Their juicy chicken and delicious savory waffle fries are always consistent and the service with your order is always friendly and kind ! Seriously , it's like visiting a friend , every time when you go to Chick-fil-A ! Sometimes you can get free food too with their One App and after answering surveys so they can better serve you ! Every time. For after the first bite of the crispy, juicy, chicken, sandwiched between two pillowy buns, you will find it impossible to not let out an audible "Wow" from your lips. This really is the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. Chick fil a is known for speedy service (have you seen how fast they can move people through a drive through??), friendly service and competent workers (it's my pleasure) and quality fast food. This location appears to be in some alternate chick fil a universe. The workers are always borderline rude. The food always tastes like it's been sitting around for a while. The drive through routinely takes 30 minutes to get through. On one occasion, we waited for over 45 minutes with no way to exit. On a separate trip, we arrived when there was a very short drive through line. It was at least 90 degrees out and they had two employees outside taking orders. There was nobody behind me, and one of the employees sat down on the curb momentarily to take a brief break. The heat was unbearable. I saw the manager come out and berate her for sitting down and telling her that she wasn't conveying friendliness and approachability. All within earshot of multiple customers. I felt so bad for that employee. Today, we tried dine-in for breakfast. Waited 20 minutes for our order. When I asked at the counter about the long wait, I was informed that they ran out of biscuits, and our order would be another 10 minutes. After reading the reviews for this location, I'm no longer surprised by the service I received last night. As we all know, Chick-Fil-A is known as the fast food company that provides phenomenal customer service. There are tons of memes all over social media about how they say "my pleasure", and how an employee will chase after you if they forgot to put an item in your bag. This location is like a black sheep to all of the other Chick-Fil-A locations. I have been craving a chicken sandwich since the whole Popeyes vs Chick-Fil-A debacle went viral. I haven't had Chick-Fil-A in awhile, and then I remembered that this location is close to my new apartment. It was close to closing time, so I placed a mobile order and rushed on over. I got there at 9:59 PM, and their drive-thru was blocked off even though they close at 10. I saw a bunch of employees standing around inside just gossiping and laughing, so I went inside to see if they could assist with my mobile order. Right when I walked in, they all stopped talking, and they just started at me. An employee instantly said "we're closed". I responded with "Sorry, I just had a mobile order for the drive-thru. I noticed that your drive thru was blocked off though." She replied with "Yeah, that's because we're closed." I said alright and just walked out. Granted, it was my fault for coming in a minute before closing. I hate to be THAT customer, but my last minute cravings got the best of me. If you're going to advertise that you close at 10, then actually close at 10. I had went to Chipotle last minute the night prior, and everybody there was extremely friendly. Even McDonald's will serve you if you show up last minute. I expected more from the famous "my pleasure" Chick-Fil-A, but this location ain't it. Take a drive over to Bellevue if you want actual customer service. The service was impeccable, this to marvelous, very gorgeous girls help me I think they might've been twins. I'm not sure, but I assume there twins. I got dinner at this location last Saturday. and I just wanted to make sure that these girls are appreciated, I am a regular and love their kale crunch. I take my sons often after their baseball games who also happened to be twins. Other than these two wonderful ladies, the whole restaurant has great ambience and great service. Thank you. Chicks are easily consumed complimented with waffle fries and a rainbow choice of flavor enhancers. The tough critiques are that these chicks don't deviate from other chicks ive met at other establishment and therefore fail the uniqueness test. I'm came in at 4:45pm on a Monday and the employees were all standing around gossiping, while it took 15 minutes to get the order of 3 people in front of me. Then I watched as the employees wandered around aimlessly trying to driver the food to the two people in the restaurant. As I sat down to wait for my food, I watched the staff pull out their phones, sit in the counter and the young man pick his Afro with his fingers for minutes before placing my food on my tray and bringing it out to me. So thrilled to find that Chick-fli-A has come to Seattle! It was right off hyw99 and quite close to Asian Food Center. It was Friday night and there was a long line of the cars waiting to drive through. But fortunately it was not that crowded inside it and plenty of space and available seats. The same inner decoration as other stores, red and white, high seats near the window are always my fav. I had the 8pc nuggets meal, which also included waffle chips and a cup of Diet Coke. The nuggets were juicy and tender, and I loved them. Waffle chips were it's special and went so well with ketchup. Nice place and friendly staff. read more

