Because if you come during any time, that's busy, you'll have a hard time getting in and out... And it's not the people and it's not the food, they're both doing a great job. But the intake/ outtake is horrible and clogs very easily. On the bright side once you have your food, you can eat your fries while you're waiting for the Line Clear so you can get out... We used to love visiting this location on occasion since we live nearby and visit any of the three closest. Last time we came here, morning time, we attempted to order our usual #3 and 4 from the lunch menu and were told no lunch based on their "new rules." Sadly, we drove off and made the jaunt back to our ab-fav location in NRH. We order these meals as a brunch and have done this for years. Breakfast isn't filling and ordering this way on our days off from work, fills us up for chores and errands time and prevents having to get lunch before supper. The staff here are over-the-too amazing! You can already expect when you visit CFA to leave happy, but this location is bomb! I had already gotten to the windows to receive my order when my husband texted me to get him something, so I asked if I was able to add a sandwich and fries for him. I ordered my food 15 minutes ago and I got there and my food is sitting on the counter the employee continues to talk to the other employee the whole entire time leaving my food on the counter to get cold after he realizes that my order is on the counter he goes to make the drinks while he's making one of the drinks, he goes to talk to another employee and forget all about my drink after he makes the first one he goes to make the second one and again continues to talk to the employee and forgets about my drink again, and then he starts grabbing a third drink that I didn't order to fill that one up and then realized that he already made two drinks, pours it out, wipes my cup with his hand and then finally gives me my food. Don't go here. Absolute garbage. We ordered the chicken club today. The bun was stale as a rock. The lettuce looked flimsy and weeks old. And on the inside bun was soggy. The playland was a lot of fun for the grandkids. They ended up befriending several other kids and playing a big game of tag. Restaurant was clean and bright when we walked in. Ordering was perfect even by a new trainee. Tables were all clean and organized. This is one of the slowest Chik Fil A restaurants I have ever experienced. I have ordered curbside pickup 3 times in the last month. Consistently, each time it takes at least 5-10 minutes more than the highest estimate on the app. The drive thru seems to be quicker, but is always very long, They definitely need to concentrate on the speed of service for curbside. If you are in between the two, the Chik Fil A on Highway 26 in Colleyville is MUCH quicker. Friendlier service there as well! read more
