This place is a joke. It's not new anymore, it's been here for a year or so, so they can't use that as an excuse. They have their hours posted on the door and online. As they walked away, I had to ask the guy what the deal was. His response was a sorry and you can wait more to speak with the manager. What a disgrace and a lack of care. After hearing such excitement I couldn't wait to try this. Let's start with the good news first: I ordered the Bourbon Chicken Sandwich and the BLT Chicken Sandwich and some fries. The Bourbon Chicken was a solid 8. Two chicken breasts and the sauce was amazing. My husband loved it. The BLT I would give a 7. The bacon was really flavorful but the sandwich as a whole was kind of dry. I had to add some Mayo when I got home. The fries were 3. Over cooked very brown. They charge 50 cent for the sauces. Now for the not so good news. The architecture of this building with regard to the parking lot and streets was so poorly planned. There's no real clarity of how to come in or exit. It took me a little over an hour from the time I got in line to when I got my food. There was one lady taking orders. By the time you get to the pick up window you still have to wait another 10 minutes for them to hand you your food. There's no clear path for pedestrians so there were people (and children) walking in between cars, through grass, just everywhere. They shouldn't even bother doing door dash because it would be a nightmare for the drivers. Hopefully once the hype calms down they will figure out how to get the food out faster. Everything we ordered tasted great. My favorite thing was the bourbon bbq chicken sandwich.

We were excited to try out the long anticipated restaurant from Guy Fieri since we heard it was coming. I decided to take my children there for our first time and was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, we initially wanted to try to dine in but the parking lot was packed (which we THOUGHT was a good sign) so we opted for Drive-thru instead. We waited for our order to be taken and tried to get their seasonal sandwich in which we were told we were unable to order unless it was a combo. Still wanting to give them a shot, we decided to do 3 combos and some additional sides to share between the 5 of us. The young man on the intercom was not the most polite and once we arrived to the window he almost refused to accept my payment of a gift card and debit card. He said he didn't know how to do it and didn't want to ask for help on processing it. I told him to get his manager or he would be keeping our $50 order for themselves. He said his manager was arriving in 2 minutes and asked us to park and wait. We waited for about 10-15 minutes and the manager came and tried to process the order (which she did) and apologized, which was appreciated. Once we got home the food was lackluster, cold and extremely oversalted. The combination of the bad taste in customer service we received from Devin and the bad taste of the food are two major reasons we will not be returning. I am sad to say this was a major NO for us and there are far better, more affordable options in the area we will be going to from now on. read more

I am not sure if they just didn't give us the spicy tenders or if there is just no spice in the "spicy tender". Sauce with sauces... Sweet, smoky, other flavors good... no spice. Fries seasoning was good, pickles pretty good, bun good quality. Chicken tender mushy in the sandwich with the sauce. I didn't try a shake which i hear are good. Came to the grand opening on Thursday it was a mad house. Took about 45 mins to get a meal in total chaos. I get opening day was hectic but you had a lot of people either owners or corporate workers just looking around tryna get good shot of them by local media instead of serving and focusing on the client experience. Once I received my food it was cold and very little sauce on my loaded fries and my milk shake was more of a drink super watery. They got a pass originally but I come back on Saturday at 347pm and they said we are closed we will open at 4pm lobby area only, we ran out of chicken ( not a good look, Guy ) who every the general manager is he needs to go shadow a McDonald's manager or jack in the box manager to know how to order the right amount of food and how to run a business. A kid (employee) comes to the door advising that they will open at 5pm instead of 4pm people in line including myself advised him that a coworker is in the drive thru window advising other wise. After being pressed I told him to go check with his manager to confirm open time in which he did and then came back to open the door. A bunch of undisciplined employees laughing not focusing on the line or meeting clients needs. SMH Guy hit me up I got some qualified hyenas looking. I've been interested in trying this restaurant since they announced it was coming to American Canyon. The website AND THEIR YELP says open until 11pm but I was disappointed when I arrived and they in fact closed at 8pm. 12/14/24 UPDATE I stopped by for lunch at 12:16pm. To start, the front presenting portion of the building is the drive through line. Therefore, you have to walk in between cars to get to the door (unsafe). Also, the max occupancy of the building was full and so my 3 years old, myself and my husband had to wait outside. Unfortunately, this was during a windstorm. Still, we stayed. At 12:29pm. We were let into the building to continue waiting inside. From there, it took 30 minutes to get to the front of the store to order. It was to my great disappointment that they were out of all shakes, sweet and sour sauce and Nashville hot sauce. It was also a disappointment that the online menu for this store does not accurately describe what options they have available, ie. They only have 4 sandwich options. During my 1.5 hour wait in the restaurant I notice they have brochures for their catering services. Each sandwich has lettuce and tomato on it and this left me confused what the sandwich actually looks like that I will be receiving today. Do they have lettuce and tomato for their sandwiches? Wildly confusing. To top it off, they have 2 bathrooms with one stall each AND THERE IS NO BABY CHANGING STATION. How are we expected to wait here for almost 2 hours without appropriate restroom facility. Not child friendly I guess? It is now 1:57pm and I am still waiting in the restaurant to even get my food with over 5 tickets ahead of my order. I'd like to point out that out of 12 tables not one table has food on it. NOT ONE TABLE. Maybe they are favoring the drive through line? Don't even get me started on how they are managing the point systems. Customer service thus far has been nothing close to amazing as others are stating. They also forget 2 ordered of fried I order and I had to go back into the chaos to rectify this. They did not add my phone number to my order so I could build point on my account because they "did not yet know how". When I asked for a receipt to add them myself using the receipt code, they had already clicked "no receipt" on my behalf with zero option to reprint. Food review: - fried pickles: 1/10. I ordered fried pickles not pickle chips. 100% the worst fried pickles I've ever had. They were so over cooked that the breading was separated from the pickles and form a literal chip on 75% of the "fried pickles". - original chicken sandwich: 7/10. Nothing bad to say about it. I wasn't amazing, or worth ever going through the chaos of what today entailed. Chicken was mildly moist but NOTHING compared to even Popeyes. - egg rolls: my favorite item ordered. Great mixture of crunch outside and soft inside. The portion is large and I felt like it was definitely worth the money. Loved the mixture of liquid cheese and pieces of grilled chicken. Great item! - chicken dumplings: 8/10. it's more of a potsticker than a dumpling as evidence by the wrap/dough/whatever is covering the ingredients inside. The wrapper is thick and crunchy with a great gingery sauce (best sauce the restaurant had). I feel they would have been better if I had ordered for dine in as they did get a big soggy by the time I had gotten home. - tenders: 7/10. These weren't amazing but not bad. I could probably cook a similar or better version in my airfryer and be more satisfied but if it's a go out night, sure I'd take these. They were not bad but they were lacking moisture and flavor beyond typical unflavored chicken nuggets. - sauces: 6/10. Nothing great, nothing special. Something you could throw together with the ingredients you have in your refrigerator door. They do not have anything spicy which is a bummer (at least on this day they didn't). All sausages had a similar taste and was a variation of each other and all weren't great. How are you going to be the "boss of sauce" and have mediocre sauces. You'd get more variety and flavor in a safeway shopping isle. - fries: 10/10. Loved them. They were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The crunchy portion wasn't too thick. The dust they powdered on the fries was tasty and fitting. Would order again! read more

