Wait times are ridiculous the last few months, when previous years there has never been an issue. Wonder if it's the new management?

So I've been eating at this one for a while and hasn't let me down like the other restaurants in the area. The rating to me is going down due to the lack in attention to details. If you don't want customers to hold up your line please update your mobile app. I placed an online order this evening and was given instructions to pickup at CHECKOUT. It's not my problem that your 'line' was held up over my transaction. The MOD and cashier were extremely rude and unprofessional while trying to explain how this process 'should' have gone. I've never seen a drive thru move as fast as the one I sat in for less than 5 minutes. I must have been 10 cars deep, figuring at least a 10 minute wait. Not one, but two employees outdoors with tablets taking orders. These people are on their game and the food didn't disappoint. It never does. Spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries are my go to, with a delicious cookies and cream shake, of course. All that for under $9 makes me a repeat customer whenever I'm near a location. Been here far too many times and always great food and friendly service. Usually not too long of a wait even during the busy lunch rush. Only complaint is they recently get rid of large coffee and now have one standard size which is not enough coffee for a 7 am visit. read more

Service is fast and good however; I found a hair in my salad. I called and their solution is to replace it. Getting a refund is not an option unless you bring the food back in person. So this used to be a regular morning stop for me, I loved their breakfast burritos. For $5 and change you got a decent burrito, hash-browns, and a bottle of OJ. They closed down this summer for a remodel. I stopped by this morning for my morning burrito and was shocked to find the price had gone from $5 and change to $7 and change, and they took the peppers and onions out of the burrito and replaced them with hash-browns. Replacing vegetables with cheap filler starch is one thing... Charging me $2 extra for the privilege means you just lost me as a customer. Chick-Fil-A has been steadily restricting their menu, reducing variety and creating ever more bland options. It's a pity. I m iss the spicy chicken wraps, the variety in salads, etc. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

I can actually say I had a bad experience. If I'm paying almost $10 for a salad and I get a major attitude from the lady at the window when I asked for tortilla strips Bc they weren't in the bag and she tossed it out the window into my car as she rolled her eyes and heavy breathed. I would expect that from McDonald's but not chick fil a. Not to add I ordered fried not grilled chicken. Extra cheese. Didn't get either. Not even a fork. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and have never had an issue with any employees EVER, and in fact think this location has the greatest customer service, but tonight put a very bad taste in my mouth. An employee by the name of Karla was very disrespectful completely unprovoked. Karla literally threw the straw into my car when I forgot to grab it from her hand. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and it definitely took me by surprise seeming as though every employee before this encounter was amazing. This place used to be the go-to for fast fresh food. That is not the case anymore. This place has become such a disappointment! I stopped by on 4/15/22 afternoon to pick up an early dinner and my order was horrible! The Filet was not full size and the fries had no salt. Please, Please do better. read more

Every time I go, cars are wrapped around the entire building. I've never had to wait long though. Honestly I go at least once a week, if not multiple times a week, and I have never gotten less than exceptional service and taste. read more

This location always has nice customer service. We do wait a little bit in the drive thru, but it's worth it for our hot Chick-fil-A order that is right every time. The only complaint is that we forget they are closed on Sundays. read more

I gave them a 5 star 8 months ago they went above and beyond but now they have really gone down hill my family and I went there for dinner and when we walked in one of the workers held the door open we said thank and of course the expected response was you're welcome which was very nice not complaining about that but as she closed the door she looked at her coworker and said every time someone says thank you I just say you're welcome instead of my pleasure just sounds like she is making a statement which is fine but also on top of that the tables were never wiped off floors were not swept this is just not expected at chick fil a so I am very disappointed by this location and they got our order wrong and also put it in the to go area when even the receipt says dine in so I didn't understand that part and when we got our food it was unfortunately cold I'm super sad they have really gone down hill and it just seems dirty in there now so disappointed read more

Chick-Fil-A has always has first rate customer service. I always feel welcomed and they actually care you are visiting their establishment. Again, they cease to amaze me. I rolled in at 10:33am...I absolutely love their breakfast and I was hoping I could get their chicken biscuits. This review is based only on 1 visit on drive through. The line of cars, even though quite long, moved pretty quick. So why 3 stars? Because they served me my fries in the same bag as the rest of the food, even though I had explained I had a severe gluten allergy. We pointed that out and they quickly took the fries back and gave me a new one. Also, after I left I noticed they had forgotten to give me a fork for the grilled nuggets (which are quite messy and require one). read more

What happened to this store? It used to run like a well tuned clock . Today was a great disappointment. I ordered from the guy outside, two large black coffees, then paid at the outside register. When I got to the window to pick up my order I was presented one small iced coffee. I tried to correct the one at the window and was then told I would have to take the iced one or wait an additional seven minutes. When I asked why they didn't tell me when I ordered the guy told me the guy I ordered from didn't know?? How can the front line person taking orders NOT know which items are not available at that time? So the guy giving me my refund argues with me about the issue when I caution him about the front line not being informed. For this these young kids think they deserve a raise in minimum wage?? read more

The food is delicious and the employees are the friendliest, most courteous employees I have EVER encountered at a fast food place. The Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich is AMAZING if you like spicy food, and the chicken nuggets are made with real chicken breast meat - no processed, spongy nuggets here. I've only been here a couple times, but I'm a fan. I just converted my husband too, so we'll be coming by a lot! read more

This use to be the best chikfila near by and now I feel like Fredericksburg is way better. Ever since they finished renovating it & came back in August, it's like the food has gotten terrible. Bread is hard in the morning, no honey butter or whatever on the minis. Hashbrowns have no flavor. I thought, maybe it's just not a good day but it's happened on multiple days. & their sweet tea SUCKS now. Idk if they're under new management or have a whole new crew of ppl since renovations but they've gotten terrible. Fredericksburg is where I'll have to go to find some great chikfila. read more

I don't usually rate fast food, but in this case, they deserve it. Every time I go to this location, I always get impeccable service. I get frightened by the drive through line sometimes; but for the most part they do a great job fulfilling orders and doing it very quickly. Even when the line is wrapped around the building they still move faster than other places with four cars in line. As far as the quality of the food, it always looks like the picture and taste great! read more

The bathroom was clean but it smelled really bad. The sanitizer wouldn't work in the bathroom. The sink (water) doesn't run very long - I'm wondering if the workers' hands are properly washed then???! My favorite breakfast item, chic'n minis. I'm so sad on Sundays when they are closed. read more

This chick fil a never fails to impress. I love the grilled chicken sandwiches. Today I was craving a salad. I got the spicy southwest salad with chicken tenders. It is absolutely the best salad out there. It is big, super fresh (so much fresh romaine), black beans, pepitas, tortilla strips and more. So filling and healthy. It just really hit the spot. My only complaint is that they do not have an all you can eat nugget buffet. One of their nuggets dipped in bbq sauce, then a secondary dip in honey mustard sauce, is the reason why chickens exist. I crave these nuggets, always. read more
