Ordered a ten piece meal - five bbq, five mango habanero. The wings were microscopic! It was like they cut one wing into quarters and tried passing them off as an individual wing. The bbq wings also had like dribbles of sauce, not coated at all (see photos for examples). This meal was $25 bucks and came with ten crumbs, five of which had mere droplets of sauce on them. This Wingstop location is beyond frustrating. They always mess up the order, and this time they forgot 22 wings, almost our entire order! This is actually the second time this has happened. Last time, they missed some items too, and when we provided our receipt number and emailed asking for a refund, it was impossible to get it sorted out. Getting a hold of the store is nearly impossible, and even if you leave a message and request contact through email, they'll just call you back, leave a voicemail, and tell you to confirm the missing order again. This establishment is unacceptable, I order for delivery and didn't get anything for an hour and a half (the site says 40 minutes to get the order) then i call and a horrible unknowing employee answers and has no idea what he is doing. The fries and cheese sauce were the most palatable as they were the least salty. The wings seemed well cooked. And the overall presentation was nice. My first time trying Wingstop and I was pleased. I saw their 66 cent boneless wings special so I hopped on it and ordered 5 Parmesan garlic and 5 Louisiana rub. I also ordered some Cajun fries and a side of ranch. The chicken was surprisingly juicy but did have a lot of batter. The Cajun fries were delicious and went well with the ranch. I like Wingstop generally as a business just the execution here is not great. The portion sizes are smaller then I prefer but not bad. This location from being bad with order times to frustrating customer service. I stopped complaining and just stopped coming. The Cajun spice might be the best they have. Stopped in the first day they opened. Ordered 20 wings to go which included three flavors, Atomic, Hot and Mango Habanero... they were sauced good although for leftovers there might not have been enough sauce as it absorbed and the wings were really dry. The Atomic was so hot it burnt my lip and a day later it's still hurts. I can do all hot spices but this flavor doesn't mess around and I think It was a pepper that burnt me. Delicious though and luckily I had a latte to wash them down and some ranch ( extra ) charge helped. I will totally be back. Really friendly service and 20 wings took about 20 minutes. Wings were good, but didnt get the heat I expected. The habanero mango wings are supposed to be the second spiciest option, but didnt have the kick for us. Sauce was still delicious, just not spicy. I like that these are nice sized wings, unlike another popular wing joint near by, whose wings are puny. :) We got three flavors: parm, BBQ, and mango habanero. The habanero was def the favorite! I personally didn't enjoy the fries as much. Ours was really sweet for some reason. Not sure if it's meant to be that sweet? As with all new spots, I think the staff are still getting up to full ops. Our to go order of 15 wings and a side of fries took a good 20+ minutes (did not come during a rush). I'm hopeful if we are back in a few weeks, everything will run a lot more smoothly. read more

For the chicken, we tried Spicy Korean Q, Lemon Pepper, and Louisiana Rub (ranked from good to okay). I have tried wingstop multiple times before in a different country and I can say that this wingstop we have here isn't up to par with it's foreign counterpart. What they have in common though is how it takes a while to serve food. Overall, it is an okay place if you want to have chicken wings with different flavors for a cheap price.
