I enjoy the food and speed of service here greatly, up until a couple of days ago. My stepfather, who served in the Marines and is one year away from retiring with the United States Park Police. He went through the drive through and ordered. When he got to the window the cashier got her manager to give the discount that he always receives when he is in uniform. I'd like to pre-face this with I love chick fil a & I always have a pleasant experience here. My husband on a pregnancy craving run went through the drive through. Had them repeat the order & came home. Surprise! Wrong. Instead of the 12 piece nuggets we somehow got a chick fil a sandwhich with pickles. I called & asked to speak with a manager. She said she was the manager "Shantina" ? I told her the story & she was very "uh huh" about it. I was honestly surprised she worked there let alone was the manager. Because she was nowhere near the kind of personality I come across when going there. We argued. She kept saying the bagger clearly grabbed the wrong thing. She offered me nuggets like I should be happy. It's what I paid for and cost more then the chicken sandwich. Something about they write my name on a board & I have 5 days to come. Asked my name. I've never received poor customer service at this location until tonight. The service is usually fast and friendly. Tonight, however, it took them a while to serve the car in front of me. This is not normally something to complain about, but I figured it should be mentioned due to the quality of the service I received tonight. When I finally got to the window three girls were standing around the window chatting loudly about how they tend to react when in a fight. Thankfully one of them took a break from the conversation to ask me if I wanted any sauce; I asked for Chick Fil-A sauce. It took about five minutes for me to receive my sandwich. The girls continued to stand and chat loudly while everyone behind them seemed to be busy at work. One of these girls had a red manager's shirt on. After I finally got my food and pulled away, I reached into my bag to pop a fry in my mouth and it was ice cold. After I got home, I discovered no napkins, straws, or Chick-Fil-A sauce was in my bag. My chicken salad sandwich was more like two pieces of bread with a tiny bit of chicken salad on it. I used to go here because their service was always of a higher quality than other quick service restaurants in the area. After my experience tonight, that is obviously no longer the case. It seems like the newer employees they've hired are not anywhere near the same quality of the people they used to have. read more

Extremely disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. Rushed there after son's soccer game because he REALLY wanted a breakfast bowl. I knew we were tight on time, but we were there and in line a little before 10:30. I recognize that they have to switch over the menu at some point. However, we were literally next in line at 10:31, and there were several folks behind us that wanted breakfast, too. A better solution could have been to serve those already in line before the 10:30 cut off. We're pretty frequent "flyers" at Chick-fil-A; however, it will be some time before we frequent them again. This place works alot with the local schools - consequently they are frequently busy but speedy. Chickfila typically has good customer service and this one is no different. I have never gotten an inaccurate order here. Their lot could use more room but it's not too aggravating. read more

So I order from doordash like always. Well, I got everything I order but two things. So when I called them back and ask what happen. She said since doordash deliver the food, they should have checked to see if everything was in the bag. Then she said there's nothing they can do about it. Chick-fil-A you should take a lesson from Bob Evan's. I doordash with them and I was missing two items from them. Not only did they sent a staff member to bring me my food. OK first off Chick-fil-A is my second favorite restaurant in the whole world second only to my own. I decided to start reviewing each Chick-fil-A I visit. I visit hundreds in my travels every year so this is number #1 in Stafford Virginia. My normal fare is a number one with a large half-and-half tea just tell them split tea and they will know what you mean. I get a fruit cup instead of fries about half the time and I've been eating at Chick-fil-A since I was just a lad in North Georgia 40 years ago at the original Chick-fil-A Greenbriar mall. I've seen a lot of changes from the first freestanding Chick-fil-A in Roswell Georgia to the demise of barbecue chicken and carrot-raisin salad and the worst deletion of all hot tea!!! There have been a few new things added, the deluxe (really putting lettuce and tomato and a Chick-fil-A is just wrong but because OK ) and then spicy chicken which were OK but I like the original The way it should be with just pickles!! Of course the addition of chicken minis change the whole fast food breakfast scene and Are still my go to breakfast on the road. Of course any review of Chick-fil-A they didn't mention Chick-fil-A sauce would be incomplete it must be nectar of the gods. Waffle fries just don't taste the same without it! So whatever you like and whenever you like it except for Sundays try Chick-fil-A I know I do! Chic fil a has the best chicken sandwich ever! Add their chic fil a (honey mustard) sauce and it's the best fast food meal you'll ever have. It is cooked just the way my palate like it :) And a lot of people would agree to that. Their cookies and cream milkshake is to die for. Too bad they're closed on Sundays. read more
