Horrible service. First off, behind the counter the floor was a mess. The floor was wet and I can see people balancing to not slip. The place was packed and the workers were overwhelmed with the inability to multitask under pressure. I placed an order on the app for curbside and 15 minutes after arriving nobody came outside. I go inside with my son whose teething and crying and no one wants to help. I asked Jennifer for my food and she said she saw it. Never came back with an update until I asked again. She then tells me my order was forgotten and it was cold so they had to do one again. This whole time my son is crying because he's teething. After another 10 mins waiting in the store they give me my order. I get home to find I was only given a few fries in my large fries order. The milk in my kids meal was never placed in the bag. Their Drive-thru is terrible. Their ability to execute an order is not great at all, no matter how simple the order they manage to mess it up. I ordered a meal which would include fries and a drink, right? Well, when I actually received my order they only gave me a drink and my sandwich. When i questioned them about my fries they said they "read my order back" there was no mention of the fries. However when reading my order back they said I had a #2 meal and of course I agreed. In order to to have the fries that came with my meal I had to pay separately. Absolutely ridiculous. This location has messed my order up many times and at this point I will go to another location who can handle orders and provide the service i appreciate. read more

I don't know what has happened to this chick fil a recently, but the quality of service has declined. Usually Chick-fil-A employees of this specific location had that traditional bright and welcoming spirit. This time the gentleman taking our drive thru order had that "what do you want?" sort of mood. I brushed that aside because it was also around 9:15 pm and the rush, but once we got to the window was where we felt very rushed and the food items showed. Compared to its New Jersey counterparts, this Chick-fil-A branch is top in its class. Had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe with garlic and herb ranch sauce. The sandwich was perfect; the ratio of filling to bun was on point, and most importantly, there was more depth to the chicken than met the eye (in other words, the chicken was crispy and juicy af). I've gone to this Chick-Fil-A location several times both in person and drive-thru ordering. Although, recently I chose to order through the mobile app for carry-out, solely out of convenience and you know I thought it would be faster. When I came inside to pick up my order I clicked "Arrived" on the app knowing of course the order wouldn't immediately be ready which is totally understandable they're usually always super busy. I was prepared to wait awhile; like 10 or so minutes. This is no exaggeration I waited a solid 40 minutes for my order, which consisted of one sandwich, some fries, two milkshakes, and chicken nuggets/tenders. Side note: we were missing the 12ct. chicken nuggets :'( I noticed the workers were having a difficult time receiving and or viewing their online orders so that must have been the problem. I started regretting using the app to order because orders that were placed in person long after me got their orders. I do believe the employees were working as best as they could with the rush, technical difficulties, and all of the customer complaints at the time. Most employees were generous and semi communicating both with their co-workers and customers to resolve the issue. Though, most customers including myself had to try to get a hold of an employee inquiring about our lost orders. Overall, that experience was unpleasant due to the fact my patience was being tested and in no way whatsoever did I want to be that one rude and annoying customer. Especially considering how stressed most of the workers looked. Other than that the food was great and I believe this location can improve immensely whether that be in regards to technology issues or customer service when it comes to communication. read more

The customer service here is great. The food is usually good but when I went there today and got fruit it was HORRIBLE!!! The apples were hard, the strawberries & blueberries were sour & very tart. What can I say? Everybody loves some food here! I love their Waffle Fries. Customer service is great. Service is quicker than your average. Drive through is always packed as well as waiting in line to order inside. I don't get what the fuss is about. All I can say is that their sauces are tasty and waffle fries are YUM! My family and I love CFA and travel every so often from Napa to the Vallejo location. On July 5th my family made a drive thru purchase and took it home to eat, when I found a piece of metal in my fries. It looked like it was a piece of a fry basket of something, because the metal had sharp edges on the ends. I immediately filled out a report online and was told I would be contacted by the Vallejo store within 2 business days. After 2 business days I hadn't gotten a call so I followed up. Still nothing. I waited over a week before following up again and the corporate CFA worker told me the owner should have called me. After what I assume was forced by corporate, Ignacio paid me a call to let me know that "this has never happened before." Either Ignacio thought I was a liar or he was just blatantly not concerned that his restaurant served a piece of metal in their food. He didn't even care to hear more or see photos. He let me know that the best he could do for me was refund the singular meal that was affected, but I would have to come to the store with the affected food. Umm it's been 12 days? Perhaps if I would have gotten a phone call within the 2 business days promised, I might have still had the stale fries on my counter. I did say that I still have the piece of metal if he wants to see it, but he didn't care. It was honestly laughable that I was refused an over the phone refund, or even a credit to my CFA account. It's about time we got something good in the this Plaza. As far as fast food in this area the options are limited so I'm excited about this new addition. Chic Fil A is very consistent with their food. They have a plethora of sauces to choose from, and it's hard to not take them all. Of course your coming here for the chicken and if your like me, sometimes you don't wanna drive all the way to Fairfield to get some. Happy That Vallejo has a new Chic, it's dope that they have a play place inside for the kids. The chicken was crispy on the outside and moist inside, crispy fries and they're quick. I wasn't sure if we were in the drive in line or even where the parking lot was. A lot of places have salads but the Cobb salad they offer is fresh, plus the apple cider vinegarette sauce they have goes so well with it.
