It's a good fried chicken sandwich. I admit I do enjoy eating them but don't quite understand some of the fanaticism and hype. The first weeks after it opened, there were traffic accidents and long lines. It is the best service of all of the fast food chains and maybe that is part of it. It's also clean and cheerful. Don't really have a problem with this location. They have great customer service & are fast at their jobs.. Food tastes great. I just think maybe they're working too fast sometimes and don't pay attention to the portions they're giving. I wouldn't be complaining if this was the first time they skimped me on my fries but this unfortunately isn't the first time. Kristin really makes this the top chick fil a anywhere! She's so happy and uplifting. Even through her mask you can tell what a big smile she has, she's always so positive and uplifting. I've been home bound for months because of covid, chemos, and being high risk. Went to get dinner and seeing Kristin was truly uplifting for me. It's hard to be shut away from people when you're an extrovert, but that short interaction with Kristin was enough to fill my cup for a while. Give that girl a raise she really deserves it, she's always the highlight of our visits. I got the market salad and it was missing the chicken, I didn't even call to remark on that because it's too far to drive all the way back and get it fixed, plus my interaction with Kristin made the whole experience so positive it didn't seem worth calling and complaining. read more

So next I opted to call the store instead- again choosing to keep my grievance private while giving the store the ability to make it right. WHAT A FARCE AGAIN!!! 3 minutes later of being on ignore and lost in their phone system I could have left message with their ACCOUNTING, or HIRING status, but NEVER given option to leave a message to ANYONE who cares. I opted to LEAVE FEEDBACK and was forwarded to the corporate CHICK CARES center, which took another 25 minute phonecall where the customer service rep only ability is to read a script and unable to understand that I was NOT looking for complimentary fries. I was explaining my ever-increasing frustration with the system ignoring complaints via phone & online technologies, just to be told in a polite tone of voice- BUMMER FOR YOU SUCKER. This is a CHRISTIAN-IN-NAME-ONLY business, both local franchise & Corp office. Their entire business system is designed to conveyor belt customers with overpriced menu and ignore complaints when the belt malfunctions. A true Christian company would be compassionate to their customers feedback, even when negative, instead of feigning caring behind multiple technologies. Came here for the first time last Saturday. Was a great experience. The service was fast for as how busy it was. Everything we ordered was delicious. I got the Cobb Salad & for a fast food joint salad, it was very good! I was impressed. Hubby had the classic chicken sandwich & said it was really good. They did forget to give us the fries that came with the chicken sandwich meal but it was an easy mistake to make & they were apologetic & quick to get them to us. My son & his friend enjoyed playing in the play area. It's across town for us so it's not a quick drive but we'll definitely be back! read more

So this place doesn't live up to the hype at all. The attendant that came up to us was rude and rushing. The whole event and process was stressful. My wife was a wreck by the time we left. So after the long line and craziness of getting our food we had to wwait around for a long time to find parking while our food got cold so we could go get condiments for our sandwiches and dipping sauce for nuggets. Once, we were going to eat at a different, nearby place but they had closed due to a power outage and were totally unapologetic. Before leaving Atlanta, I often wondered how I would live without Chick-fil-A. I do not know the answer, because it never has to happen! They exist here too! I have ordered the spicy chicken sandwich a couple times and while it comes close to the original, something isn't quite right. I think the chicken should be pounded, or cooked longer, or something. And the buns should be toasted more. But still, it's clearly the "chikn" I crave, so it's delicious. The cobb salad is great and has the perfect stuff-to-veg ratio. Avocado lime ranch brings it on home. They're just as polite back home and still know that everything is their "pleasure." read more

The quality of the food is on par for other Chick-Fil-A locations. The lines inside are a bit long and they have a lot of order takers who use tablets to take your order in line. While this is great, they greet you almost immediately upon entering the line, which you then wait in and wait in to reach the front register where you then verify your order and pay. The downside is it feels very rushed and un-personable if you do not know the menu or are with others who have not been there before. Even after pre-ordering and waiting the food then you still have to again wait for. My advice is to use the Chick-Fil-A one mobile app and just bypass the line. Seems very unorganized because of someone higher up thinking they had a solution that really made things just easier on the staff and harder on the customers. read more
