I'm super disappointed I just left here, got to the lady at the drive through at 10:31 am to order breakfast and she not very kindly informed me breakfast was over. I assumed breakfast was through 11 she corrected me that it's 10:30 and so I confirmed that we missed it by 1 minute (by waiting in the drive through line) and she did not allow any sort of exception. Love location, after events are Marina or movie theater we tend to go here. On to my head this is one of the less places that actually have a play area for kids " that's safe" so I normally go here order a 30 nugget box couple extra fries. I would drive the 13 plus miles once in a while for their Killer Mac & Cheese plus their Killer Waffle Fries. Recently and after 3 visits, 2 in Sparks 1 in Reno, I was extremely disappointed over the Quality, Quantity and Price of my 2 Chick-fil-A Favorites. Now, The Killer Mac & Cheese is not Killer anymore. It is Devoid of Cheese and they should rename it just Mac and tout it as Vegan, As for the, Formerly, Killer Waffle Fries, I don't quite know what they did to render them tasteless but I won't buy there expensive and smaller portions, again. I finally tried their signature Fried Chicken Sandwich and wasn't impressed there too! As it was tasteless. I'll Stick with the Colonel's Killer 11 Herbs and Spices and their Killer Delicious Gravy. Fastest drive thru in the world. Everyone seems happy even in the 90 degree heat and the store does a good job with outdoor coolers and mist fans. As always the food is tasty and quick. I ordered a club and nuggets. It's always good! Man, they're so efficient... It's mind blowing. read more

Nothing moos here - bawk bawk is more like it! And service is bar none the best of any fast food chain ever! Fast ordering, they greet you with a smile, and most importantly, call you by name when the order is brought to you. Waffle fries were perfect. And my #2 combo - the spicy chicken sandwich, was cooked to juicy, crunch, pickly perfection! This store will treat you right; just as their other locations. Chick-fil-A, specifically this location, has been doing a spectacular job at handling this covid crises while still serving up amazing customer service and delicious chicken. While the interior has remained closed since the beginning of all this, they have become masters at running an efficient drive through and curb-side pick up service. All employees wear both gloves and masks. With curb side pick up, you simply order and pay through the app, let them know which space you're in (also in the app), and they bring your food out on a tray. They won't hand you your stuff in order to limit the spread. There's been times when I've pulled up to my spot, ordered, paid, and had my food before people in the back of the drive through line even ordered. It's seriously efficient. PS: As stated in my previous review, I'm still patiently waiting for spicy nuggets to hit the menu. Come on Chick-fil-A, let's make it happen. read more

I ordered the chocolate chunk cookies online after discovering them during a recent catering order at work. The website is easy to use and allows you to choose your pick up date/time. I originally planned to pick them up after 5pm the day before thanksgiving but my schedule changed and I called the store the evening before and the person on the phone was efficient and friendly. I arrived at the store and it was a lot bigger than I realized - this is a brand new location so it was decorated nicely and appeared to be clean and well taken care of. I appreciated there was a separate place at the counter for catering orders so I wasn't forced to stand in line with everyone placing their food orders. Again the staff were friendly and efficient and my order was given to me in a timely manner. Great experience, I will be back!! read more

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I paid for my food at the drive thru with a $100 bill. My change was $10 short. I went straight into the store and told the manager (small girl with glasses and brown hair) what happened. She grabbed the money from me (no apologies or concerns) and walked away. I was a little baffled at the situation. She grabbed every change drawer and opened the safe to count their money. Acting as though I was lying. I stood at the front counter for over 15 minutes while they finally discovered that yes, they shorted me $10. The manager walked back up to me and just gave me the money, never counted it back and walked away. Again, no apologies for their mistake. I cannot believe that you lack enough common sense and manners that you couldn't apologize, and or count the money back to me to make sure my change was in fact right. And all over $10. I'm glad you treat your customers like they are liars. I thought I'd get better customer service. A simple "I'm sorry for our mistake" would have been appreciated. Or hey, for making you stand here for another 20 minutes, would you like a milkshake or something. But common sense is lost with this new generation, and so are manners. Always a fan of Chick-Fil-A. I've only ever had one poor experience at this location and it was simply an item that was missed in communication when ordering. One time out of countless others isn't bad in my book. The staff are always pleasant and kind both in the drive-thru as well as inside the dining room. The store is always kept clean. The drive-thru can certainly become backed up, but they are efficient and quick and I don't feel I've ever had to wait too long. If an item ordered is forgotten or messed up, they are quick to apologize and fix it as best they can. read more

