Regular, good service. Drive thru takes a bit of getting used to, but even though it is tight, they move very quickly to get you your order. I don't think I can recall any time they have messed up my order, and they are always friendly. read more

The manager was extremely unfriendly and not accommodating to the establishments guests. An order was made and picked up by someone that was not assigned to the order and when I approached an associate about the issue, I was told they would not remake the order. No manager ever spoke with me to apologize for the inconvenience or provide the guest with any sort of compensation, however, I did hear the manager (larger short blonde woman wearing a blue button up) state that "she's not going to just remake any old order"... Completely unprofessional and rude. And this wasn't even my personal food. I've worked in management for years and this is not how you run a restaurant. One meal would not have broken the bank for Chic-Fil-A. When you as a company do not have any system in place to validate external orders being picked up, the establishment should provide a replacement. Leaving the orders out for just anyone to pick up is to some extent convenient, however, if you as a company are not willing to replace orders when issues like this arise, you should eliminate that risk. read more

I love chick fil-a but this is the Worst one I have ever been to. They mess mine and my wife's order up everytime. All I wanted to order was an original chicken sandwhich, sweet tea, a number 2 with bacon and unsweet Arnold palmer, and a large chicken noodle soup with extra crackers..... ended up getting double of everything and getting the drinks all wrong. I was surprised at my visit today. I called the location by the High School to see if they were doing teacher appreciation freebies. They said yes. So a friend of mine suggested we go for lunch. To save time, we went to the one by the mall. Since they are both owned by the same person, we thought both doing it. When I pulled up and asked if they were doing teacher appreciation, the person taking my order snapped "No, we're not." When I mentioned that the other location was and they were giving away breakfast, he said, "Well, they weren't supposed to." I LOVE Chick-fil-a chicken, they are right when they say "we didn't invent the chicken, just the sandwich"!! The chicken sandwich is GREAT with the spicy salad dressing, yummmm!! If you haven't tasted the chicken minis for breakfast, you are TOTALLY missing out. That is as long as the bread is nice & soft, with the honey glazed on top & fresh hot lil chicken bites; they are to die for. The lemonade is also the BEST! This location has two drive thru windows which comes in handy during the busy lunch rush. read more

The design of the building is horrible. Also the buns are not fresh. They need to renovate. It needs to be a actual building that has AC and sits people inside of the AC building. My chicken sandwich did taste good however, I had barely any chicken in it. I can tell that this Chick-fil-A is more concerned with how much they spend rather than the customer experience. Normally, I visit this Chick-Fil-A about once a week. The service is great, and they get my order right. Today, I drove up to the store, and the drive through line extended to the street. "Oh great," I thought. I figured I would just get in line and bear it out. However, the manager had formed a third drive through lane, and the cars were moving quickly through the line. It's things like this that make me want to come back and frequent businesses. It shows they care about my time. I don't want to wait in a long line for fast food, and Chick-fil-a knows this. They are willing to do what it takes to accommodate their customers. I appreciate the effort, and they deserve five stars. read more

We have been going to this location for just over a year because it is so close to our apartment. This is THE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced. That is not an opinion based off one or two visits; it's based off of several visits. I have been in the morning, lunch-time, afternoon and night, and I have been every day of the week, again, because of the convenience factor. The ONLY thing that this place can do consistently is mess up. The fries are always either stale or undercooked. They have forgotten items. Put the wrong items in the bag. Multiple times drink cups are given to customers with their sides soaked in drinks. Getting regular sandwiches, even though we paid for spicy or deluxe sandwiches. Chicken nuggets have been given to us as small, hard, inedible pucks. They always miss something on our order. They charge out the you-know-what to have lettuce and tomatoes added to a sandwich. If I order a "spicy sandwich with a large fry and large drink" they ring it up as individual items unless I specifically say combo or meal. We have gotten cold food. Tonight, we waited 15 minutes for food and they still forgot something. If upper management is reading this, something has to change. This one location is ruining the image the company stands for. read more

They should have NEVER moved across the street. Service is exceedingly long now at the drive thru, and frankly it's not worth waiting for anymore. Went by this evening with REALLY short lines to order two large teas with light ice. I watch Mercedes input my order on her tablet and it was cottony. Got to the podium to pay cash and the man there took my money, CORRECTLY repeated my order but when I got to the pickup window, the woman handing out drinks out said "two teas with EXTRA ice!" The girl outside said no, it's two teas with light ice! They argued about what the order was, swearing one tea was light ice and they remade a second glass with lighter ice. Both ended up with WAY TOO MUCH ICE. I never once had this issue in all the years they were across the street all while running 3 lanes and a walk up window! The wait for two teas was still over 5 minutes from start to finish with little to NO lines. I will not go back until they figure it out and cheer up a little. And I absolutely will not sit in lines at lunch out to the back parking lot only to be merged into one lane with one window. Simply no longer worth the wait. read more

Well, everyone's complaint about Chick-fil-a is that it is just a little expensive, but I say you get what you pay for. Chick-fil-a always has the best quality food, and it clearly has the best customer service in the restaurant industry. We love you, Chick-fil-a, and we thank you for being such a great place to come for family dining. The outdoor eating experience that this particular location has to offer is pretty great! I have visited this CFA about 4 times within the past month for breakfast, and every time I do so the food is terrible. I usually get the 3pc sandwich and every experience I've ever had with them they are burnt tasting or like a charcoal taste. Best place to eat in Temple if you enjoy sharing your table or meal with black birds. A recent health inspection revealed many concerning violations at this location(none related to the birds). I work less than 1 mile from this chick fila and by the time I got back to work my stomach was rumbling.
