This location does not allow mobile check-in through the app, so customers must wait for an employee to check them in. I sat waiting as instructed while two employees working the drive-thru clearly saw me but ignored me. Instead, they took orders from four additional vehicles, as they pulled up after me and allowed them to proceed ahead of me. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager who came out dismissed my concerns and simply told me to pull forward so she could check me in. There was no apology, no effort to address what happened, and no indication that customer experience was a priority. The only positive part of this visit was a young man named Arizona. He was polite, professional, and provided helpful information on how to formally submit feedback regarding my experience. His service reflected what I normally expect from Chick-fil-A, which made the lack of leadership response even more disappointing. This experience reflects concerns with both service execution and management oversight. I would hesitate to return to this location.
