I requested them to chop the vegetables as I just had dental surgery and every other Waba that have been to does this with no problem. Jocelyn told me that it was impossible for them to do that they could not contaminate anything by chopping the vegetables, even though every other lava, I have been to does this without a problem. Then they have a nerve of asking for a tip. 90% of the time when I come to this Walmart, but they are usually out of broccoli for their vegetables are so over steamed and mush. To be honest I don't know why I keep coming here. This waba has the worst service and I always have my order come back wrong. I'm disappointed because this was the chicken I received. We came at 8:30 pm on a Friday and they had already begun pre closing. They told us there would be a wait of 15-20 min because they already cleaned the grill. We said it was fine and the cashier asked if we wanted white or brown rice, we said brown. He proceeded to cut us off and say they were out of brown rice. Why ask us to pick if there's only one option? He gave us an unnecessary amount of attitude when we were more than polite. He then proceeded to try to get customers to leave so they wouldn't have to cook more by repeating what he told us and giving more attitude to everyone else. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT COME HERE; THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT OFFER A REFUND FOR THEIR INADEQUATE SERVICE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL DUE TO THEIR POOR LEADERSHIP. I AM SPECIFICALLY CALLING OUT THE MANAGER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS OF TODAY'S DATE. I ordered food from their app, which partners with Doordash. I never received my food because when the Doordasher got there, apparently, some other person picked up the food. Doordash cancelled the order. I never got the food and I didn't get a refund (but this Waba Grill processed the order and charged me, not Doordash). I called Waba Grill, the same day, to get a refund and they told me they could not process a refund and to call their corporate office. I called their corporate office and they said that the Waba Grill had to issue me a refund. I called the next day, and an employee tried to get me to call corporate again to get a refund. I told them I was not going on a loop again and if I could speak to their manager. They asked for all of the order information and told me their manager was in a meeting and that they would get back to me after their meeting. THEY NEVER DID. I called again in the afternoon (call took place in the morning) to speak to the manager. At this point, I was already fed up with the back and forth regarding a very simple problem. It was clear that the reason for the fuXK up was due to the lack of leadership and unprofessional behavior from the manager. The manager tried the same BS of going back and forth, about how he could not issue a refund and to call corporate (after already giving him all the information to verify that I was never issued a refund). He tried to act dumb as if there was nothing he could do, so I called him out on his inability to solve a very easy problem. I stated that because they processed the order through their POS system, they could issue the refund. He didn't want to hear any of it so I called out that this was an issue on his part because the training of employees was inadequate; train your employees to verify app orders from those picking up the food and hire enough people to process orders. Quite frankly, I had had it with his BS and hung up. I reached out to corporate and they sent out an email to get them to issue the refund, which they ignored, probably due to pettiness. Corporate was surprised that they ignored the request, as by this point, most franchises do (just goes to show the level of UNPROFESSIONALISM at this particular establishment). At this point, I had to contact my bank to get a refund back, which is annoying because this was a VERY simple problem to solve. See Mr. Manager, you wanted to pull that BS of "I'm in a meeting, I can't help you." Yeah, your time is important, but so is mine. Due to your inadequacy, I had to solve YOUR problem for you. Maybe, reconsider another job, as you clearly are not cut out for this one. No wonder your establishment is getting negative reviews. Work on your customer service! 12/22/2020-- I finally got my refund through my bank. Here is a letter I got from my bank. Also, I got a call from someone at the corporate office saying that the manager said he gave me a refund, which was a flat out LIE. Here is the proof.
