Very delicious breakfast spot! I got the bacon egg and cheese with scrambled eggs (I'm not a runny egg person) and it was soo good. The spicy ketchup on it really made the sandwich for me. We also got the potatoes and they were perfectly seasoned. The staff were really nice and fast with our ordering, the food did take a little bit to come out but they were pretty swamped in there. There's a decent amount of seating inside but we opted to go eat by a pretty view in the car.

After church, decided to stop by for a burger. Their truffle burger was about $13. The gentleman who helped was incredibly helpful. Told me to try the anything rib eye as my choice of meal next time, and I will! He also advised to get the green salsa and it was so tasty! It was a busy place but clean and new! They have small Tabasco packets go to! Love it! Ohhhhh and let's not forget the beer batter fries. It's a must. Best of all, they play worship music! God bless our Christian small businesses who are not afraid to display our faith!!!

This location is in a large shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking to be found. I visited late one Saturday morning. The woman at the register was quite pleasant as I ordered a chorizo, egg, and cheese sandwich and a bottle of Coke (the latter she had to open). I was given a pager and took a seat at one of the tables. It took about 12 minutes before my pager buzzed and I picked up my sandwich at the counter. The chorizo patty was moderately spicy for me (which means "mildly spicy" to most people) and was delicious, even more so with the melted cheese and over-medium egg. The bun was fresh yet sturdy. They have a number of egg sandwiches on the menu and a couple that are "eggless". It's a decent option if you're in the mood for some breakfasty food in a fast-casual setting.

Very attentive friendly staff. Restaurant is very clean. Menu offers many items to choose from. I would come again to try different items.

Placed an order for pickup using the Toast app. I was in a big rush and wasn't sure if my order would be ready when I had arrived. I was early by good 15+ minutes. Well just like a typical EggBred fashion, IT SURE WAS! Service was friendly and efficient also. Zero wait, immediate acknowledgment, and I trotted in and out of the restaurant in less than a minute. So incredible!! My food was hot, fresh, and super tasty too. The inside of restaurant was also really clean and organized. Parking plenty available right outside the restaurant and free. I know where I'm going the next time I'm back in Seal Beach!

We tried the egg soft sandwich with the bacon on the side and beer battered potato. Food was freshly prepared and very delicious. The coffee was very very good. I am surprised to find such good coffee here. Prices are a little bit on the expensive size for breakfast but I would still recommend to give this place a try. Friendly service. Indoor seating only. Easy to find parking.

went to eggbred for a sunday brunch. it was very good hangover foods and set me right for the day. The restaurant was pretty busy on a sunday and we had to wait about 25 mins. They had mostly indoor seating and some outdoor but we opted to head to the beach and eat there. Would definitely go again

Everything I ordered was so good! The scrambled eggs in the Scramble Me Softly were super soft and went perfectly with the caramelized onions! The Truffle Crunch Burger was great too as its patty was really flavorful. The Ribeye California Burrito was another favorite! The ribeye was super tender & I loved that it came with plenty of avocado. The Chorizo Chili Cheese Hash is also so delish, it's my pick! The place was clean and the staff were friendly. I'd definitely come back!

I work nearby and decided to swing in to try things out and wow! The overall energy in here is high and the staff is fantastic. I ordered a basic egg sandwich in here (forgot to take a pic) and love every bite. The portions are good with the egg to bread ratio. I also tried the potato wedges, which were delectable with or without ketchup! Can't wait to try it again.

EggBred - Seal Beach - Orange County If you love breakfast sandwiches that actually feel like a meal and not just something slapped together, EggBred is worth checking out. I went to the Seal Beach location and it was a great vibe for families and foodies it has elevated brunch food with some creativity and care behind it. The bread is the star of the show, that soft, slightly sweet bun holds everything together without falling apart. You can tell they actually thought about the sandwich structure (which matters when there's runny yolk and sauce involved). I've tried the sausage & egg, sandwich and it is legit. The sandwich had great flavor and the runny egg with hot sauce combo was great. The menu overall is way more interesting than your standard bacon-egg-cheese spot. They've got options like waffles and non breakfast items. The ambiance is clean, modern, and totally Instagrammable. It feels kind of like if a boutique coffee shop and a breakfast diner had a baby. The staff is friendly and you can tell they actually care about presentation. My only real knock was I sat next to trash cans and had some insects flying around. Not terrible, but definitely noticeable so sit away from back of restaurant. The prices are good for a breakfast sandwiches ($10-14 range), and the quality backs it up. All in all, EggBred is easily one of the better new brunch concepts in Orange County, its creative menu, top-tier bread, great flavors. Just be patient because it was packed and understandably I now know way. Ask for extra sauce on the side as it flavors their sandwich's.

