours they are still over 1/2 full of ice only and it was 90° when purchased and has been at a room temperature of 76° the last hour. Maybe Chick-fil-a should put a higher emphasis with their employees on paying more attention to product preparation to prevent ripping their customers off and less emphasis on multitasking and over-politeness with both customers and staff because it seems to be getting in the way of not cheating the customers. Service was trash. We ordered soft serve cones and the workers said, "should we throw this away" before giving it to us. The ice cream was tiny, lopsided, and practically falling off the cone, and they still gave it to us. Will not be coming back. The service is always spot on and I've never had a problem ordering in person or through the app. But, i do want to note that this location has sometimes not cooked their fries enough.
