His chick fil a is not the best. I have had multiple issues at this location. When they first opened they did not even give the option about the ice cream for the kids meal . Other kids had them but mines. And when I asked they told me they could not do it. Second time the wait in the drive through was so long I just ordered a salad they told me to pull forward. This lady time I ordered a fruit cup custom my child is a allergic to apples. I have gotten cups made multiple time with the strawberry's blueberry's ect. Today they tell me they can't do that I have done it at this exact location before. This location it is a matter of whos wants to do there job. Or not. Although this place is always busy, they are still quick to serve their customers. I visit this chick fila establishment often and never had any issues. Today was a different story. At the drive through, the kid hands me my drink tray with two cokes and a milkshake. The tray was not set up properly or defective and I'm sure the kid knew it cuz he was very careful handing it over to me. Anyway, picking up the tray to get out of my car, it breaks and spills everywhere. Now no cokes and no shakes. Still great service but this one time still needs to be addressed too. Today was my first time at a chickfila, and it wasn't bad. Exactly what I expected, a chicken sandwich. While I wasn't blown away, it was decent. The waffle fries dipped in the fil a sauce were really good, and I put Polynesian sauce on my spicy sandwich which helped it. This place gives the worst customer service! It was very busy and I was ok so I decided to do curbside. They lost my order I waited an hour and asked 2 employees that never checked for me. Now don't get me wrong: I love Chik-Fil-A's food but this location is just not up to par as other locations. I get that this store is relatively new but by now, they should be getting the food right in my opinion. All the times I've gotten the nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich, the batter was soggy. And as a place that serves fried chicken, if your chicken is soggy, then about 50% of your meal is already sabotaged. Just recently my friends and I went here about 20 minutes before they were closing. YES I KNOW, we were those jerks that came in last minute but there were still people being served there so it's not like they were close to closing up. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the bottom of the chicken breast was wet. Wet? Yes, wet. The breading was slimy and a bit nauseating to eat. But I didn't want to be even more of a jerk and ask for another sandwich, since they were about to close, so I just ate it anyways because I was hungry. Fast forward 7 hours later and I'm waking up at 5am I'm the morning to take the most fiery number 2 I've ever experienced. Once was bad enough but after TWO MORE number 2s, I vowed to stop eating Chik-Fil-A for awhile. Now, I understand that I made the mistake to go to the restaurant 20 minutes before they were about to close, but I think it's still their job to maintain top quality food. I was craving some Chick-fil-A on my way to Tahoe and decided to stop at this location since it's not that far off from the freeway. The reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because the drive-thru was pretty fast. Chick-fil-A has a reputation for amazing customer service; unfortunately this one lacked it. I wasn't even greeted at the drive-thru by the employee. I told her what I wanted and was off to the next employee to pay. When I heard the total amount for my chicken sandwich meal I was surprised it was $11 instead of $9 like on the app. That put me off and I realized I should've just ordered on the app and picked it up inside. As far as the food goes, the chicken sandwich and fries were good and up to par, but my strawberry milkshake just tasted like vanilla with the occasional strawberry chunk. I don't come to this one as often because their drive thru just takes way too long. I shouldn't have to wait in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes when there's only a handful of other cars in front of me. This was a pretty busy Chick-Fil-A but despite its hustle and bustle, Tristan got our grub out efficiently and expediently too! We wanted to order a treat later bust decided against getting back in line and ordered through the app instead. It was way quicker than waiting in line would have been! One other notable person in the restaurant was Cheyanne. She wound up cleaning up a spill quickly and proficiently despite the incompetent previous employee on the task who came out with a dry mop and blank stare when viewing the mess. Anyway, Cheyanne was greeting people, asking if they were enjoying their meals and if they needed anything even bringing mints around...and of course it was her pleasure! Was really excited to here they had opened a location in Vallejo b/c I have never tried Chick Fil-A until a couple weeks ago. I came in the morning and order their breakfast Chick Fil-A minis which came with hashbrowns. I was really excited to try it. So as I was driving out the drive-thru, I couldn't resist and grab a mini out to take a bite. The biscuit was extremely oily and the chicken was salty. My hands were so greasy it was quite disgusting. I then grabbed the hashbrowns to give them a try and they too were very oily too. I ended up tossing my whole meal and went home and made a sandwich. I was pretty disappointed with my first expierience with Chick Fil-A and honestly am very hesitant to ever try it again. Possibly give another location a try, but the Vallejo location lost me as a future customer. I also read previous reviews and they too had greasy experiences like me too. Wow. Great service story from this place. Have been coming pretty regular for breakfast since they have opened. Never thought to review a drive through joint until now. Last Friday I placed a big order for my work buddies. One of my items was left out didn't notice until I was at work. Just shrugged if I should have checked before leaving it was a couple bucks totally forgot about! I find management at this location unprofessional. Was so excited when the Vallejo spot opened. My kids love the breakfast sandwiches in the morning and I grab a cup of coffee. I've found the manager to be unprofessional. On my last visit he didn't want to provide me with 2 dipping sauces. He said only one per order of chicken nuggets. Even after I offered to pay. He checks my receipt as if I made up the order. This is not the first experience I've had or seen him exhibit this behavior. My family and I will visit other locations. Walked in and a young boy helped me order, got a #1 plus lettuce (+0.15). Kinda busy so took a while to find a perfect seat. Got my food but the waffle fries were a little soggy for my liking so they took care of that right away and make me a new batch of crispy fries which I really appreciated!!!!
