One of my favorite spots in town, especially if you are looking for simple, fresh ingredients, healthy, and conscious food. Great atmosphere and friendly service. It always takes me to a happy place! Vegetarian or not, gluten-free or not, you are guaranteed to find a nourishing and satisfying dish.

My new favorite place! The turkey avocado Cobb was absolutely amazing--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The atmosphere is super cool, the service is incredibly friendly, and the prices are great. Can't wait to come back!

What a great find! I was in town for work and wanted a lighter, healthy dinner and stumbled upon Flower Child. The gal at the counter taking my order was super friendly and patient. I asked for recommendations and she strongly encouraged the Glow Bowl. I asked about protein options and another staff said the salmon was great and she wasn't wrong. The bowl was the perfect portion size which is greatly appreciated. The flavors were amazing and I would gladly eat this on repeat if I could. The weather was perfect for outdoor dining and there was ample seating. There's even a water station outside. Hopefully I'll have another trip back soon to try more of their menu (which all looked amazing).

Love the ambiance and their salads, plus they make their dressings in-house! --chopped salad with added salmon: this combination is divine, pairs perfectly! Plus salmon was perfectly cooked They offer a couple desserts but the pudding is a little sweet for my taste, will have to try the others!

The food, service, and interior are all excellent. The first time I went here I did not like the broccoli side I got but after coming here again with a friend, my mind was changed. I got the steak entree with the smashed potato and the grilled asparagus white bean salad as my sides. The asparagus salad was so delicious, I could buy a whole bowl of just that! It's tossed in a yummy pesto sauce with bell pepper and squash and arugula. The steak was cooked perfectly and the smashed potato's are perfect. I didn't get any but they have some good looking dessert options and a decent amount of gluten free options as well. I love that it's an open seating concept and you can refill your water and drinks by the side. There's also an area that has extra napkins and to-go boxes if you need. The restrooms are one stall any gender and has a baby changing table inside. Super cute!

Ummmm I just ordered my 20 dollar salad and am sitting in the dining area where the kitchen staff are yelling in the background. I've heard the F word three times at this point. Another patron moved from where the soda fountain is to the back of the restaurant to get away from the shouting. This led to the most underwhelming salad and terribly cooked Salmon. Clearly not going to say anything but someone get this place a GM asap. The staff are completely not managed and out of control. Oh wait two more F bombs.

Our third visit! I will say this; Flower child is consistent with their food and it is always delicious. I wish the interior was more easy on the acoustics. The dining area will get very loud inside which is unpleasant at times. The service is simple really. It is casual dining, you order at the counter, (I wish their menu was available before you get to counter) place your order and then head to the drink station and silverware area. Grab your drink, utensils, napkin and find your own table. Place your number on the table and a service person will bring your food to you directly. If you are looking for a healthy fresh delicious meal try Flower Child. They do have outdoor seating too.

Came here for a birthday lunch for my wife. She ordered the Mother Earth bowl and I got the steak with broccoli and shishito peppers. I mentioned it was my wife's birthday and they gave us a free dessert. We choose the chocolate pudding. We love the abundance of seating and fun interior design. It was a bit too warm for us to sit outside but there's lots of outdoor seating as well. All the food was delicious, healthy and we left feeling energized. The chocolate pudding was very reminiscent of the pudding you grow up with but the addition of dried coconut and nuts add texture and salt. A great lunch!

Wow! Best restaurant I have ever been to in my life! Most beautiful atmosphere, every employee is so kind and helpful. Lovely recommendations from the young lady taking our order. Truthfully I think everything on the menu would be amazing just based off the freshness, quality, and well balanced flavors of my plate!

Flower Child is my go-to spot in Tucson when I'm craving something fresh, healthy, and flavorful. The bright, cheerful vibe makes it such a pleasant place to dine, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I tried the Mother Earth Bowl with tofu, and it was packed with vibrant flavors and textures--the roasted veggies and pesto really tied it all together. Their lemonade and kombucha on tap are also super refreshing! I love that Flower Child offers so many plant-based and gluten-free options without sacrificing taste. It's great being able to customize your bowl or salad with different bases and proteins depending on what you're in the mood for. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or just looking for a healthier meal, this place has something for everyone. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to! Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to give several recommendations. We ordered the grilled and chilled beets and the steak skewers for appetizers. The beets and everything that came with them was very fresh! I love anything with pickled onions. The steak appetizer was excellent and my dad could not stop talking about them. Next, I ordered the swordfish special and my dad got the pork chop. Everything was cooked to perfection and flavor was everywhere! For dessert we split the dark chocolate ganache. The ganache was very rich but paired wonderfully with the whipped cream and other flavors. I don't drink, but my dad also loved the cocktails he ordered! If Tito & Pep has been on your list do not hesitate any longer. I very much regret not coming here sooner and I highly recommend giving it a try!

