This was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A. It was pretty m what I expected. I liked all the sauces - especially the hot sauce and the honey-mustard BBQ sauce. The employees here are so well trained. They always have my food ready by the time I'm done paying at the register, and someone always comes up to the table partway through the meal and asks if I'd like a refill on my drink. Wait, where am I? Is this a fast food restaurant? Also, they are really great about taking expired coupons. You could probably write your own coupon on a napkin and they would take it. (But don't do that.) We all know how great the dipping sauces are, but what's great about this Chick Fil A is that they are sitting out in the open, so you can get several different kinds. I used to eat hear almost five days a week while i worked nearby for five years. The employees are fantastic, freindly, the food always great no quality issues ever. This place can get very busy like most Chick-fil-A locations especially around lunch time , the good thing is they have a very efficient drivethrew also. This place's customer service is the worst. First time I have ever been to chick-fil-a and will never go back. The cashier who was the supposed manager gave me a smirk when I spilled my money over the floor. I had a lot of quarters in my wallet in addtion to bills, but when I opened my wallet a lot of quaters came out and spilled. I was just there the other day with my family. They have wonderful pillowy fried chicken sandwiches that are mouth quenching with every bite. Their yellow sauce also known as chick fil a sauce is very tasty with their food and goes well on anything. They always say my pleasure because they really love their customers and they're all so very sweet and my kids love their tasty shakes. I greatly recommend this amazing restaurant and their restrooms are very clean and smell really good as if you're in your own home. I've always liked the food and service here. Their honey roasted BBQ sauce is my favorite. Today they went above and beyond though we went through the drive through to grab a drink on the way to the dog park. When we pulled to the window the girl noticed our dogs in the backseat and asked if we wanted dog biscuits. I thought she was kidding and just laughed it off. She finished the transaction and then asked again I said are you serious? She handed me three milk bone biscuits in a napkin. I was impressed that someone thought enough to make this gesture when guests come through with dogs. Thank you for the awesome service! read more

I have never been to Chick-fil-A before. Today at about 4:30 PM while on my way home to LA County I stop by at the campus restaurant drive-through. I ordered the number eight chicken grilled club and left. After spending $9.75 for the meal, halfway home I discovered that they actually gave meA crispy spicy chicken. Due to my heartburn, I did not eat the sandwich. Didn't find it to be any good.oh doublecheck your order before you leave the drive-through. I think you're safe doing that anywhere. After all the hype and seeing many Chick-fil-a opening up all over Southern California, I decided to try this place with my brother and his girlfriend last night. I like chicken, but I was very disappointed with this place. I fully understand that it is a fast food place, but I could have went to Carl's and had a better tasting chicken sandwich. The chicken nuggets are more like chicken pebbles.... But the good thing about the so called "nuggets" is that biting into them, it looks, feels and tastes like real chicken unlike other fast food places. Love me some Chick-fil-a....this place being right off the freeway is perfect. We stop here whenever we are headed back into Vegas from LA. The establishment is always clean and super friendly. They leave all of their sauces out for you to puck and choose what you want. I elected to go with the 12 piece nugget, that gave me a chance to try multiple sauces. Anyone that has ever eaten at Chick-fil-a knows its all about the polynesian sauce. But they had something new this time. Chick-fil-a sauce and it was awesome. I was in to this store on the 19th around 3 PM and the drive thru was way too long and the line inside was long as well. Placed an order and the cashier barely even acknowledged us as well as just walking away to talk to another employee. Then when we gave our daughters name for the basic 12 ct nugget meal. we waited and waited and waited nothing! Then we asked about our order and they said they were calling the wrong name, Leslie which is not even close to Samantha! Then called back to talk to a manager about it and the same person that helped us said they were the manager and that there was no one higher than her at that time. No APOLOGY at all! No offer to do anything to make it right, NOTHING! Horrible customer service and horrible attitude. It's so refreshing to go to a fast food restaurant and feel genuinely cared about. The staff here take care of you from the second you enter to the second you leave. We were greeted the second we walked in the store and not one but two of the cashiers dropped what they were doing to 'man' the registers. Both offered to help whoever was ready and were very nice while doing so. I felt like they wanted us to be there and were happy that we were. The food itself is great. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich combo and I love the fact that that waffle fries are the norm here! On top of that, they have a ton of soda options (and lemonade and sweet tea). My meal was pretty cheap and I was stoked. I thought I had it good until I made my way to the table. What stood in front of me amazed me, the sauce bar was great! Most fast food places hide their sauces and dole them out according to the chicken nuggets you buy (hello? we put the sauce on our burgers and fries too), but Chick-Fil-A leaves them out in the open for us to choose as we please. I couldn't have been happier! Will I be back? Absolutely. Unfortunately for me, this is one of two that are close to me (and by close we're talking 20+ minutes away). read more