Of being the only location in Northern California aside from Levi's Stadium, this location in American Canyon is definitely a must visit when in the region. The sauces are amazing and there are many choices to choose from. I believe you have to pay for them as they are freshly made. We had boss bites chicken dumplings which were delicious! We also ordered bourbon brown sugar bbq sandwich, the BLAT, the buffalo Mac n cheese all of which were great! The chicken is crispy and moist and the sandwiches although stacked were made well and stayed together. The mint shake was also an awesome dessert! Lastly the staff were phenomenal with close attention to customer service and ensuring our order was perfect! We already went back to eat and everything was consistently delivered! Their Oreo shake is like a normal Oreo shake but with Bella and whistles. Candy cane mint candy choc drizzle whip cream. It only came like a normal ass Oreo shake and was still 7$ !!!! A 7$ small Oreo shake. The kids got the double mint. They like it. It's sapposed to have choc candy pieces and choc drizxle. All 3 were pretty loose (watery) not thick at all! Hope the get better. Went on a non busy evening. Restaurant looks very nice. Food is average at best. I ordered the Pepperoni Chicken Sandwich. It was just OK. Nothing groundbreaking. I ordered some fried pickles and they were cold. I ordered to go. But when got to the car it didn't seem like they were cooked recently. Mac and Cheese was just ok too. Drive through wait was over 40 minutes. So slow that I got out of the car to use the restroom and could tell that the staff was in the weeds and not capable of handling the situation. Hardly anyone inside. No way to get out of line in the drive through. We didn't even order and were trapped. We thought we could just leave but you can't. We were pleasantly surprised by this new place in American Canyon! I've always been a fan of Guy Fieri and this just adds to his many creative ideas. Bright and vibrant atmosphere with a menu that has good variety and value. The place is brand new and was packed but worth the wait! Came in at 12 and got my food very quickly about 5-10 after ordering. The B.L.A.T sandwich was absolutely amazing. The fries are seasoned well and crunchy. They have so many good sauces I tried the honey mustard, chipotle ranch, and Nashville honey all of them were great. Definitely recommend 10/10 spot. read more

Went today heard from a coworker it was in American canyon. It was busy which someone went outside Said it would take 30 minutes, and it did. It was just ok. I don't think I need to go back being we came from Fairfield. The shredded lettuce on the sandwhich doesn't work for me, had to ask for our fries for the combo meal. Seems there should've been a person working in the lobby wiping tables changing garbage, taking trays, taking trays from tables even which would help to flip tables faster, just mingling . The number given for the table served no purpose, you retrieve your own food. Got my own napkins from a bag. For being open 2 week burnt out light bulbs. Although the sandwiches are good, the problem is the wait time and disorganization. I was there waiting from 7:25 pm till I got my order at 8:50 pm. One thing that pissed me off the most, while I was trying to update, one of the associate told me that eight minutes left. Yup that eight minutes is 30 minutes!!!
