I don't agree with the politics of the founders, but then again I am sure there are plenty of high level business execs I would disagree with on certain things...so it doesn't really have an effect on my interest in going there. This location is just as good as any other. The food and service are both great. I can confidently say that Chick-fil-a is easily the best of any of the fast food chains by a large margin. read more

Best fast food ever very consistent every time I eat chick fil a I love it, when I do have a complaint it is usually about them not giving me enough sauce or chicken strips. I've always been a fan of Chick-fil-a back in Georgia. When I saw this restaurant in California, I was actually surprised they had this here. That being said, my friends and I stopped by here on our way back home from Vegas for a quick bite. This restaurant is very well maintained and organized. Their sauce station had like 6 different types of sauces all stacked nice and neatly where in a lot of the other places, it's just kind of tossed in there. Then again, you'd expect a beautiful city like Upland to keep up with their elite tier. I was sitting at the table and they brought my food out to me. I came here for lunch and it is extremely busy. I was in my car thinking about staying in the drive thru menu but decided to go inside. This was an excellent decision on my part because it was much faster. So for those who don't know, chik fil a is the chicken equivalent of in-n-out. This means that it is good..really good. I got their spicy chicken sandwich with their buffalo and chik fil a sauce. Both were great and complimented the sandwich perfectly. Of course those waffle fries are amazing and I always enjoy washing all this down with a cold drink. Would I go here again? Of course! Any chick fil is bout to make your day. read more

My favorite chicken place! We don't have one in Vegas, and this is the closest one on the way from vegas to LA. Their drive through is horrendously long, but on the inside there's usually a short wait, if one at all. And, I've never had a problem finding somewhere to sit even at lunch hour. We love chick fil a and this location is the best!!! There is something for everyone, and they have the cows out more often than the locations nearest us. (My son loves the cows!) This one also had a ton of seating with a good view of the play place. Other locations are very limited our don't even have a play place! read more

A friend and I went to Rancho Cucamonga to pick up some pipe fencing and I happened to see the Chick-fil-A sign from the highway. Said friend was generous and let me indulge my Chick-fil-A obsession. Why are there 3 Chick-fil-As in Rancho Cucamonga!?!? Oh Chick-fil-A, West LA is an untapped market. Santa Monica is very welcoming. I brought back some chicken soup to Santa Monica College, and while I was eating someone spotted the bag and approached me to ask if there was a Chick-fil-A nearby. Best service ever. They are the Nordstrom of chicken. I eat here at least once a week, and the service is top notch.

Nice atmosphere. Nothing to write home about. They got chicken alot of it. I like chicken but the prices are probably the highest as fast food goes. I think it's overrated. I have to give 5 stars because of the great employees. Recently the drive thru has been pretty slow and the lobby kind of crowded, but the service is still positive. There's usually like 6 girls behind the counter working their butts off and they're still so polite! With the drive thru situation, as soon as you get past ordering, the line speeds by, but it backs up all the way to the bank sometimes. read more

9:55pm. Just went there and all lights were on. Drove into drive through and sat for 10 mins, no one spoke through speaker. So I drove up to window..there were 3 people working there and the women with the head set looked and me and then turned away towatds a register..never aknowlaged me..kinda thought they should at least let people know they were closed..if they were..horrible customer service. So I drove across the parking lot to Carl's where there were about 6 cars in line..at least THEY were taking care of business. read more

Went out of my way to find this place after looking at their website and seeing if they were open till 10 p.m. But when I arrived at 8 o'clock they were closed already and had a car blocking the drive thru! As I was sitting there looking on my phone to find another place to get something to eat then all the employees came out got in their cars and left. I'm active duty military, my entire team (25 people) came in for a quick bite on the way back to base. We were in uniform and they gave all of us free food and seconds. It was an amazing blessing. The cashiers had huge smiles and seemed genuinely happy to serve us, the manager was awesome too calling us by the name on our uniform not our first name that we have him and continued to thank us. I love Chick-fil-a: great food and business. However, this location has twice forgotten parts of our drive thru order within a few days.

Messed up on my order 4 times out of the 5 times I've gone here. 1 or 2 times is fine. After the 3rd time this is insane. I always order the simplest thing. 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with extra pickles. Every. Single. Time. They. Mess. It. Up. I'll end up receiving one spicy chicken and one regular or I'll get only one sandwich or I'll get 2 sandwiches with no pickles. At this point it just seems like a prank.
