Went into the store last week with my wife and my 12 year old daughter. Not real busy, just 2…read morepeople in the store, and maybe 2 cars in drive through. After ordering our meals, total came up to around $40. While we were eating, my daughter noticed a toy that she liked, that came with the kids meal. I realized that my daughter didn't get the kids meal, but the meal I purchased for her cost more than the kids meal, so I told my daughter I will see if I can get it, since we do order a meal for her. I want to also note that my daughter had autism, and it's hard for her to understand some things. So I waited to talk to the manager, to see if I could get the toy, even though she didn't get the kids meal, and I could pay the difference. He replied "No, you must order a kids meal". I advised him that it's just me, my wife, and my daughter, and she really wanted the toy, and to purchase another meal, after I just spent $40 on 3 meals for us. And I could understand if we weren't purchasing anything, but we did. I asked again if I could purchase it separately. He denied me again. How much could this toy really mean to him, that he would deny a autistic child. I said I don't understand the big deal. Good customer service would like to see a child happy, not nickel and dime me for $6, to buy another meal. Good customer service would had a little empathy for a father trying to explain that he is just trying to get a toy for his daughter. I grew up around this location, and have been in it only a few times, and now never again. And coming here and Google, I see that I'm not the only one. Bad reviews everywhere.
