Awesome location! Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The drive-thru wait time is never very long. I still don't understand why there are people standing next to the drive-thru order boards, but if it makes transactions faster, I appreciate it! The last couple times I've been here, I've been the only one in the drive-thru and there were still two employees standing by the order boards. Maybe they could lower their prices by not overstaffing?! Just a thought ;-) I ordered the original Chic-fil-A sandwich meal, #1 I believe. The meals come with waffle fries (YUM) and a drink. I always opt for their lemonade, so fresh and delicious! I ask for 3 Chic-fil-A sauces as I put some on my sandwich, and need a couple for waffle fry dipping :-D They are a little pricey, but I feel it's worth it for quality ingredients. The chicken is so good here...I've never bit into any gristle! When I visited today, I was given a free iced coffee because they said they made an extra one by mistake. Yay for me! It was pretty good too! I had never tried their coffee before and I was pleasantly surprised! Probably won't switched from Starbucks iced mochas though...love the chocolate Starbucks uses. Doesn't everyone just love Chick-fil-A? It took this chain a long time to move north from the southern states and we're so glad to see it here. It was another stop at this location. The lines were long, long, long but the wait was fairly short. They had several employees out taking orders and the cooks were putting out those orders very fast. Food was also excellent .... with the exception of their chicken noodle soup. It's not this location but a few years ago (two years) Chick-fil-a had the absolutely best chicken noodle soup. It was loaded with noodles and the broth was so tasty. However, it all changed for a healthier version. At least that's what one manager told us. The healthier version gives you more chicken and a lot fewer noodles. Plus, the broth is no longer as tasty. Chicken sandwiches, fries and especially their nuggets are so good! The nuggets alone are worth an extra trip. read more

What can I say, Chick-fil-A is my most frequently visited fast food chain. One of my favorite memories as a child was eating Chick-fil-A. I was memorized by the whole experience. No one serves lemonade like they do. When me and my family moved the PNW, there was no 'chicky' (this is our nick name for Chick-fil-A). We are so happy they came to town! I love the 3 piece chicken strip meal, with lemonade lite ice. The chicken is cooked in peanut oil so it's healthier than the alternative. I really like lean meat, no juice, well done but on few occasions the chicken is a little to juicy and should be cooked for a little longer. No biggie though, I still eat it. Yes. Sometime they don't put all your sauce in the bag, but again this happens on rare occasions. Just tell them how many of each you want. Honestly. Me and my family love 'Chicky'. It's kinda hard to give 5 stars to a fast food place, but I am giving 5 stars to chick fill A not only bcuz since my old days in Cali where I was 1st introduced to chick's the food has always been so consistent in every single chick fill A location I've been to, which has been many of em!! The chicken is always moist and tender and the seasoning is right, spot on! The service is always friendly and helpful(both Cali and VanWA) today I had the pleasure of dealing with Marie and she was great from beginning to end! When I go to chick's I usually get a meal plus chicken nuggz and a shake it's a lot but luckily this fat dude here takes care of everythin! Second visit to Chick-Gil-A. It is a meh from me. The portions remind me of Tapas, more like an appetizer only expensive. The spicy chicken sandwich came with the bun only(siracha side sauce packet). The size reminded me of a small biscuit with a bit of chicken laid inside by itself. This wee sandwich was slightly over $7 dollars. My dinner guest took care of that sandwich in 2 bites. The accompanying waffle fries were tasty but did not make this a meal. The surroundings were tidy and service was pleasant but this place is too pricey and the food is underwhelming. read more

