I like to enjoy the news app on my iPad when I eat my lunch and I'm too cheap to have cellular service on my iPad. So if you want a place for good food AND wifi service this isn't it. My favorite and only 'fast food' place ill eat. The food is always excellent and your stomach never makes you regret going there i.e. McDonald's. Not only is the food and milkshakes superb but they have the best customer service in the food industry. It's not even close. Go to another fast food place and see how pitiful the service is and then go here and see how we'll you're treated. I've been eating chic-fil-a for 30 years and was grilled that we got one in the HB area. I used to hate chicken nuggets until I tried Chick Fil-A. I honestly didn't understand why people I know around Orange County were excited about this place opening up. Then I discovered Chick Fil-A's chicken and their incredible sauces. I also love their diet Lemonade made with Splenda. The grilled nuggets are a great option if you're trying to live healthier. The milkshakes are incredible. Finally, the service at this location (and every location I've been to) is excellent. read more

My brother and I come here regularly, generally a few times a week. This location is about five minutes from us by car. It's located in a pretty busy area. There's a Target, Korean BBQ restaurant, Vons, Jamba Juice- & that's just to name a few. The parking lot can get extremely busy and frustrating to navigate. There's only a few spots in front of the actual restaurant so we usually just park far and avoid trying to find a spot in front. Early in the day it's not so bad though. We usually go in but the drive thru on a busy night is bad when there's more than a few cars. They're quick about it but you end up blocking the roadway and that's no fun. SO as for the inside. It's always been clean and well taken care of. We have never waited in line to order more than a few minutes. The cashiers probably know us by now, lol, but they are always friendly and quickly get our order in. They leave no details out making sure you have all your sauce and drinks before going to your table. They have a pretty large amount of seating. Limited booths, though. My back tends to hurt and sitting on the seats with no back can upset it. We have always been able to get a booth though or backed seat. I'm sure not everyone has issues with the backless seats so we're good there.They always bring the food out to you which is really nice, it makes it feel less fast-foody. The food is always wonderful and tastes fresh, we've never personally had a problem with the food. They come around to the table to see if you want re-fills/more sauce/ect. It's an overall friendly and awesome environment and we will continue to visit them! One thing I would mention is I think the salads are a bit pricey, I don't order them because of it. Maybe they are worth every penny but it is a bit hefty. read more

They have lost our business for good. Each time we placed an order, there was something missing and this last time I called and spoke with Mary who advised I could come in within the next 30 days and they would replace the missing $8 item. When I returned two weeks later with my receipt and notes taken during the call; they were out of the item, I was fine with coming back another day; outages happen. Mary was very apologetic and very customer service oriented. The reason I have decided to no longer give my business to this location was the young man behind the register who basically treated my like I was trying to get something for free and made sure the other guests standing in line knew he thought I was a theif. Mary, bless your heart, you did your best to shut down your employee's verbal opinions but he had his own agenda. read more

Manager looking guy in the purple button up shirt clearly discriminated against us. He came out to the drive thru line and after seeing that we were being cut off after waiting for pedestrians to cross the drive thru, he told us to back up and that he would make sure we would get in next. Immediately after, he walked back to the drive thru line out of sight and sent two employees to take orders from two different cars in the opposing line that fed into the drive thru. This is only my 2nd time visiting this location. However, both times there has been some sort of incident. The first time I ordered curbside delivery, it said it was ready and nobody was bringing it. I canceled and went into the drive through, told them the situation and they said it had been in the front. No apology, or anything. The purpose of ordering ahead is to skip the wait, which i didn't. It ended up taking longer than if I had just jumped in line and ordered. The second occasion, I order online for pickup. My order is ready I go in and get behind a woman. Right away they call my name and when I'm about to go up the woman in front says yes. I assume it's just another woman with the same name. They then recite the whole order and I'm thinking that sounds similar to mine. I thought about saying something to the lady, but she was taking food I didn't know what kind of person she was and she left very fast. $40 worth of food! I tell someone what happened, and they remake my whole order. The problem with this is, why do they not check the phone to confirm it's the right person? And, the same thing. I ordered ahead for a reason and this took an extra 10 min. I went to another location once and they forgot my lemonade, they apologized and gave me a voucher for a free desert. All these people did was apologize and remake it. read more

I have been to a handful of Chick-fil-As, which I have enjoyed thoroughly. My recent visit to this location didn't leave me satisfied as usual. It wasn't the service or atmosphere. The food just didn't "hit the spot" for some reason; it tasted like a generic chicken sandwich anywhere else. Well here I am with by boyfriend at the drive through as we speak. He was placing our order & b/c their intercom sounds muffled, he was unable to make out what she was asking. So when he said "what was that?", she repeated herself with MAJOR ATTITUDE & repeated "WHAT. DRINK." My bf responded with an "oh..." Then answered & she immediately changed her voice to her expected chic-filet tone again. With that being said, this is the reason why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 5. I am at this location WAY too often. Basically know everyone there and their schedules...but I have to say, Inés, who is there in the mornings is amazing. She's always in a great mood and will small talk with anyone. I always bring my dog and she'll give her a treat when she can. I came through the drive thru at this location and the service was excellent. Cassandra took my order and she was super kind and has a quirky sense of humor. I had the gastric bypass surgery and she was able to help me with my dietary needs. She was super polite and professional and she didn't even mind that my dog was saying hi to her.
