This winter we decided to drive south to try and find some sun and warmth. Although AZ was "COLD" while we were there, Chick-fil-a was one of our highlights to compensate though. This was our second stop here as we stoped once on our way down. This was our stop on the way back home. As always the atmosphere here is great, it's clean and very well kept. What made our night was our hostess Emily was amazing. Helped us get all the sauces we need and get all our drinks to the table. It was the best as we were a bit tired from driving all day. Et Tu Bruté, this inflation truly is hitting us all and now this place has joined a few other local fast food restaurants in my recent experiences with reducing the amount of food you get substantially for the same price or even more. I have purchased these salads almost weekly and noticed a large portion missing almost a third. It's quite disappointing. My daughter has become a fan of Chick-fil-A since we moved to the area (didn't have one in our old town). They keep the inside fairly clean especially considering she likes to play at the inside kid area. The first few times we went everything was correct but the last couple of times (inside and drive-thru) there were forgotten items. I'm forgiving especially for retail/food service workers but I also know first hand what it's like to work in these industries, and once these patterns start it usually means that the standard of service is starting to decline. Also be willing to wait a minute for orders, it can take a while especially during a rush. I would like to think it's due to them making items fresh but that's not always been the case. Chick-fil-A is kind of on the pricier side of side food so we can't always indulge but I will say I do really like their fries! read more

Update 3/2020: I hope they aren't getting complacent, I've noticed a downturn in the service lately, makes me sad. I arrived at 9:59 one night and was greeted at the drive they with a gal saying "CLOSED", and I tried to ask her why the app said 10:30 close, she was rude and just walked away from me. I go on their FB page to ask why this happened, and I am told RENO is the one open till 10:30. Ok, I get that, so why couldn't the employee be considerate and just look at my app like I asked her to and tell me that? I've come here twice and both times I've loved it! I order the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and always end up satisfied with my choice. The chicken is not dry and has a lot of flavor which is sometimes very hard to find. My friend got the canes nuggets and said they just might be better than canes! As far as restaurant aesthetics and the customer service I was very pleased. The employees as if you would like a re-fill while you are enjoying your meal so it saves you the hassle of getting up in the middle of your bite. Wasn't sure how it would be, but upon walking in I was greeted an after telling the cashier that I've never been here he explained what they offer, went over sauces an that etc. So after ordering Wife and I weren't even sitting down for a few mins and the food was out. But like some places, every place has Pro's an Con's and here's the Chicks. Pro's - Great looking food, fresh ingredients and it's the first place I've been too where what you order is how it looks when you get it. im visiting family here in sparks and wanted to grab some breakfast and i was honestly a little disappointed. i actually work at a chick fil a in california so im aware of the standards that need to be met, and unfortunately this location wasn't on par with them. i ordered a scramble bowl with no meat, and a spicy filet chopped up. when i got it, the bowl wasn't very presentable and there definitely wasn't the correct amount of egg. when i saw that the spicy filet chopped up was just a spicy breakfast cut in half i was pretty upset. all breakfast filets are smaller than the regular filets which is why i wanted a regular spicy. don't get me wrong, it still tasted fine, but the portion just didn't meet the standards. speed of service was good but the team members weren't too friendly. overall it was okay but i'd suggest working on quality. read more

The hype surrounding the new Chick-Fil-A in Sparks when it opened was mind blowing. It was like I was stuck in 2005 and In N Out was coming to town. People were wrapped around the parking lot by the dozens just waiting to get some nom nom Chicken sandwich that would change the meaning of existence. I was not one of them.....until I was. If you haven't got to Chick-Fil-A just because your being stubborn like I was you really should get over it and go. They have great food (Sparks is better than Reno). I always get the Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal - it consists of the Sandwich, Cross Cut Fries and a beverage. For like, $8.00. They have a pretty sweet customer experience model and some awesome features. The Sparks location has a play place which I could do without but I suppose co-existence is necessary. They have great decor with chickens all over the place telling you to eat cow (which is fun but also kind of sick since you will be chewing on chicken while you look at this art). Bright lighting and bold features. They also have trash cans that open by themselves when they see you so you don't have to touch the things. I appreciate that the parking is never a worry, the drive through is always fast, food is quick, consistent and hot and the employees are always smiling. I think it's a nice touch how they put all your sauces in a cup and bring the order to you. They also have new table buttons you can push if you want to order more food, want to speak with someone or want a re-fill - this way you don't have to get up and crowd the front counter. Nice. I want to give a shout out to Manager Kaitlin - I see her once in awhile when I go in and she remembers my name and makes me feel very welcome - it's a treat when she is on shift. I'd give them a negative if I could. Today a group of us ordered food from this location and the order was incorrect not once but twice. The first time, I don't know who's fault it was but the second time, it was on them. There was no apologies or ownership just blaming the customer. Mind you the trip was made twice to this location, from work back to chick-fil-a TWICE. Regardless of who's fault it was, the fact that when my co-worker called chick-fil-a to let them know the order was wrong again, Tiffany (the owner) was rude and all she kept saying how it wasn't there fault and they did everything right. She wouldn't even let my co-worker get a word in and even had the audacity to HANG UP ON HER! What a horrible way to do business. Delicious. We went thru the drive thru here and couldn't even wait to get home before digging into the food in the car. My husbands grilled chicken sandwich was the best he's ever had in years. The chicken was fresh and actually tasted like it was grilled. My crispy chicken sandwich did not disappoint either. I ate every last bite which is saying a lot. I am pretty picky about having all white meat chicken. And I am usually hesitant to ordering chicken sandwiches because I always bit into a yucky bite. But not here. Was told twice in a condescending and rather idiotic tone to "pull up" further when there was literally a care less than 6 feet in front of me. No... My partner and I are regulars at the Big Fish location. There has been a number of times we have dealt with a new hire named Andy, this time was particularly disrespectful. My partner is losing hair due to a terminal illness, just for a better insight to what we experienced today. We pulled up in the drive through to hear Andy "whisper" to another associate "you can take the freaks". I figured I'd make it known to my fellow sparks residents that if you are clearly sick or even different looking compared to the regular customers, you'll receive unfair judgement and disgusting remarks by some employees at this location. Believe or not, this was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A. I was so impressed. Yes, the food was good. But I wouldn't give a four for a first visit based upon food alone. The kicker was the service. The service was a solid five rating. I did not expect such responsive and proactive service from a fast food restaurant. And Yes, the food was very good. I will definitely go again to try some other items. The snack I tried was fresh and very nicely seasoned. The bread was fresh and tasty too. Overall, I was very pleased. I suspect this is the pinnacle of fast food. I would compare it to In-n-out, except for chicken instead of burgers. If my next visit doesn't live up to these standards however, I will revise my review. But lacking that, this will be added to my rotation of acceptable fast-food visits. read more

My cousins have never been to a Chick-Fil-a and I wanted to show them a great experience. I talked so much about it I hoped I didn't hype it up too much. The kids loved the play structure so much they didn't even want to stop and eat.