It was difficult ordering food from here. They tripled checked my order with me and still got it wrong. Ario was the person taking my order and was jumping back and fourth with my order. When I asked simple sauce recommendation, he was stated they don't use any sauce. No sauce and the wrong sandwiches, we got spicy when they should have been regular. We didn't check till we got home and didn't want to drive the 15 minutes back to correct it. As I have seen with the other bad reviews it happens. I order two chicken egg cheese bagel meals, and they forgot the chicken, of course. When I called them about this, they cannot stop laughing and I had to wait there for them to finish laughing, which took a while, seriously? Then they somehow switched person so I explained what happened again... They refused to refund me since I ordered meals not just two bagels, which apparently makes refund difficult for them. After the very unpleasant conversation they finally said they will refund me partially. No sign of any refund yet, sitting here with soggy hash browns and cold coffee. I saw a customer wait in line for his carry out order and no one came to tell Him he needed to click the Prepare my order button on his phone. So he waited over ten minutes at the carry out counter without someone coming to help him. By the time someone did and told him to push the button he had to wait almost another 10 minutes for his food. The store is new so the employees will get better. Everyone is extremely nice and well meaning, it's just experience. Check this place out in a few months and go to the Lynnwood for now. Updated review: today is August 9th, several months after I did the original review. I went through the drive thru. I put in my order at 7:25 waited til 7:41 and left without my full order. I have to come back for my sandwich because I have to be work at 8. It was 3 stars originally but I have to make 1 Star. They had me and my wife pull over to a parking spot where I waited for ten minutes before coming into the store where I witnessed no one at the register. 3 employees waiting to put food in bags, one person making food and 3 other visibly just walking aimlessly. This restaurant has many problems and management can only be blamed. How can a brand new restaurant have only a "good" rating on food freshness? I have to say that this honestly ruins chick fil a as a business for me. I'm going to come in tomorrow needlessly with my receipt and ask for my refund. Original review: This is by far the worst chick-fil-a chicken sandwich combo I've ever had. Every single thing I ordered was a gross, soggy mess. I couldn't even finish my meal! The chicken patty and bun were so mushy and the fries were so abnormally soft, I thought they'd accidentally given me fries that had thawed out in the Seattle heat and not actually deep fried. There was absolutely zero crunch to the sandwich and fries. The Oreo milkshake I ordered had melted into a barely cold, watery soup by the time I got up to the drive through counter because it was sitting near the window for so long. I know chick fil a always has a line up of ordered drinks waiting to be picked up by the window, but they need to rethink this strategy, especially for milkshakes, during the summer months AND when the drive through line is excruciatingly slow. I'm throwing in an extra star because the ladies at the counter were nice and had a smile on their face. I'd rather make the 30 minute round trip commute to the Lynnwood location until this one figures it out. read more

First of all, I love Chick-fil-A's food, so this review is for the service, and not for the food. When I come here, I always order a ton-- for myself, my husband, and my kids, and about 24% of the time, they'll get my order right. The other 75% of the time, I'll be missing at least 1 item and will get at least 1 wrong item. Today, when I went into the store, placed my order, and had 3 wrong items in my order. Instead of a cherry coke with no ice, I got coke zero (I had to tell the associate helping me to stop putting ice in the cup after I had just told him no ice). Instead of 2, 12-piece grilled chicken nuggets, I got 2, 12-piece fried nuggets. Also, they didn't initially give me chocolate milk for my kid's grilled nugget kids meal. I had to go back in twice-- once for the coke and once for the chocolate milk. I didn't have a chance to look at the nuggets until I got home, but if I had, I would've had to go in 3 times because of their mistakes. The man who took my order seemed very absent minded when I placed my order, so I wasn't surprised that there were mistakes with the order. I just didn't expect there to have been 3. Here's my advice-- if you go there, order online, double check your order in the car, and make sure that your order is correct.
