It is located in the Regal Plaza shopping center off of Saratoga where a legacy Mexican restaurant used to be. It's nice and the food is above average, IMO. Since opening, I've been here several times, and the service has been great. The prices are fair, and they seem to be doing well so far. The sound is solid, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere feels like a real music venue instead of just another bar. Even on nights when you're not there for a concert, it's a great place to grab a drink, hang out, and listen to good rock music on the jukebox.
