Food was okay, I use to love chick-fil-a until today. Ordered a deluxe meal and the sandwich was okay but the Mac and cheese was gross. The fries taste burnt and the lids on the drinks were coming off. I don't know if they had an off day today but honestly everything we ordered just didn't taste right. It's sad that it's the only chick fil a close by and the one in Fall River has even lower reviews . Only reason they get 2 stars is because they were nice.

Was surprised to see that this Chick-fil-A wasn't open for indoor dining yet, so we ordered from our phones and waited in the car. As always - this process is smooth and easy, love the app. Food came out fast and service was wonderful. I eat at Chick-fil-A frequently, and this one did really well with the food. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and they had a peach milkshake on the menu which is a must order option.

Cane's founder Todd Graves was a guest and his description of how he started the business and about his product was very impressive. One was built near where I live about a year and a half ago, but I never seemed to be hungry when I was driving by. Well today I was ready to eat, so I pulled in on the way home from an appointment in Boston. I should have done this a year ago! The chicken tenders were moist, tender, and had been cooked in an incredibly delicious well seasoned batter. That in itself would have satisfied me but I'd also ordered the Cane's dipping sauce. That turned my meal into a masterpiece! It blended so well with the seasoning of the chicken and batter. The two young women who served me at the counter were perfect examples of what customer service is supposed to be. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about their products, and patiently helpful while I was trying to decide which of the two sauces I wanted. Thank you both! The dining and ordering areas were spotlessly clean and well lit. It would be the perfect place for a family to come and have a healthy meal as a treat on a weekend afternoon. I wish that Raising Cane's had been around when I was little. :-) One word of warning however, Raising Cane's only entree is chicken fingers so if you don't like chicken this might not be for you. That does however emphasize how good those chicken fingers are if they don't have to offer any other meal. :-)

We stopped here after a trip to the mall, and just grabbed some chicken through the drive thru. It was just as fresh and hot as inside and their staff knows how to serve it up either way! Unfortunately, this location seems to have mostly very young employees working without enough visible management or supervision, and it really impacts the customer experience. This is the second time we've waited an unreasonable amount of time for something simple that we already ordered and paid for, this time being a side of Shake Sauce. We stood at the front waiting because there was no employee anywhere to be seen, and the few employees who were around completely ignored us. There was also a pregnant woman standing there waiting 5 to 10 minutes just to be acknowledged because items from her order were missing as well. If no one is going to consistently stay at the front, the restaurant should at least have a bell, buzzer, or some system so customers are not left standing there wondering what to do. What's most frustrating is that these were issues that should have been handled correctly from the beginning, and when employees finally did help, the attitude and facial expressions were unprofessional and unwelcoming. The food is still good, which is why this is disappointing. This location seems like it would really benefit from stronger management presence, better customer service training, and experienced managers who can properly guide and support newer or younger employees.

No fries, no shake. Seasoned and cooked perfectly. I asked if they had any meat scraps from the flat top that I might be able to have for my dog. Once again, BAM! The line chef cooked my good boi a fresh burger in its totality. Thank you Five Guys! I also have to add that every customer in there, and picking up to-go orders were COOL PEEPS. I apologized for my dog barking outside, no one raised an eyebrow. This might not matter much to some, but this detail in the ladies room also scored. The toilet paper dispenser was an actual single roll, like you'd have at home, not those mammoth rolls that just tear into 100 tiny pieces. AND the to was coming from the top, the RIGHT way ;) Lastly, as I was leaving, I noticed an uplifting sight. There was a cork board that had a cheerful collection of drawn-on index cards. With all the difficulties of modern life, it made me happy & hopeful to witness positivity on various levels during my time at NOT just a burger joint. Katie Williams NP

Unfortunately, my last two visits were both disappointing -- noticeable drop in food quality and overall experience. What really pushed me to write this review is what happened next: I submitted detailed feedback twice through their website, including store info and specifics, and never even received an acknowledgment. At these prices, consistency and basic customer follow-up matter. Two poor meals can happen -- but no response at all makes it feel like they're not interested in hearing from customers. Very knowledgeable, told me about the Newport restaurants points app, fun ways to eat the dishes and gave the best description and inside scoop on all foods. Everything was seasoned well, and hot. Our only take away was if the porkchops had something with a different texture added to it. The bread pudding w the ice cream was fantastic as well, sweet gooey goodness. This is an accessible restaurant, with a ramp, automatic doors and handicap parking. It's a shared parking lot still, but there are signs indicating where you can or can't park. Low low music. Our server, Jenna, visited our table soon after we were seated and brought us water. We were waiting for other members of our party, and she never made us feel rushed or pressured. While waiting, we put in drink orders and the "Lavender Fields Forever" cocktail that I ordered (Rhodium Gin, lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice, snap pea simple syrup) was so delicious, and garnished with a beautiful sprig of lavender flowers. We ordered two appetizers: Point Judith Calarmari and Corn Arepas. The calamari had too many tentacles and not enough rings for me, but the arepas were excellent. The cornmeal base was crispy and hot, and there was just the right amount of meat and toppings. For entrees, our group ordered the Chimichurri Grilled Chicken sandwich, The rigatoni with pink sauce and sausage with crispy chicken as an add on, the short ribs over mashed potatoes, the Wood-Grilled Bone-In Pork Chop, and the Rib Eye Steak. We all enjoyed our entrees. It is evident that Iron Works uses high quality ingredients and puts a great amount of care into the preparation fo their food. We split three desserts amongst the five of us: The flourless chocolate torte, the cheesecake, and the Banoffee Sundae. The flourless torte was rich and very chocolately, and the cheesecake was very good as well. I'm not a fan of bananas, so I didn;t try the Sundae, but the friend who ordered it enjoyed it. After dinner, we sat and chatted for awhile,, and we never felt rushed or pressured to leave. This was a very enjoyable evening in a great restaurant environment with delicious food.
