Stopped in for a quick bite before work I like to pair things together so I got the Mac and cheese with nuggets and added Polynesian sauce and I also got the cob salad with avocado ranch it was to die for. Very disappointed talked my husband's into going through drive thru today. Buns cold chicken deluxe definitely not deluxe was the smallest piece of chicken we've seen there on our sandwiches. Not the Chic-fil-A experience I'm accustomed to. Poor service and cold food. I ordered for lunch on Tuesday 08/12/25 at 12:49 PM. The order taker was friendly and my order was correct. The restaurant was also clean. I ordered the #3 12 count nugget meal with fries and a lemonade. It took about 8 - 10 minutes to get my order that was sitting on the pick up rack. I did Not place an online order. I ordered inside the restaurant with a live person. After I placed my order I stepped to the side and patiently waited for my order. After seeing others who had ordered after me receiving their order, I asked about my order. Someone had put my order on the online pick up shelve. No one called out my name as I was standing right next to the counter. After receiving my order, there was NO dipping sauce and no ketchup as requested. I immediately sat down at a table in the dining room to eat my lunch. The fries and nuggets were cold, dry, and NOT enjoyable. Due to having a short lunch break, I tried to make the best of it. The three girls working the outside drive-thru were very nice but seemed pretty timid to have vehicles pull forward, which was making a bit of a jam. I placed my order... chicken sandwich with extra pickle and a small Dr. Pepper. Nearly $10... "Wow, prices have gone up!", I thought. I eventually got my food and pulled away, and then on the way home noticed fries in my bag. Them looked and saw they charged me for a meal, which was not what I ordered. So, this location is 0/2. This Chick-fil-A is phenomenal. I come here all the time. I order through the app and 9/10 times I go through the drive through. Food is always great and the customer service is always perfect. Today was interesting though. It was about 3:50 and I got some usual food but this time I got the new pineapple dragonfruit frosted lemonade. When I received my food I noticed it was the standard pineapple dragonfruit lemonade. The line was really long so I didn't wanna hold it up so I went around and parked to go inside. I was only waiting in line for a few minutes when the blonde girl who originally handed me my order in the drive-through came up to me in line before I even reached the counter to give me my frosted lemonade. OUTSTANDING CATERING SERVICE!!!!!!!! I needed to have 30 meals delivered to a lacrosse team at Lakewood Ranch High School. This was the second Chick-Fil-A I called because I thought another was closer to the school. ( We were a visiting school from Tampa.) That other location was HORRIBLE - I can't believe I had such a drastically different experience and that was just in the ordering stage. I worked with JENNIFER at this restaurant and she was WONDERFUL to deal with. What I ordered is not a typical boxed meal but she was able to think outside the box (unlike the other store!) and made the ordering process seamless. MOLLY was right on time with the delivery and the boxed meals were hot and well-received by the boys after a hard-fought game. Not only was it an easy process, on-time and correct, but they even included a thank you note and 2 gift-cards for a free sandwich. Best Chick-Fil-A experience ever. This is a very busy restaurant, but they are very fast and friendly. The store was clean and the staff was excellent.

It's a CFA, so you're going to have a good meal! This is a newer location, so everything is very nice and modern. Restaurant was clean, and the staff are as friendly as always! The friendliness of the staff is always a big highlight of going to CFA. This location certainly follows suit! The only thing that doesn't work for this restaurant is the tightness of the location. It's a pretty small area, so it can get overcrowded very quickly during peak times. The lines can go far out from the CFA property, and this can be irritating to others around you that have to drive around you. Overall, great food, great building, and great staff! Pretty standard for Chick-Fil-A. They have been good in regards to my gluten allergy/remembering to include the gluten free bun. The drive thru/parking layout is not the best as the drive thru line will often block the entrance to the curbside area, or the parking lot as a whole. read more

Beyond disgusted, will never eat from Chick-fil-A again after this experience. Ordered a 30 count nugget to share with my one year old son opened the box to find a pile of hair, dirt, and fuzz stuck and cooked into a nugget. After finding this my husband immediately went to return the food, we get to the restaurant and ask for a manager to bring this to attention to. 2 managers come up, one was very nice and tried to make this right meanwhile the other one was giving my husband a hard time insinuating we had done this to our food and we had to bring it back "immediately" because our food was an hour old and she didn't want to take it back. We tried to explain to her that we drove 30 mins home to find this and 30 mins back to return it, do the math lady. We did come back IMMEDIATELY. I want to throw up this is beyond disgusting and to think my ONE YEAR OLD son and I shared a few nuggets from this box. Didn't think I had to inspect every piece of food when ordering from here, I had my trust in this place. Never eating from Chick-fil-A again. Spoke today to Connor, Supervisor at the UTC location about her because I just had to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the positivity that Karen exudes with each delivery on Curbside. I have had the pleasure of having my food delivered to my car by her on 3 occasions, and each time, she is wearing such a beautiful smile and an uplifting attitude that regardless of the type of day you are having, a brief interaction with Karen will be sure to turn it around in a positive direction.
