We haven't been back for a few months, so I thought I'd update my review. My daughter loves plain wings. Nothing on them just plain. But she loves them. Tonight I tried the royal Roman. I'll admit I've never had Roman other than one of those little bags From the grocery store. It was exactly what I needed tonight. Had the spicy ramen. I'll admit I'm now covered in it and a hot mess but damn it was good. The little dumplings that came with it were really good and I even ate popcorn chicken that came with it. The chicken sandwich was probably the best thing here. Their portion for the fries is nicely big, and the chicken tenders was also yummy. The bad side- it took a long time, honestly I'd recommend calling it first while you're on the way there. It took like 30-40 minutes. The chicken wing looked dark, so I think they 2x or 3x fried it to get that crispness. The combo #1, #4 is good for your buck. The rest is just so-so. Delicious chicken!! I love their chicken tenders, especially whatever seasoning they use. The chicken is so juicy! For the wings, 6 pieces were enough for me during my lunch break. The owner questioned if I'd be full and told me up front that their wings aren't huge, and I totally appreciated his honesty. Still, it was enough for me. came on a tuesday around 8pm. it's super bright and clean inside with a good amount of seating. mario took our order and he was super nice, everything took less than 30 mins. 20 piece wings - 5/5 we got mango habanero and soy garlic sauces on the side, both were super yummy and well balanced. the chicken came out hot and really crispy, definitely worth it for the price. large popcorn chicken - 4/5 got sweet and spicy sauce on the side. they give a good amount of chicken, just a little on the dry side since it's white meat but i didn't mind once i added the sauce. waffle fries - 5/5 good flavor, i liked them more than the regular fries! all in all everything was really good, i cant wait to come back to try more! i definitely recommend trying it if you're in the area :) read more

For the price, it's not bad. Unless they made a mistake in my order, the 20 wings (sauce on the side) that we ordered were not battered/breaded, but rather, they tasted like plain frozen supermarket wings that were deep fried. Waffle fries and regular fries are okay. Gangjeong chicken was okay too, again just wish it was actually battered or breaded more. There's no crunch on them. Also, if yall pay for extra sauces, make sure they actually give it to you. We paid for 4 orders of extra sauce and didn't receive any of them. I'll probably just stick to k-town for korean wings. read more

Their flavors are phenomenal! My husband and I shared a spicy chicken sandwich and tenders meal and the spicy seasoning/powder they add to the chicken is delicious. Their flavors aren't as spicy as some places but there is a good kick to it! My niece got popcorn chicken with one of their signature sauces, it was very flavorful and delicious. It was our first time there so we took some time to decide what we wanted to order. The man taking our order (and running the whole show in the kitchen) was so helpful and answered all of our questions. I was yelping for KFC options and found this place by my house and decided to check it out. I placed a an order for 50 wings for a party and decided on soy garlic, kfc and snow cheese. I chose three but I believe they allow you to choose up to 5 flavors. It took about 15 minutes and the order was ready. Soy garlic and KFC are typical flavors that I normally see and have tried and they're pretty good here. I've never tried snow cheese and it didn't disappoint. Came to dine in for Sunday dinner and it wasn't packed at all. We were able to order at the counter quickly with no line, and our order came within 20 minutes, which isn't a long wait. Great spicy Korean fried was amazing! I was in SoCal and stopped into this place for the first time ever, and it did not disappoint. The owner was so sweet, she gave me a free chicken sandwich to go with the large popcorn spicy chicken that I ordered. She was so kind and she just wanted me to try it. The chicken was all white me fried tender that was juicy and flavorful and crispy on the outside with some spiciness. This woman knows how to do it. The place is clean and she takes your order and cooks it. They have a large menu as well as sushi rolls, and after tasting the chicken i'm sure everything would be very good. The size of the popcorn chicken was huge and an amazing value. If you're catering a party or event or we're going to a potluck, you could pick up two or three of these and feed a lot of people. The food is a really great quality and the service was very good. The inside was so clean and the interior design was really cute. The place is sort of a hole in the wall as it's immediately right off the freeway and sort of easy to miss. The chicken was very crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The flavor for both were really good and not too dry. The dumplings were really crunchy without being oily at all. The tteokbbokki was my favorite however. I have had this dish from a lot of different places but this was probably my favorite I've had to date! The vienna sausages were adorable and it also had an egg (of course), very big fish cakes, and glass noodles (usually they don't have that at other restaurants)! The portion sizes were really generous for how affordable they are priced, especially compared to the other Korean restaurants in Garden Grove. I can't wait to come back and try more at their grand opening. I also saw the owner who was working at the actual restaurant, which makes me appreciate it even more, and got to say hello. read more

If you are looking for Korean Wings, then this place probably is not what you are looking for per say. The size of the wing is equivalent to Wing Stop, but the quality is far better. Compared to the wing size offered at other Korean Chicken joints such as Koko or BBQ Chicken, they are a bit "smaller" but eating 10-Wings got me plenty full. Sauces are great here too, highly recommend the Hot Soy Garlic. Noticed this place gets a lot of To-Go orders, but if you have the chance to come personally you should. Owner was very kind and accommodating, so go support your local businesses when possible! read more
