The crispy vegetarian 'Shroom burger stuffed with gruyere and oozing with cheddar cheese is quite tasty, too! The Crinkly fries are usually pippin' hot, but tepid at times. Sadly, not a fan of the Mac & Cheese, Chick-fil-A has much better M&C and honestly even Stoeffer's is a notch higher. On the plus side, it's convenient to access this place because of free parking lot in the Pike 7 plaza (except peak hours). The service is generally good (you order through a kiosk and can pay by credit card) but it can be slow on some evenings. Overall, I find the ambience to be kind of sterile - it's more of a grab-n-go location. But the convenience of parking makes this a good option if you're in the mood for a Shake Shack burger. After eating my meal, which was enjoyable, I went outside on the patio to drink my milkshake. while I was outside, a man walked up to me and told me of his plight. He explained that he was from Sierra Leone; he was unemployed, having lost his job as a carpenter. He also noted that both of his parents had died within the past year. He also informed me that he was homeless. I asked him how I could help. He did not ask for money. He only asked that I would buy him some food. He specifically requested a chicken waffle sandwich. I told him that I would be happy to buy the sandwich for him, and he waited outside on the patio. When I went back into the restaurant and placed the order, the server, Kyon, specifically requested what sauce I wanted on the sandwich. I told him that I had no special request as I was ordering the sandwich for a gentleman who was outside on the patio, who reported being homeless and out of work. Kyon refused to accept payment from me. he said the sandwich would be free for this man., I was greatly impressed by this young man's kindness and empathy toward this poor, suffering, homeless man and his gesture renewed my belief in the essential goodness of others. Kyon embodies the values that the Chick-fil-A brand stands for and I am grateful for his willingness to help. Kyon is an amazing person and he needs to be a valued member of the Chick-fil-A team!

The drive-thru line can literally be backed up to the gas station, but somehow you're still out in like 5 minutes. The place is always clean, the staff is super nice, and Director Eric is literally always there. Every time I stop by, he's on his laptop making sure everything runs smoothly and checking that customers are taken care of. I forgot to ask for cheese on my sandwich. On my way to the register, Eric noticed me walking up the the register with the sandwich on my hand and got me a new sandwich with cheese for free, and even let me keep the original one.
