I have never in my life been to a Chic-fil-a that was so slow and unprofessional. We are from Texas, and our Chic-fil-a's are usually PACKED with a line around the building and you still get your food in seconds. This place was DEAD and still took over 10 minutes to deliver our order while the staff basically stood around playing as we waited. It was the slowest experience with Chic-fil-a I have ever had. I've been a handful of times since they opened and while the food is always good, I feel like they have waaaayyy too many people working who are completely lost. I understand they are new, but there should not be this much confusion. Focus less on 10 people greeting me as I come through the door and focus more on getting the order right. Yesterday morning I ordered the Egg White Grill and after I drove off discovered they had given me a Chicken Biscuit. Today I went back and ordered the Egg White Grill and after drove off discovered they had given me an Egg white, grilled chicken on a biscuit instead of the English muffin. If they had been busy, maybe I could understand, but several employees including the un-uniformed manager were laughing and joking with themselves. Service was very slow. Firstly, if you're coming through the drive thru, plan to wait.... like 20min. Also, I have not once had good customer service here. My order is usually wrong, they look like I am a totally inconvenience because I ask for the correct order. If you're on the go and looking for a healthy bite to eat I recommend their salads. Healthier alternative and you can get them with grilled chicken. Had some special requests such as no salt on my fries, different chicken in my salad, and no ice in my drink and they gave me the correct order. First ever visit to any Chick. We were out looking for fast food in the safest, cleanest way. We'd had a bad experience with an Arby's -- drive up employees with no gloves, no masks, lots of touching of our food containers. Well, this Chick FilA off Ina was the safest most comforting fast food yet. Getting in the very busy double lines for drive thru we were greeted by a friendly, masked, gloved, sunglasses young man with a tablet who shared a paper menu and took our order for deluxe sandwiches and drinks. I only had to slide my card in his machine. No touching. We were then directed by another fully protected worker whose sole job was keeping cars merging into one line for the protected expediter who posed for a picture as we turned the corner. Still another fully protected worker brought us a tray with our order, which she held close to the window as I lifted each bag and drink into our car. As an over 70 cancer patient I deeply appreciated the Chick filA concern for their workers as well as my safety. Great job. I hope all the other fast food places take note . I like everything about Chick-fil-A. All of the ones closer to base offer a military discount based off of ID. This location will not honor a discount unless your in uniform. So basically you need to violate military regulations and wear your uniform out to get the discount. If that is the case don't have the discount at all. I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. My family and I frequently visit this establishment without issues until now. We live a good drive away so having trust that the staff will get our orders correct without having to rummage through the bags on the way out is imperative. Unfortunately when we got home, we were saddened to find that my daughters entire meal was missing. Of course I felt bad, and had to drive all the way back to get one meal. I stopped into the new Chick Fil A on Ina today for lunch. I LOVE Chick Fil A in general, but this one was even BETTER than normal. The staff was friendly and quick as always. I also briefly met the head manager/part-owner of the store and he seemed like a very pleasant guy. This will be my new go-to lunch spot since it is so close to my office. If you are someone who plans on going in often, you should definitely download their app! They give free stuff all the time and they offer easy to use call ahead ordering on the app. read more

Drive through has no organization or pattern. There are two lanes for drive through. We watched 8 vehicles helped in what we will call lane one, where is lane two only three vehicles had been helped. Not only was lane two not being helped or even taking turns but the vehicles in lane one where cutting off lane two. There should be someone out there making sure the lanes are getting help evenly. We waited 22 minutes before we were helped. There where three people in lane lane two when he pulled in, we where number 4. In lane one there was 3 people all three where helped before the person in lane two even had his order taken, 5 more vehicles come into lane one and had their order taken before we even got to the intercom. read more

Amazing customer service, I had never had breakfast here. Ended up showing up 15mins early but decided to wait since I was there. The manager (although he didn't have too) personally came out and let me know the establishment was going to be opening in 8mins. I told him i would wait and he thanked me for waiting. Staff is always friendly and located nicely. The food is good one day and bad the next. First you guys wouldn't take free sand which cards that oracle would take. Next the fries are always worse at this location and can't seem to figure out why. Especially if you order before lunch time it seems like the are giving you fries from the night before. The level of service is pretty bad. This location is close to my home, so I've come here fairly often even though I wait about 20 minutes in the drive thru every time. Today I was sick and did not want to have to walk through the grocery store to get some soup, I figured the drive thru here would be better. I waited about 12 minutes to order. When I asked for soup, I was told they didn't have any today because the warmer was broken. I was then asked what else I wanted, which was nothing. Instead of some decent service like apologizing for not having a standard menu item, and perhaps offering me a free side or drink on my next visit, I was told in a patronizing tone to "have a nice day", then had to wait another 10 minutes in the drive thru mess. This location is walking distance to both a Lowe's and a Target, where an acceptable appliance for heating soup can be purchased. If a fast food restaurant with a static menu can't offer those items, good service would have been to try to make it up to the customer that waited 20 minutes for something that should have been available. I brought a friend of mine to this location, he'd never been to Chick-fil-A before. I've been eating at Chick-fil-A since I was little. Was super excited. I live right down the street and was happy to try out the new location myself. Anyway, my friend got a spicy chicken sandwich and loved it. I got nuggets and we both had fries and Arnold Palmers. The service was great, very friendly. I asked for a lot of Chick-fil-A sauce and Miguel asked how many, I told him 5 he said how does 6 sound? I said great thanks! So we get home and there are 3 sauces, my lemonade/tea was exceedingly and abnormally full of lemon pulp from the lemonade, I FOUND A HAIR WEAVED into the breading on one of my nuggets...so I was just completely over it. The quality of my chicken and our fries were dry and old- just not up to par with what I'm used to from Chick-fil-A, the oracle location is always flawless. There were no napkins, no mints or wet naps. Just incredibly disappointed and not worth it. read more
