So I'd pretty much decided that I wasn't going to try Chick-Fil-A based on the fact that it's fast food and the company has some political leanings that I don't agree with. But my curiosity won out and I stopped in to try it. I really don't understand what all the fuss is about over the food. The waffle fries were fine but the chicken sandwich (I opted for the original this first time) was really basic. By the time I opened up the package the bun was soggy and I was surprised it was only topped with pickles. I like pickles so that was fine and the chicken did have some flavor but it was just ok for me. While I didn't like the food much I will probably go back. The staff is great. My interactions were brief but they were all extremely friendly and polite. When my order was ready she walked it over to me and read it back to make sure it was correct. I didn't get a good look at it but the play area for kids seemed clean so I will definitely be bringing my kids on a rainy day. I know my boys will like the chicken. read more

Crunched for time at 11pm on a Friday night I was searching online for places that would cater a sizable party tray for 8-10 people. For the following morning. Yes, I was looking for the impossible. Catering done in the next 12hrs. I searched and found Chick-fil-A. My initial thought was: "Chick-fil-A does catering?!?" In a moment of desperation, I just went for it. Boy was I glad I did. I came in for pick up the following Saturday afternoon and the place was PACKED. The drive thru was packed. The dining area was packed and there were lines everywhere! Mind you this is the first time I ever came and ate at this franchise let alone this establishment! It was a bit shocked to say the least. I took this as a good sign that the food was good... But uncertain how rapid or decent a catering tray from a fast food chain would come out. Luckily after a long line and a short wait time I was given my two party trays (one hot chicken strip tray with Chick-fil-A sauce, one assorted cold cut with chicken wraps and sandwiches) and a gallon of sweetened iced tea. The manager kindly handed me the large order and I was on my merry way. The party tray was a hit at the get together and it tasted pretty good. I was very satisfied. Crazy crowds aside, it was delicious. The chicken strips were hot and juicy. The sandwiches were filled just right and was not inundated mayo like I had expected it to be. On a customer service and food level they get an A+ from me. The crowds on Saturday would maybe be my only turn off. But that is of no fault of the establishment. They make pretty good stuff and are the only Chick-fil-A in RI so they get two thumbs up from me. Definitely will come back and try some of the actual orders. This place was pretty good. I got a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with chicken nuggets and a milkshake and I liked it. Probably the best chicken sandwich I've had. I have no idea how they make that chicken so tasty! I was fortunate to have been shopping the weekend before they opened in Warwick. They were giving out sandwiches at Best Buy, so I couldn't resist. Driving from CT to the Cape on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and we needed somewhere to grab a quick bite. We both have Chick-fil-A locations close by, but we don't stop there too often and it sounded like the perfect way to only get off the road for 20 minutes. The store was clean and the staff was welcoming. We both ordered the standard chicken sandwich meals and we enjoyed every bite. Bonus points to the staff for understanding my sauce obsession and hooking me up with extras. If I had never eaten at any other location before, my review would be a five, but since we have access to a few locations, we understand the wonder that is a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich, so I'm keeping my review at a four. read more

If you're a neat freak don't come here during busy hours. The placed is packed and servers don't have time to constantly clean the tables areas. One of my favorite fast food chains. I have only been to this location. The staff is super friendly and the men's bathroom is very clean. I was shocked to see it so clean especially for a fast food restaurant. I get the Chick fil a deluxe chicken sandwich, fries, and lemonade. The fries are good but I wish they were crispier. Lemonade is a little on the sweet side in my opinion but it's good. The deluxe chicken sandwich is so delicious and the portions are good. I have gotten the nuggets once which are good. Try the chick fil a sauce it's a little sweet but yummy. I went through the drive-thru before and I will say it's slower than most fast food places. Being from the Midwest, I have enjoyed the spicy chicken deliciousness from Chick for quite some time. The Warwick location is akin to the Midwest restaurants that I've visited. The chicken is consistent and the help, albeit young and inexperienced, is friendly and helpful. The spicy chicken sandwich with the pepper jack cheese is the best. Be sure to ask for bbq and buffalo sauces on the side. Mix the sauces and dip your sandwich in that gloriousness for one of the best tastes ever. read more

