We had a group of 8 adults and 1 child, and they accommodated us very easily. There's plenty of seating with a mix of booths and tables, so it never felt cramped. One of my favorite parts of the dining experience was that they have board games scattered throughout the restaurant. It made eating out with family much more enjoyable while we waited for our food. My daughter played Connect Four, the crocodile tooth game, and a fishing game, which kept her entertained the entire time. Even though we had a large group with several different orders, our food came out surprisingly quickly. We placed our order on the kiosk ourselves, but the staff still brought every dish out to our table, which was a nice touch. My go-to order is always the pork teriyaki bowl. It comes with a generous portion of pork and rice along with fresh julienned onions, carrots, and green onions. It also includes miso soup, you just have to remember to select the option to add it when ordering. My husband always gets the chicken sandwich with the sweet and savory sauce. The chicken is perfectly crispy every time, and the sauce really takes the sandwich to another level. My daughter loves the fried wings with the soy garlic sauce. They're crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce has a sweet, teriyaki-like flavor that's always a hit with her. If you have picky kids, you can also get it without sauce and opt for the dressing on the side to dip for $0.75. i always get an extra cup as their soy garlic sauce pairs well with my pork teriyaki bowl! Came for lunch with my son middle of the week. The lady working was very helpful directing us to use the self order machine. I was last in the restaurant when it was a bbq joint. They had lots of games along the wall and the kicker was the Pac-Man arcade machine in the back. The OG game as a kid. Of course I had to play a round of it. Since the day Chicken Roll opened, I and my coworkers have been hooked. No joke, we've already had lunch there about four to five times. And with each visit, we've tried something new the sandwiches, the subs, the wings, and those lemonades? All of it was Delicious. What keeps us coming back besides the food always being hot, fresh, and flavorful is the energy. The folks at the counter already recognize us as regulars and greet us like family. When I walked in this place, Choy was so welcoming and she showed me how to order from their menu. She told me all their popular food items like the burgers and wings. She is very friendly and made sure I was doing ok while I ate. They have a variety of different flavors but I wanted to stick to what I know which was their soy garlic wings. Perfection! The wings were not smothered in sauce and I ate it all up. I also tried their Yuzu milk tea which is different than what I usually get for milk tea. Very good! Twas a quiet day in Chick N roll but there was one thing that was missing - the roll :( I've been to the other places before and they always have sushi or something- this is something the VB location does not have. I did have the bulgogi wrap and it was okay- not much flavor for the beef as it was more saturated by the slaw. The chicken was good however- crunchy and savory. Fries are crispy and fresh. After our last amazing experience at Chick N Roll,, we had told our daughter about how amazing it was. She is now back in town so we decided we'd all go have dinner there. Once again greeted as we enter the building, super friendly staff, everybody's food once again was outstanding. My daughter ended up getting wings. I could not help myself. I got the King Katsu sandwich and my wife also got the regular Katsu sandwich, we did share hush puppies instead of fries. My first thought when the food arrived was I wanted some butter for the hush puppies, then they were gone, I never got butter as none was needed, they were perfectly cooked and so delicious as they were. When you go to a place and have such an amazing experience as we did the first time you just sort of think there's no way a place could duplicate that and yet they did the food was amazing, Customer service was amazing and the experience was amazing.