Our poor waitress Alison was working HARD she had tables inside and outside and was really making sure we weren't neglected. We ordered our mocktails which were amazing and well priced compared to other places I've been. They have fresh baked bread with oil, garlic, Parmesan and she let us know bread should be out soon but we ordered an appetizer in the meantime of calamari which was cooked to perfection and it had an Asian spin on it which was really good. We then got our bread after the appetizer which was nice to munch on while we waited for our food. The short rib ravioli is my absolute favorite it's so flavorful, the sauce is rich and deep in flavor Pro tip- save some bread to wipe up the extra sauce. Desert was the lemon olive oil cake it was a tiny bit dry but it came with ice cream and buttercream and the mixture of everything made it all come together. Honestly it's so cute inside and the patio is nice with the misters. Service was great our waitress was really running around the restaurant but we never felt neglected and the food was phenomenal. It was worth the wait, and our only regret is that we hadn't prioritized trying it sooner. Everything was magical, from the laid-back, hippie atmosphere of the street it resides on to the experience once inside the establishment. What makes this even more notable, and further enhances the experience, is the lack of similar dining establishments in deep southern Arizona. One can find fine dining in Tucson, over an hour away and far too far for a simple evening out. That's not to say there aren't decent or good restaurants in Cochise County. However, none excel in all aspects of an evening out experience, from greeting to service to the quality of the meal. We had a reservation and were seated immediately at the only table open in the restaurant. That is a plus for their table management. Within two minutes, our waiter appeared with water and bread. Expressing our joy at this proper start to the meal is impossible. In eight years of living in southern Arizona, we have often observed management and wait staff at other establishments taking five minutes or more to arrive at the table. That delay typically foreshadows a lack of basic service that follows. The bread basket featured freshly baked country bread, accompanied by a small plastic ramekin of butter. We would have enjoyed the butter served more elegantly, but that is a minor matter. The bread was excellent. We had heard that the restaurant's appetizers are a highlight and decided to try three: a fresh bacon, apple, arugula, and beet salad, Mussels Meuniere (which were specials), and Arancini. The salad was beautifully composed with just the right amount of dressing to highlight the flavors of the ingredients. The Arancini may have been the best I have ever had. Perfectly fried balls of tender risotto set in a delicious tomato sauce were an unexpected treat. The mussels, unfortunately, were the low point of the meal. Overcooked and rubbery mussels in a tepid sauce that lacked depth and flavor were a major disappointment. Still, that was the only disappointment of the evening and didn't detract from the rest of the meal. We chose two specials for our main course. My wife selected the Salmon topped with a deconstructed Clams Casino. I opted for chicken cutlets topped with eggplant and a dollop of pesto, served in a rich Roman mushroom tomato sauce. The Salmon was incredible. Perfectly cooked and nestled on a plate expertly nappeed with a sublime sauce, it alone excited the palate. But when topped with a well-made clam casino mixture, the dish became an epicurean delight. The chicken was masterfully prepared and was highlighted by the silky-textured eggplant that topped it. The Roman mushroom tomato sauce was well made, my only minor comment being that a different choice of mushrooms might have taken the dish to another level. That said, I would order it again, and probably will if it's on the menu when we return. The dessert selection had me wishing for a larger stomach. Every item on the menu and the specials board looked enticing. We settled on a Basque Cheese cake with blackberries and bananas. We could not have asked for a finer way to end the evening. Perfectly cooked, silky cheesecake in a subtle white sauce and topped with dollops of fresh whipped cream provided just the right amount of sweet and tart to end the meal. So many higher-end expensive restaurants serve bland, tasteless food, meanwhile this amazing mid-ranged restaurant is serving some of the best dishes I've ever had. The smashed chicken was probably the best chicken dish I have ever had at a restaurant. The skin was perfectly crispy while the meat was juicy and well-seasoned. The ginger and herb salsa verde was so fresh and aromatic. The cilantro rice complimented the lemongrass aioli perfectly. Everything was seasoned perfectly, and I'm usually one to reach for the salt shaker at most restaurants. Smoked olives are a concept I have never considered before. It's a concept that was executed perfectly here. So savory, flavorful, and complex. I'd love to have a few with a dirty martini. Speaking of drinks, my Casino gin cocktail was great. Perfect level of sweetness and tartness. I knew I had to order dessert after how good everything else was, even though I am usually not a dessert person. The oolong tea cake was nothing short of incredible. The tea flavor was subtle but paired well with the fluffy and light honey buttercream. Not too sweet at all. Of course, the service was great too. Our waiter was very attentive and personable. My first experience at 5 points made me realize that this is what restaurants should strive to be. I can tell there is passion poured into every dish with every ingredient thoughtfully melded together. I can't wait to bring everyone I know here so they can experience this too!!
