Our waitress was very fast and helpful with picking out our foods based on our likes. Once the food came out, everyone seemed to really enjoy their meals, including myself. We started the table off with the biscuits and fried green tomatoes (demolished!). I kept it simple with the chicken and waffles (delicioius and crispy), which was a HUGE helping (yum!). Others at my table enjoyed the the shrimp and grits and WB chicken sandwich. No complaints heard from them! Overall, I really enjoyed the ambiance, the food, the service, and the experience I had for my first time there. Would come back again for dinner to see if there is a difference.

That was already disappointing, but what made it worse was when I went inside afterward and saw those exact same items being served to customers at the counter. It felt like the drive-thru customers were just being brushed off instead of getting accurate information. If items are actually unavailable, that's understandable -- but don't tell people something isn't available when it clearly is. It's confusing and wastes people's time. Customer service and consistency really need improvement here. If you're going to run a drive-thru, at least make sure the information you're giving customers is accurate.
