We wanted to remove peppers from the pizza and add flavor crust and the AI Bot fumbled all of that. When we got the pizza, it tasted nothing like the one I had in Tacoma, this was dry, lacked flavor and crispness. And the AI Bot didn't get our order right. My friend, who is a certified Pizza Fiend, looked at me like I had sold hold on life changing pizza that tasted like it came from a grocery store freezer. I ate one slice and tapped out. He ate 2, which is far few then he would normally have and the kicker was him telling me to take the leftovers with me. He is a certified day 2 pizza guy, but he waved it off. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. Dinner is great, happy hour is great. But don't discount brunch, it is just as good as everything else. My go to is the chicken fried steak with the jalapeno gravy. I could literally pour the gravy over anything. The steak is always soft enough to cut with a fork. Just spectacular all the way around. Serving it with black beans and potatoes? A dish could not get any better. My wife always orders the Pollo Caldo as she is a soup person. She says it's the best she has ever had. Either way. If you're looking for a killer happy hour(coconut prawns and bacon wrapped jalapeños are my jams here). The dinners are flavorful(carne asada is so juicy and flavorful). And the brunch....just a good variety and lots of great flavors. Also their tequila flights are great if you are into that. They have some really great ones that we frequent. Their sister restaurant is just as good and serves up some great food as well(indigo kitchen). Not really any misses on either of these establishments menus. Butterfinger shake was delicious, although part of me wishes I got some of their on-tap root beer instead. The burger was tasty, albeit a bit of an adjustment for me since I'm still warming up to blue cheese. The only downside was that the bacon tasted a bit too meaty (if that makes sense) and one of the pieces had a part that couldn't be chewed in it.
