We Yelp the closest location and found this one on Beach Blvd. drive thru line is set up a little weird you have to make a right to go around on the adjacent parking lot and then cross over to the drive trhu. There were no cars. The line build up after us. The lady taking our order was very pleasant, courteous and took our order quick When we got to the window there was an issue with our order. We order all 3 combos large, but they had them as medium. They quickly changed to large and problem solved. The strips were fresh and moist. The waffle fries were also so fresh they were hot. I was too hungry and realized half way through devouring my meal I didn't take a picture. I was working from home today and had a major craving for some nuggets. I re-downloaded the app and it took just a minute to place a delivery order. I ordered a 12 nugget meal with 2 Chick-fil-A sauces and 2 Polynesian sauces. The delivery was quick and on schedule from what the app estimated. Truly love that as my stomach was growling! The girl who delivered it was in her uniform which always makes it more comfortable when seeing someone come to your door. The food was packaged well and warm! The fries unfortunately were a bit on the soggy side. I didn't expect too much crispiness knowing it's a delivery and I took that option vs being an active human being and picking it up myself. What an amazing experience we had with Chick-fil-a in Huntington Beach on Beach Blvd! We catered a dinner with a CFA theme. Jackie brought it all together and everyone was so excited to see their cool ice buckets with their special crunchy ice, the individual boxes to help hand stuff out for the picnic style event and of course the great food! So I went here on a Saturday, approximately around lunch on the 4th. To be honest, I always liked Chick Fil A, from the last time I went to one like 7 yrs ago. I haven't been back since and really had a subpar experience. I ordered a Spicy deluxe, 2 large fries and gave them my gift card for their peppermint shake. The wait time was quite long and a lot of people were just hanging around inside looking bored at their tables with no food. At most fast food places, you expect to see a bunch of people eating, but this time I saw dozens of tables of people waiting, it was very strange. So after 10 minutes, I got called expecting my whole order, but instead they gave me only my shake. I'm like, who only gives u a partial order? So I had asked and they were still working on it. It was a pretty long wait after that, 20 more minutes. I started drinking the shake and mehh but I found it very thin and runny , no thicker than in-between water and milk. It was not very cold or ice cream like at all. The flavor was good but overall it pretty much a failure otherwise. So 30 minutes to get all my food. What is this, some sort of fancy restaurant? I started digging in the fries but they were also cold and very chewy. It had lacked any softness and moisture inside and A ZERO crispiness outside. Are they day old? U tell me. This place I recall had some of the best fries , and are famous for them. I bought 2 large fries were just a total waste. The price of these are not very good either. As for the Sandwich, it was ok but it was the whole patty was overcooked , dry and a bit hard. I've had worse overcooked food but this was still lacking moisture. This was definitely not high tier at all. As for the establishment appeared neither dirty or super clean. I think u can get a better pricing, service speed and food at In N Out, even though its not quite the same. But being that it's also fast food, they continue to pump out top tier quality over the years. If you hate your job that much, you shouldn't be dealing with your customers face to face. The guy in the drive thru that gave me my food was a prick. Didn't even give me all of what I ordered. It's a good thing I always double check my order, so when I noticed some stuff was missing, the exasperation on his face and in his voice made it seem like he'd be the type of person that would spit in my food for voicing my concern. Excellent customer service at this location! I eat here often and my order is almost always correct. The couple times I've had issues with my orders, the GM and management is quick to respond and apologize. The delivery drivers are awesome and have great customer service. Their app is still a work in progress, I experienced some issues with my delivery and the delivery driver was able to get the food to me with no problem. read more

I have been to this Chick fil a two times and both on Friday. I go to this Chick fil a to bring my boyfriend dinner on his work break. I have used their drive through and went inside. The employees that work there are overall extremely nice and have the best customer service. The last time I was there I was holding my daughter and I had to walk to my car with the food and one of the employees saw me and asked if I needed help. I was taken back because I was not expecting that. I told her I parked too far but she said it was fine. I didn't want her to go out of her way for me but then she mentioned a bag with handles and I was surprised that they even had a bag with handles. She put my food order in the bag. I didn't get her name but she was so sweet. I will definitely be back. I love their food and customer service. That's why I give this place 5 stars. read more

Not to mention the people who don't understand how the drive through line works and cuts in front of you. How are they even going to get their food? This is one of my favorite fast food chains. This location is clean, and has friendly and efficient servers/cashiers. I've been here several times and always satisfied. The sandwiches are hot and made the way you like it. I especially like the waffles fries. They have several sauces to choose from for dipping. I love the calendar you can buy. It has a free offer every month. This month they offered a choice of either a cookie or mini nuggets. I chose the cookie and I'm so happy I did. They are the BEST! They are hot, crispy and chewy filled with chocolate chunks and made with oats. This month they are offering free coffee, hot or iced, anytime. It was later in the evening, so I wanted decaffeinated. They were out, but they made some fresh for me. It was worth the wait of 5 extra minutes for fresh coffee!! I will be back, even to get another cookie...we are so glad they offered it this month..because now I know what I have been missing. But, no more! I'll be back for these yummy cookies. I was heading back to work and needed a quick bite. This was on the way, and their drive thru is fast, which was what I needed. I got my large soda and 8 piece nuggets. The chicken was a bit on the salty side, and a bit pricy for nuggets. I'm not the biggest fan of the company's CEO, but I do like that they have their drinks in a foam cup, which keeps my drink cold, and the cup doesn't sweat. I don't think any fast food place is worth 5 stars... NO fast food place is "as good as it gets". Come on yelpers, get real! Visit this location quite often since it is very close to work. Normally fast food is not my cup of tea but I gotta say, they really stepped up their game from when I went to their locations when I was a child. Would have not set foot in the restaurant had I not seen a sign for a special going on. This location does seem to have a lot of those! It may have been for a free breakfast biscuit sandwich. Which are delish! When I entered the store I was greeted with a warm welcome from pretty much all the employees I had eye contact with. It was a nice touch :-) And kudos to the employees for keeping a smile even when dealing with difficult customers, who are usually holding up the line in front of me so I see the whole thing go down and they always handle it amazingly! I went through the drive thru once again ordered 3 separate meals this time and triple checked to make sure the order was right and checked once again when I was handed my meal. I got home and OF COURSE it was not right and the large fries were half full! I called and they said the next meal would be on them after they confirmed my original meal. So I gave them another chance and they repeated the same messed up meals! Chick filet has a young man under 25 with cash and change in a pouch in the drive-through line out by the tables I find this practice to be very concerning especially at 9:00 p.m. at night. I spoke with the manager and explain to him they are off beach boulevard close to a freeway and I thought this was a very dangerous practice and it puts the young man and the business at risk. My suggestion was blown off. I hope chick corporate sees this review.... In-and-out Burger cane's chicken nobody does that !!
