    Cha combo deal

Got the 12.99 cha combo deal to-go for lunch and it was worth it. I liked both the smashburger and zinger burger equally. Ample amount of fries.

I love coming here for brunch on the weekends. The food is great, and is consistent. The vibes of this place give Pakistan street food, with a nice aroma the moment you come in. The staff is excellent and very friendly! I ran into the host taking orders at a Costco and she was so delighted to be recognized, you could tell she was genuinely surprised. I usually get the omelette and paratha while the family gets halwa puri. The omelet and paratha come with a fried home fries type of potatoes, which I always finish. The halwa puri is super fresh and not swimming in oil as would be expected. Try the iced Kashmiri chai, it's a hit!

I've tried their food from the food truck years ago and wasn't terribly impressed. However, I felt like I should give the actual location a try. I like that they offered burger, roll or bowl. We chose the hot zinger crispy chicken in burger form, they asked if we wanted cheddar cheese for an additional cost. We opted for that, but it looked more like the plastic American cheese. The sandwich flavors were good, but the chicken was too thick and small for the bun size and hard to bite into. We were curious to try the dubai chocolate samosa, but didn't want to try anything else. Upon entering the cafe, there was a strong smell (dirty towels?) that hit us. The tables were also not regularly cleaned when customers left them dirty. There is a small partially closed off section for private parties, which needs to be by-passed when going to the bathroom. They offer high tea for a reasonable price $40 for vegetarian and $45 for non-vegetarian, comparable to tea shops that have high tea. They serve desi snacks/desserts. Would I return? maybe if I have a craving....

So this review is alit different then my other reviews. I am planning on updating this review once I go back to try the food but I came here for the Dubai Chocolate Somas that I saw on Tic Tok and ngl this really should not have worked but it was honestly pretty solid! But mannnn the decor and vibe really is the high light of the place. They did a really good job and found a unique identity that really sets them apart from other places. the service I can't comment on because I we didn't get food but the order taker was fine. Once I try the food I will update this but just from the vibe and dessert I have to give it a 5!

This place was delicious - would highly recommend and will be back to try more! Food: We got the combo meal which was a great value. It came with the Zinger Chicken Sandwich, Beef smash burger, fries and choice of soda. Everything was a 10/10! Fries were super crispy and the two burgers were amazing and flavorful. Ambiance: Spacious and inviting with plenty of seating and parking. Service: Very friendly and nice. Great customer service!

Last weekend we found this street food Pakastani owned and run (at least the Manager and chef) location and the food is great. Gets a 5 star. However the owner/manager ( I assume the young lady we spoke about hosting events) needs to ensure that when customers don't wipe their mess up as they clear their tables, that someone is periodically doing that or when asked by a customer, will do so. As opposed to customers having to get napkins, wet them and clean the table. If we have to do so why are you asking for a gratuity? Also since everyone comes at lunch for the halwa, and it runs out by 1 pm, how about managing the kitchen so there is a constant flow of the most favorite item for brunch? I hope the restaurant stays open as it does serve good food, just needs to pay attention to cleanliness and food quantity to be around for a long time.

This was the first time I've had Pakistani food! Just WOW. I had the warm samosas and my boss had their version of a smash burger! Both were hands down delicious. The restaurant is super cute too! I highly recommend if you're in the Herndon, VA area.

The food is steadily been going down since they opened and you can see it from the amount of people in the restaurant from when it started. It is mediocre at best. Nihari is $18 with no rice or naan which i think is Ludicrous. Definitely won't be coming back here as I have used to in the past. Time to move on to a different restaurant.

    Chicken bowl

Nothing fancy, but the food is pretty fresh. I got the chicken bowl and I was delightfully surprised at how fresh the vegetables were and how tasty the chicken was. My wife got the warm samosa chaat, which was also delicious. It's communal seating with great decor. You order at the register and they call you when the food is ready. Beware, if you get a chai, they only make it with whole milk, there are no other milk options.

Interesting new place with Pakistani food. I had a samosa which was outstanding. Also had a spicy ground beef bowl which was ok but not very spicy or hot. Big portions. My wife had chicken tikka bowl which was really good. It's lovely inside but I do wish they did not serve evening in paper bowls and plastic forks. Throwing away so much stuff after each meal is not great. We can do better

I'm having a multi-event wedding this summer and we've been looking for a good caterer and heard…read morereally good things about Bombay tandoor. Went with my fiancé and family to try out the food and everything we got (chicken tikka, mixed grill, butter chicken, chicken Amritsari, chicken biryani, carrot and moong dal halwa) were all delicious. Ambiance was nice with Indian songs playing. Service was a little slow, we had to call people down constantly to get water refilled or order more food. From this experience alone, I would've given this a 4 or 4.5 stars. However, about a week later, we had a small family gathering and order to-go trays of chicken tikka for others to try. Unfortunately, this time the flavor wasn't as strong or good and the tikka was more watery than we expected. We also got paneer tikka, which tasted good but for $16, it was only 5 pieces. Called the restaurant to give feedback regarding the watery tikka, and whomever my dad spoke to was rude and condescending. They asked if we were South Indians as South Indians generally do not like the taste of North Indian food. First of all, not true. We had the exact same dish a week prior and it objectively did not taste the same. We also asked why they charged us $16 for the paneer tikka as the menu said $14 and he said that the Leesburg location is priced higher, which again, not clear anywhere on the website or when ordering. If anything, I would assume Tysons location would be more expensive. Anyway, we went from excited that we found our wedding caterer to feeling hurt about the way that one man spoke to my dad. But the first time we had the food in the restaurant was really delicious without any professionalism issues.

We had an opportunity to eat at the buffet lunch. Staff was amazing, from the servers to the manager. They explained the various dishes, brought over various sauces and made sure we had everything we needed. We also sampled the Dosa dish brough over by the very friendly manager. The buffet selection offered us the chance to look at the dishes and try them out. I love how they put out fresh items when the item runs out. Butter chicken is our favorite and they use chicken breast(one of our go-to choices). I loved the table specifically dedicated to the various sauces. I'm not very familiar with names but the spinach and cheese dish was super delicious. We also ordered a fresh batch of vegetarian samosas. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well as non-veg items such as goat curry, butter chicken and the Manchurian chicken. There's something for most. Their location in Vienna has been around for over 20 years. I hope this location finds a good following of diners.

Before Maharani Palace I will admit Indian food was not on my radar. Not on purpose; I live closer to other cuisine. I share this detail as context behind why I might have been so impressed with the buffet. An opportunity to try many wonderful popular Indian dishes I have heard before. The chicken tandoori was my favorite. Moreover, the customer service was wonderful. I never had to hunt anyone down to get my water refill. Lastly, this is a great restaurant to go to if you are looking for a place that isn't too noisy. Would return!

The buffet offers a huge variety of dishes, which is probably why the place is usually packed at lunchtime. The staff are attentive, friendly, and somehow manage to keep everything running smoothly despite the crowds. As for the décor, "subtle" is not a word that applies here. Think bold, gold, and more gold. If a palace and a chandelier had a baby, this restaurant would be the result. It's definitely memorable. Food-wise, I would rank it solid mid-tier Indian food. Nothing that completely blew me away, but plenty of tasty options and enough variety that everyone can find something they like. The buffet selection is really what earns the extra star for me. Overall, it's a great lunch spot when you're in the mood for variety, good service, and enough food choices to make at least three trips back to the buffet before convincing yourself you're done.
