Chick-fil-A, why oh why do you have to be located across from 24 Hour Fitness and tempt me after every work out session?! Chick-fil-A is delicious. If you haven't tried it and like chicken, you must try this place! I think the rare locations makes Chick-fil-A even more special because if you come across one, you know you must eat it cause you don't know when your next opportunity will be. I always get the 12 piece nuggets. No question you're getting real chicken pieces unlike some other questionable fast food chains *cough* Burger King *cough*. The chicken is perfectly fried and not too breaded, highlighting the perfectly tasty and juicy chicken. Chick-fil-A comes with lots of dipping sauces for you to pick from. I'm boring so I love myself some ketchup. Chick-fil-A is even an overachiever in this category by offering my favorite ketchup packets! The kind you can open for dipping or rip off a corner for squeezing. The sweet tea here is delicious too. Can't go wrong with that. I also can't resist coming to Chick-fil-A without getting one of their dairy products whether it's in the form of a milkshake or "ice dream cone." The milkshakes are yummy but I especially love their seasonal peach milkshakes. It's refreshing and perfectly peachy and creamy. It even has real peach chunks in it! Unfortunately it's only available during the summer so get on it while you still can. The soft serve ice cream is great here. It taste like real cream, very milky and nothing artificial. One of my favorite soft serve places. The employees at this location have all been very friendly and helpful as well. The location has plenty of seating and even a small kids play area. read more

I don't know if it was just an "off" day or if Virginia Chick-fil-a's are better but I was super excited to come here having recently moved to the Bay Area and found this location to be lacking. And I am a devout fan of Chick-fil-a! The food tasted off... even the waffle fries! How can you screw up waffle fries? The ingredients didn't seem that fresh and even the service was not up to usual Chick-fil-a standards. I didn't hear ONE employee say "My Pleasure" during our entire visit. :( We were pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I love this place a little bit too much. Sauce, potato fries and little nuggets are just too good. I can't really complain about anything here, i've never had an issue with parking because they have quite a spacious private parking lot, also have never had an issue with customer service unless you're not into the robotic, generic questions and responses. Food is always perfect and definitely something I would drive out about 11 miles for. If you come here you have to try their CHICK FIL A SAUCE. It has such a nice tangy kick to it which makes whatever you order that much better. (maybe not ice cream or drink). Probably my favorite chain fast food joint. read more

I work really close by and this was the fast thing to get on a time budget. Went through drive through and nothing but attitude from the start. Not welcoming at all! I got to the window and the little girl handed me my drink, ran my debit CC, handed my bag and said thank you. I caught her right before she shut the window to ask for ketchup. As soon as I asked she walked off really fast then came back with the packets. Then, I asked her for ranch and that's when she got irritated that I am actually making her work...at work. She then said in a very rude way before walking off to get the ranch, "Is there anything else you want other than the ranch?". Right before I drove off, I thanked her for the attitude. She seemed like she just didn't care. Why the second star? The food is expensive for the amount you get. The sandwiches are too small and the fries are soggy. I'm not a fanatic on their food like many of my friends but I think it is one of the nicest fast food chains where the service is top notch and they pay attention to the details that improve the customer experience like plants at the table, Purell wipes and ketchup dippers that fit their waffle fries. Have you ever noticed the entry to the kids area has low bars so kids can reach? I also like their roaming managers check in on customers and proactively try to help. This was my first time at a Chick-fil-a and it was pretty good. I have to say the first thing I noticed was the service because it's impressing for a fast food place. When we were going in, the door was held opened for us too. It was pretty crowded, but I was able to find a clean table no problem. We ordered the chicken sandwich, waffle fries, nuggets, vanilla coffee, and the lemonade milkshake. They were all good, but the nuggets are super tiny. I wanted to try the peach smoothie since it's seasonal and people are saying it's good, but the boyfriend didn't see it when ordering and wasn't sure what I wanted. Also, I want to try their breakfast items in the future as well. Overall, I had a good experience. This is based on today's experience only, specifically addressed to the staff fulfilling the drive through orders. I spent a whole hour picking up my order and driving away with it, to only see the items I had not ordered in my bag, and having to go through drive through 3 times to get it right. I've been meaning to write a review on this but keep forgetting. But better late than never! :) I never eaten at Chick-Fil-A (CFA) before, but at the urging of my friends, I gave it a shot. "It just a chicken sandwich", I thought. BOY, I was WRONG. Their food is awesome! My fav are the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and the chicken nugget WITH the CFA sauce - you gotta try these. What closed the deal on making this my favorite fast food joint is the atmosphere - friendly workers (dine-in or or drive-thru) and clean restaurant. I know fast food joint sometimes get bad rap (crappy customer service, dirty restaurant, so-so food), but I am very happy with this CFA location. Tips: parking can get very busy and so is the drive-thru line. You can park on the next lot (still in the same property) where 24-Hours Fitness is and just walk to the restaurant. There seriously need to be more Chick-fail-a restaurants in the Bay Area, so it's not such a mission to get your fix on. The grilled chicken nuggets are awesome but aren't as good as the classic fried. I always get the chicken sandwich deluxe or the spicy deluxe with a lemonade. For me the best sauces are the Polynesian, honey mustard, and Bbq. The new lemonade frost is hella good and worth a try. Usually when you go to a fast food restaurant and order chicken the chicken never tastes fresh, even if it is, the chicken always tastes like old ass oil that has been used to fry everything all day. Not so at chick-fil-a, the chicken tastes fresh af. FRESH AF. There also isn't anything weird in the chicken when you bite into it, no weird tendons or fat, just pure, clean white chicken breast. I've only had the spicy chicken sandwich, can't imagine ordering anything else off the menu. What I didn't like: the sides. I thought they'd have more southern sides and I am not a big fan of waffle cut fries. What I wish they'd do: offer the biscuit as a bread option all day long. read more