Finally tried Eggbred and it definitely lived up to the hype. Came in hungry and ended up ordering more than I should have, but no regrets. The mixed berries cheesecake waffles were easily my favorite. Sweet without being too heavy and the cheesecake flavor actually comes through. I'd come back just for this. The chorizo egg and cheese is exactly what you picture when you think of a breakfast sandwich. Simple, flavorful, and just hits. The ribeye California burrito was solid, but the salsa really stood out. Super fresh with a clean flavor that ties everything together. Tried The Ben Franklin and honestly the Benedict sauce is the star. It's one of those sauces you could put on anything. Definitely a must. Also had the breakfast poutines and the potatoes were nice and crispy, which made it a great side to everything else. Overall, everything was consistently good across the board. Great flavors, solid portions, and worth checking out. I'll definitely be back.

We started with appetizers: mussels ($23) and braised lamb belly ($25). For the main course, we ordered a ribeye steak ($69), Scottish salmon ($46), and "dirty pasta" ($36). Drinks included a glass of wine ($17) and a glass of Coke ($4.50). With tax ($23.15) and an "employee benefits" charge ($5.51), the total came to $249.16 before gratuity. The mussels are cooked in a broth of white wine, nduja sausage, tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, and parsley, with a toasted baguette served on the side. I liked the overall taste of the dish, but the mussels were small. The braised lamb belly was an interesting dish, as it was served with kimchi and thin sheets of daikon radish on the side. I assumed the idea was to make a "taco" by combining the three components. I liked it, though the lamb had bit of gaminess which might not appeal to everyone. The ribeye plate comes as steak only, with sides available à la carte. The steak was cooked nicely--juicy and flavorful, though I was a bit surprised by how rich it tasted. The "dirty pasta" features large rigatoni, ground duck, ricotta, and sauce. It was good, and the duck made for an interesting change from the usual beef. As a complete plated meal, I think the Scottish salmon was impressive--both for its visual presentation and the taste of the meal as a whole. The restaurant floor has a split-level design. Upon entering, you'll find a large oval bar surrounded by tables and booths. Step down a level, and there are seats offering views of the Long Beach marina. This area with a view is protected by windows--which is good, as the marine air is often cool and breezy. It seems that nearly all the establishments owned by this restaurant group have names starting with the letter or word "A." When searching online, use the words "a pch restaurant," as "a pch" alone is apparently too vague a search term. A final note to management: I was surprised to see a $5.51 charge for "employee benefit" on our bill. I playfully asked our server what benefits this covered, but they didn't know. They mentioned it could be removed if I objected, but I chose not to. My point is, if you're charging diners, shouldn't your staff be able to explain it? And if the line item can be so easily discharged, maybe you shouldn't be adding it in the first place.

It wasn't even close to full. They're clearly holding people outside on purpose to create fake hype, which is honestly pretty messed up. You're telling me dozens of people are stuck waiting forever while there's plenty of room inside? It's giving manufactured crowd and poor management. To make it worse, they stopped serving drinks and turned the lights on at 1:15 AM, way earlier than literally any normal bar. So after wasting hours in line, you barely even get time inside. And it somehow gets worse -- at 1:35 AM they were literally kicking people out of the restroom. We weren't even allowed to finish or wash our hands before being rushed out. That's not just rude, it's straight up unhygienic and disrespectful. Overall, completely overhyped, disorganized, and not worth the wait at all. Don't fall for the line -- it's fake.

For starters, we got the Parker House Rolls, which comes with truffle butter, local citrus honey, and grana padano cheese. These rolls were so fluffy and flavorful. And let me tell you, that everything was so good. The Smoked & Glazed Pork Chop came with a whole show, where staff would bring out the dish in a smoke-infused glass dome and open the dome when presented on the table so we can smell and see all the smoke. Not only was it beautiful to look at, but it tasted just as beautifully. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the rainbow swiss chard, cheddar grits, candied pecans, and avocado honey helped balance out all the juiciness from the meat.
