Visiting from Hawaii here! We were dying to get some Chick-Fil-A since we don't have it in Hawaii... The drive-thru line was long but we decided it was worth waiting in. When the lady came to our window to take our order, we had mentioned that we need to see the menu because my mom had never had chick-fil-a, and the pretty unapproachable and unfriendly lady flipped the menu down in front of her iPad and shoved it in the window. No words- no nothing. Maybe we're used to the Aloha spirit but like... she was just not very friendly for no apparent reason. After going through the rest of the line, someone accidentally gave us the wrong order but knew it wasn't ours when they verified the name on our order. Then, we get to the window and get our order, name verified. We drive off, realizing that we got a different order. Our receipt was correct but our meals were wrong: drink and food! Pretty disappointed. The food, nevertheless, was still good. We love the quality of the chicken and the warm, fresh waffle fries. My sweet tea was perfectly too sweet- just how I like it (no, like actually though). The three stars is definitely the great quality of the food but the stars lost are for the disorganization and the unapproachability of the employees. read more

No complaints it's just extremely busy and they haven't figured out that they need to open a second location down on the Temecula Parkway area ? Obviously it would cut the traffic in half at this location, which would still be pretty darn busy. I ordered a 3 piece strip and a 4 strip meal and got nuggets for both I am not a fan of the nuggets they are dry with too much breading. This is far and away the worst Chick-fil-a I regularly go to. Ordering through the drive thru often feels like a coin flip on whether or not they'll get your order right or not. It feels like every other time something is wrong, and it's never a huge item or anything but it's really starting to add up. Ask for a deluxe sandwich? Get a regular one. Ask for a large? Get a regular size. When they read you back your order it's usually right but then you get your order and look at the receipt and see they didn't put large / deluxe / etc. And then if you do win that coin flip there's the OTHER coin flip of possibly getting some of the worst chick-fil-a sandwiches I've had. Chicken fillets that are barely fried or have barely any breading on them. Wilted, near-spoiled-looking lettuce. Really I'm just perplexed at how the quality drops so much at this one compared to literally every other Chick-fil-a I've been to. Huge disappointment. Ordered catering $300-$400 picked up order. We checked our order and it appeared to be all there, however we did not open the individual boxed meals. The order was missing all sandwiches in the boxed meals. Called requesting they deliver them as we are 30-40 minutes away and the food was ordered for an event. They declined the request and suggested we drive back or they can give us store credit. We had no other food option and half meals with a ton of hungry kids. I had to give the store a review. I am a chauffeur for a limousine company. We had 10 teenage kids that we we're bringing here. So I called ahead of time and let them know when I got here. The rating isn't for the food, the food has always been good. The rating is because I'm so mad about the games they play with fucking sauce. I know from fast food experience that you can give the customer as much sauce as they want so why are we giving 1 ranch cup for a sandwich, nuggets and fries?? life would be so much easier if they just gave me the sauce in the amount I asked the first time. They'll ask when you order, then you'll have to ask again when u get to the window and then if they don't give you as much as you need (like usual) then you have to pull around and park and go inside just for them to give you literally 1 more. I tried a lettuce wrapped sandwich since it's new to Riverside County. I thought it'd be iceberg lettuce for crunch but it was their regular lettuce. I was happy the chicken was hot and crunchy this visit but I didn't really care for the wilted lettuce and wish it was iceberg. I also didn't like having to pay an extra for swapping out the bun. It's become a complete waste of money and time to come here. Chicken nuggets seem like they've been sitting out for a long time before serving. They could easily make fresh ones when they notice that, but don't. Don't dare ask for a cup of ice even after ordering food because they fill the cup half way then tell you to order a bag. This is our go to location, it's close to other amenities so we can just pop in for lunch or dinner. They have an app that's amazing earning points to redeem rewards, the points can add up fast too compared to other places but I guess it depends how often and how much you spend. I don't normally write reviews but chick fil a standards are usually great. I never go to this location, usually the Murrieta one. I went today and they gave me the wrong drinks and then proceeded to ask for my receipt and asked for the wrong drink back and they would fix it "at no extra charge to me" even though I was just asking for the drinks I ordered. Lol. Then I get home and they gave us zero chick fil a sauce. Mind you- it was listed on the receipt which supposedly matters! Lol. Been coming to this location for YEARS since they've opened. Got my usual order and there were no French fries in the bag so I returned and usually I would assume they would handle it because their customer service is stellar. INSTEAD they accused me of taking the fries out and hiding them in my car to get extra feee fries...LOL.
