It's about the worst I ever had. And the onion rings, which are hard to mess up, were burnt black and lacked flavor. They were inedible. The cashier is rude and doesn't have time for "thank you" or small talk or a smile or even giving you your receipt when nobody else is in line to pay their bill. That's just how it is. I explain my issue with my refund, and the same woman at the counter just walks off for 5-10 mins without a word, and comes back and says "he said he put it in but it takes 3-5 business days not 24-48 hours". Great. I will never be back to this Wingstop location, and possibly any Wingstop period after this. This company has no number to contact any support outside of the specific locations. I had the 38-day dry aged prime ribeye- which was offered at a great price for the quality and the treatment of the meat. The center was cooked exactly how I ordered it, but around the outside the meat somehow appeared to be raw while simultaneously having a burnt crust on the outside. Unfortunately, the other locations have frequently disappointed me due to poor service and a lack of available ingredients. The Arlington location is more than a 20-minute drive from my home, while several other locations are only about seven minutes away. Despite the inconvenience, I have consistently made the effort to drive to Arlington because that location has always been dependable and well-managed. However, today was a completely different experience. We visited around 6:30 PM, which is a peak dinner time, and the location was out of lettuce, both regular and honey chicken, fajitas, and possibly other ingredients that we did not even bother asking about. When we asked the staff when the chicken and fajitas would be ready, we were told they had run out. It is difficult to understand how running out of multiple key ingredients has become such a consistent issue across Chipotle locations. Running out of one item is understandable, but several core ingredients during peak dinner hours is unacceptable. It would be similar to a ChickFilA/McDonalds running out of buns, chicken, and burgers all at the same time. I genuinely hope someone in the Chipotle world can look into why these locations consistently lack essential ingredients and are turning customers away as a result. Friday at 6:30 PM should be one of the busiest times of the week, so there should be proper planning and inventory in place to accommodate the expected foot traffic. As a frequent customer, I am beginning to question whether it is worth continuing to visit Chipotle or if I should start considering other restaurant chains. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the Arlington location has historically been excellent, and I would hate to see it become another location I can no longer rely on. Just my two cents
