We ordered five burgers, and maybe it was an off day. None of the burgers had any particular flavor. There wasn't a particularly crisp char on them, neither were they soggy. There wasn't a salt flavor, nor were they particularly steaky. The toppings were good. The red onions were fresh, and had a nice flavor. But the burgers and the buns were really bland. We ordered to go, so can't really comment on service. Our food is ready when we got there, and it was handed off to us pleasantly. The one we visited in Alan is in a small section of a strip mall, and it has a dark red Vibe to it. I felt a little closed in. Again, this was just one visit. We did order five burgers, though. I really wanted to like this place, everytime we talked about going here I couldn't help but sing "Hungry Like a Wolf", sadly I left Wulf Burger singing "I ran. I ran so far away." I understand their theme with the red colors and the beet juice buns, but walking into the shop it is overwhelmingly red, like The Shinning hallway flood of blood red, or imagine if you will the inside of a vampires coffin. It's also very impersonal, you order at a kiosk, they ask for a tip, you get called to the counter to pick up your food and handed a glass to get your own drink. There's one person working,, the cook, and he does not want to talk to you, or look at you, but he will if he has too. All around, between the abrasive decor and the lack of interaction it's very cold feeling. The food was ok, the beet red bun had a an after taste, the French fries were on the brink of being burnt, and the burgers were cooked well... literally it was just ok. I was excited too see that a wulf burger was closer to my house than some of the other locations I visited. I ordered of a 3rd party delivery site and everything came very quick and was delicious. My only complaint would be price with tip it was basically $15 per burger. Husband and I came here for lunch.. he had the classic wulf burger with regular fries, and I had the chickie sandie with sweet potato fries. We both enjoyed our meals, personally I loved the coleslaw and the pickles with the chicken on my sandwich, but I also enjoyed the sriracha ranch sauce and even the ketchup (there is added pepper in the ketchup- yum!). The entire place is decked out in red. It wasn't busy when we went in, which is a shame because we enjoyed our food. I would only knock it one star because I felt it was pricy.. Sometimes not having a million things to choose from Makes it better, in this case simple is much better. The Wulf burger was delicious, the fries weren't over cooked or oily, the chicken burger was good, a little on the sweet side for my taste cuz of the coleslaw, and there must have been some crack in that ketchup bottle cuz it was fire! Isome I'm actually disappointed in this experience as I've been sold on Wild Burgers because Instagram and been waiting try it since I've moved to Texas. In my head today was the day with nice price tag! So total bill was $61.00 but the experience felt like I should save gas and money. The customer service was 4/10, food 4/10 because if I pay $13 for burger I should more than 2 pickles, the condiments should be more but I barely had any SAUCE on the burger, it was fresh but had to PAY $0.50 for more sauce because my burger had basically no SAUCE! I have pics but I will not return for a redo for poor quality. The location atmosphere was okay, clean, but slightly warm inside vs coolness but luckily we were the only customers. Smash burgers were what you'd expect, pretty good; made fresh! The Junior burgers are proportionately off as they place 1 patty on the same bun as the double. Really tasty with onions added. Fries were hot and fresh, seasoned well. Ketchup also has seasoning in it which is as different. Overall pretty solid experience. Enjoyed the veggie burger a lot, I'd return for this one specifically; texture was good, portions also, taste was also a pleasant surprise. Biggest issue was the lobby was burning up! Seems the BOH was ok as the restrooms seemed to be a good temperature but it was difficult to dine in with the uncomfortably hot temperature. The food was just ok for the price. Fries were cold. There was only one guy working. Turns out, he's the manager. I'm expecting him to respond to this post with the pictures that he was taking to try to clear their name. Instead of fixing the order like we wanted, he argued with my wife to tell her that SHE WAS WRONG and didn't want to fix it the way she wanted it fixed for our son. Made my wife and son wait after 4 people ordered...fixed their food...then proceeded to start cleaning the equipment while they stood at the counter for 20 minutes. Who does that?!?! And you're the manager?? Behaving like this?? My 15-year old son was sooooo excited to eat there for the first time to only be met with the worst service we've EVER experienced. I've never seen him so excited and disappointed at the same time! I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! They must be struggling to pay the rent since it's such a problem to remake their $10 burger. My burger was good. Fries were pretty small for the price. Sodas - we tried four different flavors and none of them tasted good. Service was OK except for when somebody dropped their soda on the floor by the front door and no one came to help us clean it up or at least give us something to clean it up . Literally everything was blood red - all the tables, chairs, walls, etc. It's awful and unpleasant. You have to order at machines so it's very impersonal for the price they charge. So we sat at a dirty table and it was awkward with no music and complete silence and the guy cooking. Had to go order a soda because "combo meals" don't come with a soda. They have 1 tiny size drink for $3 and that's it. Food came up and I went to the counter to get it and my sweet potato fries were totally burnt. I complained and he said they're just that way because they come frozen. After a much longer than necessary discussion he agreed to remake them. You can see from the picture that they obviously were burned the first time. My burger was on my husbands plate and his on mine so we had to switch the plates around, and the ranch I paid for wasn't there and had to go back and ask for it. Not a big deal but just one of many things I didn't like about it. The burger itself tasted ok but it wasn't very big and I don't care for the veggies on the bottom and it was so saucy it was a huge mess. The fries and sweet potato fries (the corrected ones) were ok, but not ok enough to justify the price. The restrooms were dirty and smelled bad. My husband and I have been here 3 times, food is consistently pretty good but experience is consistently bad. You walk in the door and no one says a word to you, restaurant is very small and has three tables, and you are directed to two computerized signs to place your order and pay and you are prompted for a tip even though you will not be served and have no customer service interaction at all. Your food is ready, still no one says a word to you besides "order up". You eat and leave and no one says anything to you, no thank you or goodbye or we appreciate your business. It's actually very awkward! We have been back because we have enjoyed the food but the portions are pretty small and don't reflect the price point. Our last experience the other day, we were the only people in the restaurant the whole time we were there but all three tables were dirty, we had to clean our own, and they have a weird selection of soft drinks, but one of their soft drinks was out and my husband let an employee know and the guy just said thanks and didn't replace it.