They screw up your order. You go back in with receipt to show them. They refuse to fix order. They refer you to chickfilacares.com, which they really don't. Chickfilacares then sends u and expired coupon for a free small fries, which u notice is expired upon receipt. You go back into same store, and Manager K refuses to provide a small fries. Grossly mismanaged store, with little regard for customer service. Thankfully Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich's are better anyway. This particular Chic-fil-a is a HIT or MISS All the time. We come here because of just convenience. I Always prefer the location @ the mall. I'm used to their other establishments being quick @ receiving food, and Always getting hot crispy fries. Tonight for dinner I got the slow dragging wait in the drive thru, and the not hot crispy fries. The employees outside taking the orders didn't look happy to be at work. It was clearly seen in their demeanor and lack of personality. The lady @ the window looked and sounded like the other employees outside as well. There needs to be some retraining. We had a grey experience here! The kid who took our order was really polite, friendly and just great! I was impressed as he addressed me by name after I scanned my app for chick fila points. Unlike the one in clackamas, there wasn't a line and our food came really quickly! The interior was clean and their automatic trash chute worked fine which is important because I don't like standing there waiting to get rid of my trash. I wish this was our regular chick fil-a! I've literally never gotten through this drive-through without something major missing from my order. I'm not talking about a small fries or a couple of sauces, I'm talking about a 30 piece nugget missing or the complete wrong order in the bag. Could I have checked before driving away? Sure, but with a line of 30 cars behind me and screaming children in the backseat, I took the window's word when they confirmed that everything was in the bag. SMH. Today I visited Chic Fil A for some delicious chicken. What I received was delicious chicken and love. Daniel the drive through man showed me love and compassion. He let me order nuggets and made me fries at 6:34 am. Daniel a tall, polite, courteous young man (picture Channing Tatum meets the old spice guy) made me the best meal possible so I could start my day off right. He even gave me the extra fries in the bag. I love him. I love Chic Fil A on 164th. I have nicknamed Daniel Boo Boo and the restaurant calls him boo boo now. I have the best experience there consistently. My only complaint is I can't have my wedding anniversary party there. Not because they won't let me, but because my wife won't. I couldn't be happier with this restaurant! I love it. I eat here 7 to 12 days a week! Boo boo and the team do a great job! Very friendly and quick service. Even with the drive thru being packed, the staff is upbeat and happy every time we visit. My favorite is a spicy deluxe, hold the tomato. For their first week open they were a well oiled machine. The service was fantastic and the food was beyond our expectations

Worst one I've been to, can learn a lot from their eastern US locales. Cashier in training spilled my drink all over me and the floor, waited for me to clean it up and proceeded to hand me a half empty cup of beverage. Tables were dirty because attendant was on break and chatty. Manager on site never apologized or offered to clean up their mess , only placing a yellow caution sign Over the yet unmopped puddle, slow service, lack of management presence overall. Only game in town but this will steer me more towards killer burger or Wendy's Decided to give it another try, service still chaotic. Order taken in advance via iPad but then at the counter nobody offered to charge me and the drive thru line was out to mill plain. Many employees but disorder causes longer wait times. At this branch, the nuggets were smaller, the fries were less fresh and the service was slow slow slow, especially at 3pm on a Wednesday. I also ordered a frosted lemonade which is lemonade and ice cream blended. For $4.33 for a small size it's way over priced. Not refreshing, more like a melted lemon shake. Flavor was still good but if you're ever in LA, go to one there and you'll get a taste of what chick fil a should really be like. read more

This is a new location. It's super clean, efficient and the cashiers are helpful and friendly. I had heir chicken and biscuit for breakfast which was nice and fresh. Their coffee is of good quality but it does slow down the process when they're adding the creamer and sugar for you. I'll definitely be back. The store has a nice laid back vibe and they have free wi-fi too. Right now they seem to have a lot of trainers around and more employees than necessary. You'll probably get your drink refilled multiple times and your tray cleared as well. read more

I came for breakfast and waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes....and then when I got my turn to order....they said no breakfast. I came when they were serving breakfast. And that was that. I had to keep waiting...and couldn't get out as I was stuck in line. Such a bummer. Will not ever do the drive thru here again, such a waste of time. Not getting back that 40 minutes back. They didn't seem to care much. I have used the mobile order which is great. But the drive thru doesn't hardly move. There were hardly any cars.