My very first experience with Chick-fil-A was at the Philadelphia airport. I wasn't impressed but figured "eh it's airport food, maybe the real deal isn't like this". I couldn't have been more right. Rhode Island, ever late to the party, finally got a Chick-fil-A and after waiting a few months for the storm of eager patrons to die down, a friend and I made the journey to Warwick to sample the famous chicken sandwich. I got the #3: a spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a drink. The cashier was super friendly and answered some questions I had about my meal and about some other menu items I might be interested in trying. We had a seat and our meal was brought to us! This is fast food on a whole different level! Table service? Nice. My sandwich was super hot and fresh. My fries were perfect. I was even excited about the crushed ice in my cherry Coke. While we chowed down a member of the staff came over and asked us how our meal was and if we needed any refills or sauces. We didn't but we thanked her for the hospitality, which I have never experienced in another fast food establishment. The place was very busy and the seating inside was a bit limited. The outside seating looks great, sadly it was raining so we couldn't partake but there is plenty of seating when the weather is nice. I would definitely make another trip to try some other items. Love Chick-fil-A and especially this location. Every time I go here the food is fresh and delicious. Sometimes they even slip a little free coupon in the bottom of your bag. So make sure you look carefully before tossing your garbage. My two problems with this location are how bad the drive through line gets and they do not say "Have a blessed day!" First time I went a few weeks ago the service and the food blew me and my family away. We returned a couple of weeks later, got the food home and the order was incorrect. Not happy, but it happens and it was a busy Friday night. This past Friday I returned again, the drive thru was brutally slow, as if they were having issues. Again, oh well, it is a busy friday night at peak time. I get to the window and tired to pay with a $50 bill to which the attendant says we do not accept 50's. I stated it was the only bill I had, at which point a second employee says sorry we do not take 50's. I again said this is the only bill I have. At this point the two employees just stand there with no response, staring at me. No attempt to get a manager or to resolve the issue. I finally said give me the 50 and keep your food. The worst part is that I sent a customer comment through the Chik FilA website. I got a prompt response that because this is a franchisee, they had passed on my comments to them and I would here from someone soon. A week later and no response from the franchisee. The food is good, but not good enough for me to ever return, especially when the business owner simply does not care. Soon enough, they will have screwed up with enough customers and they will shutter like so many other restaurants in the area and they will have themselves to blame. As for me, plenty of choices around here to give my business to someone who appreciates it. read more

I've never really had bad experiences at any Chick-fil-A's that I've been to, but this one was the worst. I'm just going to fast forward to the point, I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and when I saw my drink I asked the guy at the window "are you sure this is a vanilla iced coffee?" He says yes. Vanilla iced coffee is light brown color, what I was given looked like straight coffee. I trusted him and then asked if he could put grape jelly in the bag and he says yes, of course. Almost immediately after he walks away and doesn't come back. A few minutes later a young lady comes up with our bag with No grape jelly and No straws. Which I didn't notice until I had already pulled off so I pulled back up and parked in front of the door, boyfriend called and asked for them to bring our straws and she hurries back inside. When I finally tasted my drink I WAS PISSED. Why lie ? Why tell me I can have grape jelly, but don't even have the decency to make sure I have it? This isn't how Chick-fil-A normally treats or services their customers and I'm disappointed. read more

Busy noontime rush at the drive-thru but a VERY helpful and polite young man name Eli greeted us outside while we were in our car and said that we could pull up to a spot where he'd take our orders. First time ever eating at a chick fil A. Small inside seating area, but great outside seating area for when the weather gets warmer. This location has a toddler play enclosed play area. I ordered the cobb salad. Overall pretty good salad for fast food. Garlic herb dressing on the side, they have a large selection of dressings. I ordered a half iced tea half lemonade...it tasted fishy. Waffle fries were just ok, would have been better if they were crispy. Spicy chicken deluxe had a good balanced amount of spice. We frequent here, quick and easy meal. The Cobb Salad is my signature with the avocado lime dressing. Recently the service has been less than par. More rushing to get drive thru out. Tonight we visited and made it home to discover I had no salad dressing. I dont know about you but to me the dressing makes the salad. I don't go home and say can't wait to eat this lettuce!! Called the shift supervisor and expressed how upset I was. In return he offered to send me a coupon for chicken nuggets in the mail. I expressed how un-pleased I was.
