We frequent here, quick and easy meal. The Cobb Salad is my signature with the avocado lime dressing. Recently the service has been less than par. More rushing to get drive thru out. Tonight we visited and made it home to discover I had no salad dressing. I dont know about you but to me the dressing makes the salad. I don't go home and say can't wait to eat this lettuce!! Called the shift supervisor and expressed how upset I was. In return he offered to send me a coupon for chicken nuggets in the mail. I expressed how un-pleased I was. Asked if he could write me down for a salad for a later visit. He simply answered no we don't do that. I've always been a fan of chic fila. The service is superb and the chicken is even better! This restaurant has a drive thru which allows you to order using the app and pick up your meal without even getting out of your car! The inside is super clean so ordering inside is also okay. The spicy chicken sandwich is my personal favorite and the strawberry milkshake is to die for (had a craving). Not to mention you cannot go wrong with any of their sauces!! Forget their abhorrent stance on civil rights for a second and lets talk about the food. It amazes me how something so mediocre has such a great following. Their signature sandwich is just a fried, processed chicken patty like you get in the supermarket with 3 pathetic pickle slices on a squashed bun. Thats it. This is what people go crazy for? I have frequented this chick fil a several times, I was there shorty after the grand opening and met the owner of the franchise. Each time has been pleasant until tonight. The staff was the most inattentive of any of my previous visits. The floor was littered with trash here and there. The cashier keep drinking soda from a clear personal thermal container, the area had several discarded drinking cups, disgusting! This place is quickly becoming the run of the mill RI fast food dump. Lines are to be expected & with our long cold months all that outside seating is nothing but a tease. I have noticed that the "my pleasure" response from the staff is becoming more frequent like the locations down south. What we really need is a Dwarf House, which is the fast food restaurant on one side and a sit down restaurant on the other where a server takes your order table side. Delicious chicken sandwich, waffle fries, milkshake. Came on opening day and had a great experience. Lines were out the door but constantly moving so the wait wasn't long. Great customer service! I'm so happy there's a Chick-Fil-A in Rhode Island! I go to CFA whenever I'm in Florida and this new location is the same goodness as all the others. The chicken cobb salad is delicious and even though the drive thru lane was backed up they have two lines to keep it flowing. The girl who handed me my food even said "Be careful driving today" due to the rain. Aww, you're all just so nice. read more

You won't find a piece of chicken this tasty and juicy at a McDonald's, Burger King, etc. The employees here were extremely polite and friendly. Let me start by saying I have been a huge fan of this company for years. I would drive over an hour to go to the one in the mall in MA. When I read they were opening one in RI I was overwhelmed with joy. We are Chick-Fil-A crazy people. we have the cow calendars and stuffed cow animals. We make a point to go to Chick-Fil-A in Florida every time we got to Disney World.. and yes we go to Chick-Fil-A first... But when it comes to the store in RI i must say the staff is great does a great job (they even have a little old lady that does nothing but refill drinks and get you sauces pretty good at a fast food joint). Now to what made me no longer willing to go to this store. We still have a long drive to this store so when we go we order big. We order the 120 nugget platter. I ordered it 2 times during the opening weeks no issue (and 100's of times at any other store with no issue). It usually takes about 20 minutes for them to get it ready but they do it with a smile and are happy to take my $60 for the platter. But at the new Warwick RI store i have been turned away 3 times by the OWNER! The first time telling me in person at the store it would be 2 hours and we should have called ahead (we have never called ahead at any store before). So we said ok and did as told and called back(this was weeks later) and was told by the OWNER again it would be 5 hours that was their rule for catering. He spoke with my wife as she pleaded with him and stating how big of fans we are of the company and could he please do something .. he finally told her 1.5 hours. It took so long him arguing with my wife that we were now outside the store on a monday @3:30 or so nobodywas in the drive in and store 1/2 full.. I took the phone from my wife and explained I have been in the industry for years from the GM level to VP level and he needed to make an effort to make such a loyal customer happy. I was told in a very sassy way "your resume is great but we are not here to talk about that". I told him he had lost us as a customer and we would tell our story on Yelp and each of the 8 of us in the van would make a complaint to his home office. Such a shame ,such a well trained store, that Im sure is breaking sales records (all the staff is perfect except the one that counts the owner). It appears to me he follows the book to the tee and if he is questioned about this comment he will say its our policy to give a 5 hour time limit on all catering orders. Let me give you some advice that you should have learned in training when you bought into the company..... Watch a customer service video (yes video as is so old) called "Give them the Pickle" if you would have just made the effort to try and help me you would have had a "Raving Fan" (another customer service book you should read).. Do your self a favor learn customer service above your corprate training. Truly care about the people that come to you ....... Watch the Video(Give them the Pickle) or see it on Youtube, read the book "Raving Fans" and take a bit of customer service from company's like Zappo's or Disney. This was the worst customer service I ever got, the girl was rude, her pink eyeshadow was way over the top. We waited 28 minutes for our food, my boyfriend and I are usuals and we always come in later in the night. We witnessed this employee say to a customer asking for a minute to view the menu "we close in 20 minutes, today would be nice," this was the worst by far customer service we have ever received, we ordered two chicken sandwiches, chicken strips and fries. Waited a few weeks for the crowds to subside a bit. I've eaten at other Chik Fila's in NJ and VA but it had been awhile. It's a decent fast food joint, nothing special. Super yummy. Quality chicken was used instead of the stuff they serve at McDonald's or Burger King. The taste of the chicken was just overall better as well. Waffle fries were crisp and absolutely mouth watering. Milk shake was surprisingly really good. Service was fast and the people were very friendly. Packed and crowded on a Tuesday night! I though there was a party or something. Anyway it was a fast service. I didn't wait too long. The woman who took my order was friendly and helpful enough. Place was kinda messy. Probably from the little kids and the big crowd. I couldn't find an empty table! I had the regular Nuggets and the Grilled Nuggets. So much hype for these. A little taste of the south in Warwick! Having gone to college in North Carolina, Chick-Fil-A was a staple of my diet (and likely a source of the unavoidable freshman 15). Driving down Route 2, I noticed a new landmark at the site of the old Boston Market...low and behold a Chick-Fil-A! The first ten or so times I passed, the drive through line and parking lot were so packed I had to keep driving. One weeknight a few weeks ago though I caught a break and treated myself to the chicken sandwich I'd been waiting a decade for now! The inside of the restaurant is clean and well kept, with a small play area for kids. There is a large outdoor dining space out back overlooking the parking lot and shopping plaza. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly and even gave us a freebie when they confused our order. I'm a fan of the grilled sandwich personally but my dining partner went with the classic. We both enjoyed fresh fruit cups as well. Definitely a good place to stop when waiting in the inevitable route 2 traffic! read more

i am not a fast food person but i tried this place on vacation and i loved it! came home and wanted to try this place for lunch. ordered online took 35 minutes to get food. then got home ate, wanted more ketchup so i reached inside and the ketchup container was stuck to the bag with extra spearmint chewed gum!! so disturbing. i don't even know how that would even happen or why someone would ever do that. super gross.
