There is a glut of Chick-Fil-A's in the area. I don't hit this one very often with the one off Loudoun County Parkway and the one near Wegmans now open. The parking lot is a mess. Getting in and out of the shopping center is a disaster (a little better now that there is a 4-way stop in front of the store). It's a Chick-Fil-A, predictable, decent food served by friendly people. And they have car shows every week (Friday nights?) I know for a fact one of the five Chick-Fil-A's (including the mall) is struggling (I won't' say which). Overkill in the area. read more

The food is just as good as your average chick fil a(which I love). However, this is one of the most confusing fast food parking lots I have ever tried to navigate...EVER! "If" you can find the entrance after going two laps around Reston you will feel very accomplished. **pro tip** after you turn right in towards potbelly, Chick-fil-A, etc; take an IMMEDIATE LEFT towards the people leaving the drive through. Yes, this goes against every driving instinct you have ever known, but turn directly into oncoming traffic and find your chicken sandwich and waffle fries! Went here today to reward my toddler with a cookie. We hit up the drive thru. There were outsider helpers taking orders to expedite. We received the cookie in a timely manner and it was fresh out of the oven. Absolutely delicious and better than the stale versions I've had elsewhere. read more

I don't know what sorcery they use to create such juicy, crispy, succulent chicken, but I believe anyone would agree that they would be hard-pressed to pass up this location on an empty stomach, even if it means waiting in an extremely long line that circles the entire building or potentially getting into a terrible accident due to the horrible traffic and street layout [for which I have deducted a star]. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff are always polite and courteous. I have yet to have an inaccurate order or bad experience outside the aforementioned wait/traffic. read more

Sat in the drive-through here for 20 minutes, finally get to order at exactly 10:29A, and the rude employee taking my order tells me that she cannot serve me breakfast (they start lunch at 10:30). Sorry, but that's not the way you keep customers coming back. Consider a ten minute grace period, or hire more employees for Saturday so that your drive through isn't so slow. read more

They maybe fast food, but the customer service is top notch. Went through the drive thru today and ordered lunch for myself and my kids. Got home and they had forgotten to put my son's nuggets in his bag. I was anticipating having to go back with two hungry and cranky kids. When I called, they took my order number and asked if they could deliver them to me. Of course I said yes! One of their managers, Devin Copper shows up no more than 15 minutes later with warm nuggets in hand. He was courteous and professional and also took the time to park in assigned parking and walk to my door, instead of in front of the house where it is not permitted. I went here on Saturday night so I give them that...but someone (pretty positive it was some nasty customer) unleashed 5 demons out of their bowels in that bathroom. Chick-fil-a is great to begin with, but the one in Sterling/Dulles by the Lowes is superb! A few weeks ago my boygriend and I used the drive-thru there for lunch. Three employees were waiting outside at the entrance with reflective vests on, which worried us at first. Turns out their speaker system was out of service so they were taking orders in person. One girl showed us a laminated menu and we just pointed at what we wanted. She spoke it through her headset and immediately had the price ready for us. We drove on to the pick up window and our order was waiting for us! Fastest service EVER. They had the drinks filled and lidded and all the food in the bad along with straws and napkins before we could even drive up (and we were the only car in line). Phenomenal. Before we even got home, my boyfriend had called their customer service number to compliment the service there. We were genuinely impressed. read more

My friends and I who frequently go to this location were given fairly poor service by one of the employees. (We believe by the name of Chloe). She had an extremely unpleasant attitude towards us as well as the person behind us. She also did not bother to make any of our food, and order of 4, a meal. We were charged overpriced for the food due to this. We also scanned for a free drink (since we go there so often) and she continued to tell us that it wasn't going through. Once home, we saw that the prize was redeemed and did indeed go through. The fact that she got hired at this location was surprising since her mood and overall attitude was displeasing compared to all of the other employees here. read more

This place has really good food! I recommend you should get the 12 pack chicken. I think the fries are just ok. They have a busy drive thru but that doesn't matter. They are closed on Sundays like you would expect. This place has good service. It also has a play area for little kids to go so they won't bother while you are eating. New CFA and I am happy as this one is close by. Utilized the drive thru which was efficient. My food was hot and the staff was very polite and friendly. The location is kind of awkward as it is located in a busy shopping center and it takes awhile to figure out the best way to enter their parking lot. This will not stop me from going there however! Now that it's spring, I can't wait for the warmer weather. I love coming to this Chick Fil A Friday nights. I try to come out every Friday night when the weather is nice. This Chick Fil A is always slammed on Fridays because there is a car show in their parking lot Friday afternoons into the evenings. It's great to stop by, check out some cars on the way into chick fil a. This chick fil a is always prepared for the rush and service is very quick considering how busy they usually are. Very slow service inside and outside. We went to this place over 10 times and the drive through is getting worse and worse. The last time was 17 minutes to get our "slow food" meal. We then tried to order inside one time to get faster service, but was sorely disappointed. We were in line and they had only ONE register open with a long line with many other workers looking around and not servicing customer. Horrible customer service‼ I waited in an extremely long drive thru line only to have someone who wasn't in the line cut in front of me and the otiside employees told him that he cut and with every car beeping and hollering in disgust she still took his order. Knowing that he just cut the line. I asked her why would she take his order when he didn't wait like the rest of us and she replied "the owner would be mad if I told him to go to the back of the line". I was so disgusted I didn't order anything and never from this establishment. When I called to talk to the manager to report my issue he totally disregarded my concerns and was talking to customers while I was on the phone. This is an awesome place to have your meals. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They talk to you and listen with a great smile. They are proactive in the "service" side. The help you carry your orders to your table, clear your table for you if you allow them, they don't rush you out if you just want to hang out with your coworkers to talk. They offer to refill your drinks, and ask how you're doing. Stuff you sorta expect at a full-service restaurant with 10x the cost. This is the one beside Lowe's off Atlantic Blvd & One of four, that we frequent - This location is always clean & convenient & friendliest. Now, that they've added the Cobb & Asian Salads, this year, we take time to run up the street to grab lunch, rather than have lunch at our desks + they offer catering as well as calling ahead for pick-up for larger orders - we no longer have to battle the bulge w/just pizza at our lunch meetings. Today, the manager on duty helped me to my car with our Take-Out Catering Order. Leesburg & Frederick locations could take a lesson - neither has friendly staff, in fact, the Leesburg staff is impatient, when you ask for a moment to look at the board & consistently say - is that it, is that it? after every item, that you order...unless you get lucky & it's a new person, or summertime help waiting on you. The Frederick store needs a good scrub down, especially the floor - the place could be nearly empty, yet the tables & floor are nearly always covered in remnants of the former customers & kids. read more
