This restaurant just opened and this was my first experience here. Overall impression: Solid casual/quick service restaurant with really good chicken salad. Food: I ordered the original chick special on a croisant with chips and the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie as well as the key lime pie. The chicken salad was flavorful and tasty. The croisant was average. The whole sandwich was very good. The cookie was chewy and a little underdone but good. The key lime pie had a weird chemical taste to it. Portion size/value for the money: For what I ordered; average to a little pricey (on par with Chick-fil-a) Service: They seemed to still be getting the rythm of things since they opened two days before and they were busy. Tried this place for the first time because I've heard a lot of good things about it. The restaurant was nice, clean and the staff was efficient and very courteous. I got my order to go and didn't have to wait very long although they were busy. Now the reason I'm giving them such a low rating is for a couple of very important reasons. I ordered a half pound of the Fancy Nancy chicken salad, which they were out of, so I settled for the Fruity Fran. I get home with it and seriously doubt it was half a pound. The chicken salad was made from what I believe to be canned chicken, had several big chunks of apple, 3 pieces of pineapple and about 1/3 of a grape, mayonnaise and some minuscule pieces of celery. Everything was very good! The chicken salad was moist and flavorful, and the sides were a delightful change from the standard "fried" choices at other restaurants. Pros: Nice place to sit and eat. Selection of chicken salads add intrigue. Cons: No one at my table finished the cookies and there are just not many ways to serve chicken salad. You have to really like it; otherwise, it may not be appealing to eat for lunch unless served like a sandwich. You can order a scoop with a couple sides and it's served with a few crackers but It's a large scoop! These salads are something I, generally, see eaten in small amounts and again...with bread....or a table full of people. It is very rich and fatty and has been, occasionally, salty. I think it's overkill for just one person. Overall, it's like a 2.5 star only because of the atmosphere and flavor combos like buffalo chicken, and some other tropical inspired ones. I wouldn't revisit for lunch necessarily; however, I would consider ordering a couple of selections as an appetizer for a party or get together. read more

If you've never been to a Chicken Salad Chick, you're missing out! There are so many to chose from, and you can get a salad, sandwich, or just a scoop. Today I had the tomato bisque, which you really can't mess up, and two scoops. I tried something I haven't seen before, Lauryn's Lemon Basil, and it was delicious! So unique. And at the last minute I saw that they just brought back the Madame Curry, which I absolutely love! My husband got the Fruity Fran and Fancy Nancy, and was very happy. Don't forget the free iced cookie. We've been to locations in Gainesville, FL, the Villages, FL and now Warner Robins, GA. They're all terrific and have friendly staff. read more

This place is delicious! Everything tasted fresh. The multi-grain bread for the sandwich was really tasty as well. I tried the Lemon Basil chicken salad in sandwich form. Great flavor. One other thing I really liked here was that they offered Key Lime pie. It too tasted great! Being from FL, Key Lime pie is kind of a big deal. Haha. The atmosphere there was welcoming as well. The food here is always good and I could eat my weight in grape salad. The staff are always very friendly and polite as well. The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated and always very clean. My only real complaint is about their prices. The prices have always been too high and then a while back they changed their menu and now the prices for the same amount of food are even higher, so I generally don't eat there unless someone I'm having lunch with suggests it. read more

When this location first opened, the service and food was great so I'm not sure why it's gone a little downhill on the past 3 or 4 months. I always get the grape salad as my side and ask for no pecans. They obliged only once out of about the past 6 orders. Then, the last time, they cut my sandwich with a knife that had another flavor on it. How did I know? I always get Olivia's old south (no color.) and there was orange all over the cut edges. Highly recommended! Very friendly staff in a clean, inviting atmosphere. My husband and I ordered different chicken salads, and both were available - kickin' Kay Lynn and Fancy Nancy. We also ordered broccoli salad as our side. Our food was delicious, and our request for extra crackers was happily accommodated. And it's great that they have a drive-thru! Good chicken salad, good sides. Everything tastes so fresh. We sampled several different variations of chicken salad, and the pimento cheese. Nice interior and very polite and helpful servers. We always get the 3 salad menu item. It seems to give the most "bang for your buck", and offers a lot of variety. My only complaint about this restaurant are the hours. The manager and her staff at this location are outstanding. She always has a friendly smile and a warm greeting. On our second visit she remembered us. She took the time to come to our table to inquire about the food and service we were receiving. The staff let us try samples on our first visit and helped us chose awesome lunches. I am so disappointed with the Warner Robins location. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Today marks the second time my order has been incorrect. The food tastes fresh and there is a large variety of options. My husband tried the one of the spicy options on a croissant and loved it. I've had the classic southern (pickles and egg in it) twice now and felt like it was totally on point and consistent both times. The broccoli salad is amazing and the grape salad is also good but was verrry sweet, almost like a dessert. The fresh cookie on the side is also a nice touch. The pricing is a little high and therefore keeps me from dining in more often, but I feel the ingredients are great quality and the folks are very friendly and that keeps me coming back! read more

We had the chicken salad sandwich that came with a side and cookie of the day. The chicken salad was okay but wasn't even enough to fill the croissants that we selected for our sandwiches.