I came in to pick up a door dash order. It actually made me sad to see that a bunch of 16 year-old's had zero adult supervision. I waited 10 minutes, then asked for my order. The person I asked assured me they would check the status. They never returned. 15 minutes later, I asked again. I was told that the order I was referring to had been picked up 1 hour prior. Nobody bothered to ask me what the order consisted of since the name was such a common name. This is the first 1 star I've done. Honestly I don't even write reviews but this had me so mad I had to! I just left CFA I was the last car in the drive thru. All I ordered was 2 large fries and 2 shake. Now my shake was just fine but the fries is the reason for my frustrating review. My large fries were filled about of the box oily and cold. This food is really mid, but the service was very fast. Also, there is really nice pretty flowers at the table.

I usually don't frequent CFA, but I like that this location usually seems to have shorter lines, as well as better drive-thru structure than its McCarren counterpart. From previous experience dining in person here pre-pandemic, their interior is also a bit nicer than their other location. However, when I visited this location last, the service definitely could have been better. I pulled up to order in the drive-thru one night, but was not greeted by anyone. I figured they were taking the other car's order in the second lane, but after waiting and calling out to the intercom, and checking with the other car, I didn't know if they had closed or were simply ignoring us. I decided to exit the drive-thru and and pull around again, as more cars had starting to appear behind me, but it was clear I was not going to get help. Upon exiting the drive-thru, I found that there were two of their workers just standing in front of the drive-thru window, talking with the other handful of staff members, throwing (what looked like fries) at each other, and giving us confused stares as we went to circle back around. Once back in the drive-thru line, the cars that had been behind me and the original car who had tried ordering with me prior, were now getting served instead. I used to manage in food service, so I know how poorly it can look when your team is more preoccupied with something not work related. I wish my partner and I didn't have to try and order twice, if they had not been ignoring us the first time. The lack of good service aside, I did still enjoy my meal, and was thankful that their drive-thru staff had at least been wearing masks. read more

Another great Chick-fil-A location. This was my first time visiting this location in Sparks and I can tell you it's no different than any other location I've been to. As always Chick-fil-A has great service and this location was no different. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich and Medium Fries. The food was fresh tasting for fast food and came rather quickly. This location wasn't that busy even on Black Friday. This location can be rather complex because it can be a hassle if you're not already in the Legends complex. I have no complaints as the service was friendly as always and I enjoyed my food after a long day of shopping at the nearby stores. read more

So, let me say I'm not a die-hard CfA fan, but my hubby likes the chicken sandwiches (the grilled sammie is pretty delish, if I may say so myself! Oh, and the brekkies sandwich with chicken on a multigrain bagel? BOMB!) and take-out is generally easy, fast and pleasant. Even as long lines surge during the busiest lunch days, the staff is ALWAYS so gosh-darn friendly and likeable, it makes the wait seem worth it! Come on people, in the COVID world, where most folks are in need of a friendly face and a kind word...you can get a basic chicken sammie anywhere, why not get one served up with genuine gratitude and a polite greeting? I've never felt like I was bothering the CfA staff when I order or make customizations...can't say the same for other fast food chains! HORRIBLE!! They let 10 cars go before us. When I asked the girl was rude and told me they were all ahead of me when I always keep track in both lanes and so does my daughter.
